OFFICE完成了一連兩星期的大PROJECT,高層的同事為了慰勞我們一眾小薯就決定請我們到北京樓午餐😇😇原來呢度有午市套餐,我們三圍人都係點同一個餐,首先上的係海哲~~~醉雞幾入味,10個人分每人得件左右,真係好淺嚐feel~~~素鵝感覺不錯~~~九黃瑤柱羹,有湯類在午餐真的不錯,感覺好好食~~~宮爆蝦球,食落感覺似食咕嚕肉咁,因為個味道太似了~~~家鄉蒸魚方,上到枱熱辣辣,同事們大讚好食~~~北京填鴨,呢個簡直係我的至愛,好在我那枱男同事得一個,所以我可以食唔少金腿扒津白,中間的金華火腿幾咸吓,加菜食就剛好~~~菜肉水餃,第一次食水餃感覺好似食咗小籠包的味道,好在份量不多,諗起2003年第一次去北京交流,成班人為了唔浪費食物而玩猜枚去清餃子北京炒拉麵,我們食到太飽,好在我帶咗環保餐盒,帶了給家人桂花小丸子,我最like係湯丸細細粒,最重要係我至愛的黑芝麻味,勁好食難得今年同事們吃了這美味的一頓,反而團年飯都冇咁高質素

久違了的又豈止是拍拖時光?還有元朗本區食記!新年伊始,就停不了的計劃外遊,其中一站包括北京,因為很想到當地瘋地吃烤鴨!不過這夢想現在於元朗北京樓也可暫時得到滿足! 在 YOHO Mall 內,北京樓是超級難訂檯的一間,很多次提早一星期去預訂大檯吃飯,都以失敗告終,終於12月中找個晚上「慶慶地」兩口子去開餐。 形點的 北京樓 環境的確很有特色,座位比翠園少一些,而且又以細檯為主,終於明白為什麼那麼難訂大檯。作為一個填鴨控,這晚我是衝著北京填鴨來的;兩口子就吃半隻鴨吧,再加上擔擔麵及蜜汁火方,大概都夠飽了。 擔擔麵先上,風味不能跟重慶的小麵比,不過這種麻醬香為主的上海式擔擔麵,我也一點不討厭,特別這裡的麵條挺有口感,又有不少蔥粒及芝麻提香,很快就整碗KO了。 蜜汁火方就有點敗筆,明明樣子OK,但那肥肉有點橡筋 feel,蓮子也是粉腍而非鬆化,最好竟是配角的夾包,薄身又鬆軟!不過近年在香港真沒吃到對辦的出品,如大家有好介紹,請告訴我! 也罷,最期待的還是北京填鴨:半隻份量也不少,鴨皮香脆、脂肪不多,鴨肉也酥香,配上特別薄身的麼麼皮、海鮮醬、青瓜條及蔥,還是美味討好。好吃歸好吃,老

擔擔麵先上,風味不能跟重慶的小麵比,不過這種麻醬香為主的上海式擔擔麵,我也一點不討厭,特別這裡的麵條挺有口感,又有不少蔥粒及芝麻提香,很快就整碗KO了。

也罷,最期待的還是北京填鴨:半隻份量也不少,鴨皮香脆、脂肪不多,鴨肉也酥香,配上特別薄身的麼麼皮、海鮮醬、青瓜條及蔥,還是美味討好。好吃歸好吃,老公吃了4-5件,已經開始打退堂鼓,全靠我這烤鴨殺手,才能順利清場!所以烤鴨,還是人多吃比較好。

今日約左食生日飯,決定去元朗北京樓。我地叫了一個四人套餐。先上 鹹蛋蝦球,蝦夠大隻,但炸得不夠乾身和脆口,亦比較油膩。接著上雞絲粉皮和燻魚。兩個味道也不錯,但略少雞絲,燻魚魚骨較多。之後上酥炸小黃魚,賣相幾好,有檸檬跟碟,如有准鹽就更好,但不夠熱和脆。片皮鴨的皮去哂肥油,跟鴨肉一起吃,不會覺得太肥。另外包片皮鴨的麵粉皮很薄,相當不錯。砂鍋津白有鹹火腿,津白,粉絲,火腿味十足。炒四季扁豆可以再炒乾身一點。最可惜侍應說今天沒有清宮碗豆黃供應,用馬豆糕代替。馬豆糕椰汁味濃,但不夠結實。跟餐送了一杯鹹柑桔,味道不錯,但沒有附湯匙攪拌令柑桔沉底。

舊歷生日屋企人話食飯所以 book 咗最近去過既北京樓一行八人,可以試多d菜式揀咗幾樣同大家分享炸蟹鉗炸得勁脆,而且並唔係平時去飲嗰種厚粉入面真係大大舊蟹肉。配埋個甜酸醬。我都忍唔住食咗兩舊另外鹹蛋蝦球都值得一讚炸粉量剛好,唔會太厚,一咬已經係蝦肉鹹蛋香濃,但唔會過鹹。主角片皮鴨基本上果鴨皮都切得好薄,唔會太多脂肪。而且佢亦都會切埋d 肉比你。所以你可以凈係包肉,或者皮,或者兩樣都包。皮可以話係香脆,重有小小煙燻味。食落唔會太”漏” 每次黎都必點!

秋風都起咗一排,雖然內地大閘蟹今年仲係唔可以供港,只能靠少量日本蟹源,但係都唔能夠阻止作為「蟹迷」嘅我誓要瘋狂食蟹嘅衝動!呢日小妹約咗好友嚟到元朗Yoho嘅一間京菜館試食蟹粉菜式,好味到「嘩嘩」聲!最惹味莫過於呢碟「蟹黃撈麵」,成碟麵都鋪滿大閘蟹金黃色嘅蟹膏,食前先撈勻,每條麵都沾滿蟹膏,食落充滿類似蛋黃嘅蟹膏鮮味同帶微辣嘅薑味,非常甘香豐腴。而「蟹黃豆腐」亦唔可以錯過,滿碟豆腐都沾有蟹膏,令平庸嘅豆腐變得鮮甜甘香,用嚟送飯真係一流。至於「蟹黃上素」就用蟹膏拌炒各類時蔬同菇菌,每種蔬菜配搭蟹膏嘅味感都唔同,令小妹好驚喜呀!

7. 高力香蕉豆沙: 其實本身甜品我係諗住叫拔絲蘋果嘅,但係去到佢竟然話冇!!!我非常傷心, 唯有試下個高力香蕉豆沙。 個人意見認為佢嘅高力豆沙畀一般嘅為實淨, 平時食開嗰啲係較為軟綿綿,空氣感重啲。 甜度適中嘅唔算係好甜。

8. 蛋白杏仁茶: 有啲細碗,杏仁味ok 但係蛋白就少咗啲lu

📢提提你:
自己覺得尖沙咀間北京樓好味過元朗嗰間。 如果真係好想食北京留嘅就,我會建議去返尖沙咀。.
同埋元朗呢間係限時個半鐘頭要食完。 如果可以嘅話就早啲預約,如果唔係嘅你,就要walk-in入去,有排等。 或者可以先用app 去排隊攞飛。
