有朋友遠道來港,當然是不亦樂乎。由於她們喜歡中菜又住元朗,為了圖方便,找一家特別的食肆是必須的。元朗形點新景象,選擇多,最終決定去食正宗的北京填鴨,在香港,此菜式非北京樓莫屬。可惜六人也不能訂座,又是星期六,店外站著苦等兩小時終於入座。印象中如尖沙咀老店的高大上、拉麵表演欠奉,最期待的主角菜式~北京填鴨,不但遲遲未出場,三摧四請,都推說是客人多,供不應求……終於等到上桌已九成飽,除了甜品外變成最後一道菜,可惜;更驚訝的是:北京填鴨的刀法,居然與普通燒臘店無異(有相為證);入口竟然是微溫的;夾肉的薄餅,連邊都凍到硬晒,唔系化?近四百蚊一只填鴨的消費,凭名氣大欺客嗎?好想即時投訴並要求退換,但又怕被加料,唯有只換薄餅;但等到薄餅再上桌,填鴨就更凍了,勉強地吃了兩塊便不想再吃,凍左就覺得更油膩了!幸好其他菜式還可以,但主角實在敗筆,哎,代表作竟然如此一塌糊塗

Pricey food with terrible service. We ordered a set for 5 and the food was just so-so, nothing's really impressive except that the shrimps were indeed tasteless.The service was terrible. We ordered a set for 5 and the food was just so-so, nothing's really impressive except that the shrimps were indeed tasteless.

The service was terrible. We understand it was a weekend so that restaurants have to do business, but having a waiter stare at the table to check if you were done with the meal made you really uncomfortable. In fact the waiter tried to clear the table even though there was a bit of this and that on the dish (which we were planning to eat). The waiter didn't stop clearing while you were picking your last bit of food from the dish. 

Towards the end of the meal we asked the waiter to present us the birthday cake. Cakes from Arome Bakery and Maxims were not charged cake-cutting fees so we bought one from Arome Bakery. Two minutes later the waiter placed the cake on the table without even removing the box, so not to talk about lighting the candle. Lighter was not even given at the beginning. We did all the unboxing, candle lighting and cake cutting. I doubt if they would do these for you if the cake is not from Arome Bakery and cake-cutting fee is charged).

This was a terrible dining experience and we would not visit again (In fact too terrible that I have to sign up an account to make a comment). To those who are planning a visit to the restaurant, you are advised not to.  
Other Info. : 1. Do ask them to take away the side dishes (particularly if you hate cucumbers) as they are placed at the table from the start (And of course they are charged!). 2. Others' comment 服務九流 is indeed not harsh at all.

上個月黎呢間分店食鴨既時候都還可以 幾好食 鴨皮正常 但今次黎到食 鴨皮真係好濕好濕 好似用緊層啫喱包住食咁 我以後趕收工整得馬虎 我問店員幫我換過份鴨皮 但係都係一樣咁濕 之後問返店員先知道鴨皮轉左生產商 成碟填鴨冇食到 自問食野都不講究 但今次不得不提 但都不得不讚一下酸辣湯 應該都唔會再返去 因為就是因爲呢d伴菜 睇落好小事 但可以令到成個菜式好難食

放假同友人們聚餐突然想食北京填鴨近近地就嚟咗元朗既北京樓紅蔥涼拌海蜇頭海蜇爽口冇腥味,但葱味就冇乜一般般烤北京填鴨(半隻)望落賣相就唔差但食落一啲鴨香味都冇 淨係得油膩感真係令人好失望四川水煮石班球魚肉嫩滑彈牙雖然成個湯紅噹噹咁但食落係微辣我平時唔食辣都覺得可食用而且湯入面仲有薯粉幾好食孜然羊肋排外皮酥脆但內裡肉質嫩滑而且冇乜羊羶味可謂全餐最出色最值得食既菜式京城芙蓉賽螃蟹蛋白係幾嫩滑但味道偏淡而且入面配料偏少,亦都冇黃花魚成碟野好清淡冇乜特別蟲草花炒小豆苗食咗咁多肉係要叫返碟菜清新一下菜苗幾嫩幾爽 清清地幾好但份量偏少整體而言菜式質素偏普通而且服務態度麻麻地落單嗰陣反而被個呀姐好唔客氣咁要求:「講慢啲!」全枱人聽到都呆咗,好無語收咗開瓶費但冇主動問我地洗唔洗開紅酒要我地要求先肯幫我地開真係未必有下次

上星期同母親預食母親節飯,以免同人迫。聽説元朗有北京樓就走去試下。我們叫了個六人套餐。樣樣都好好味: 填鴨不肥, 啖啖肉, 剛剛好, 而且好多薄粉皮。黑松露炒蝦,蝦很大隻很爽囗弹牙。還有紅燒海參,的海參有剌的,品質唔錯。只是小黃魚就麻麻地,可能大條及厚身,煎得無咁香口及加多個醋佐食更好,的魚用個鐵碟盛好似賣相麻麻😉與其他賣相好似差左的😜。茶香, 甜品也很好味好满足😜😝連的泡菜(前菜)都好味,可能肚餓。最後六人餐都食唔哂,非常飽😳😂。

由於不知道壽包要預訂,所以吃不到。不過環境舒適不嘈吵,職員服務有禮,大家都吃得開心。我們走的時候八時多,門外還有人等位,所以就算是平日都最好訂枱。

食過幾間以北京填鴨為主菜嘅餐廳,那些好評不少的烤鴨店都會令我失望而回,今次試下呢間美心集團的北京樓,期望不大,但見價錢合理,一試無妨。舖位算係幾細,一眼望哂,2人位同隔離貼到好近,中間只夠半個身位出入,直程可以夾隔離枱啲嘢食😂裝修新淨,新潮中菜館的裝修,設開放式廚房,由炒菜到切燒鴨都一目了然,服務員有禮,攞放碗筷和餸菜細緻優雅,令人感覺置身於高級食府,事實上,價錢都唔平啊。前菜青瓜、豆腐乾、雲耳、花生,仲有一隻綠色嘅豆,調味出色,鹹中帶麻,越食越好味,停唔到✪ω✪莧菜黃魚羹$50雖然$50一碗湯,但好足料,莧菜同黃魚均為主角,各自發揮而又不搶大家的風頭,係好夾嘅一個湯羹高郵鹹蛋蝦球$150今期興鹹蛋,叫個鹹蛋蝦球先,蝦球超大粒,一粒要咬3、4口先食得哂,上枱時熱辣辣,好多鹹蛋,如果有碗飯真係一流。南翔生煎包$68又係熱辣辣,注意唔好咁快就放落口,咬落去啲熱湯爆出來唔係講笑,我真係好白痴咁熝親個嘴😑,但好好味喎(人´∀`*)包同餡嘅比例平均,恰到好處。北京烤填鴨$160萬眾期待之填鴨,但佢又要令我失望了,呢隻鴨來到時已經見到佢毫無光澤,display同切功係幾靚嘅,但放入口好似食緊皮帶咁

裝修新淨,新潮中菜館的裝修,設開放式廚房,由炒菜到切燒鴨都一目了然,服務員有禮,攞放碗筷和餸菜細緻優雅,令人感覺置身於高級食府,事實上,價錢都唔平啊。

萬眾期待之填鴨,但佢又要令我失望了,呢隻鴨來到時已經見到佢毫無光澤,display同切功係幾靚嘅,但放入口好似食緊皮帶咁,無味之餘一口都係油,用薄餅包住食會唔會好啲?係會好啲嘅,起碼無咁油囉,加醬有啲甜味囉。個薄餅都係現成的,而且一啲都唔薄…
