早幾日去左北京樓食生日飯全部都睇落好正!!我地人多所以都叫左好多野全家福 ($798)有十碟前菜咩都有d 全部都好食不過最鍾意係個魚宮爆蝦球 ($338)D蝦好大隻 不過可能因為我食得辣所以我覺得如果再辣d就仲好原來當你食到D碗碟好污糟既時候d staff會過黎換新既比我地北京填鴨 ($598)我地叫左一隻鴨 佢地片之前會拎黎比我地睇下隻鴨先皮又脆肉又好食 雖然睇落好多油但其實我就覺得岩岩好花膠雲吞雞 ($418)飲完D花膠仲會'張'住個口咁 一定係好足料佢地會由前菜開始跟次序咁出菜 由小食到main同湯都係一樣一樣咁上菜唔會好似其他中餐食飯d staff會一次過推晒d野食出黎成枱都係野又或者亂咁上菜 又熱又冷盤咁蔥燒海蔘 ($408位)D staff幫我地分左每人一碟 睇落就好靚不過我就唔鍾意海蔘就冇食 冇意見 ~小籠包 ($198)d蟹粉爆晒出黎好正 咬開都唔會太熱好食焗布甸唔記得左幾錢佢仲有個蘿蔔絲酥餅配黎一齊食 個酥餅好鬆化同埋d餡都好好味個布甸唔算太甜 成碟野都好靚雖然已經好飽 但最後都清晒所有野食 連我地帶黎個蛋糕都食唔晒不過原來因為我地帶左蛋糕黎 佢地同我地影左張相 仲送左2個壽桃包比我地 真係飽到捧住個肚走 continue reading

食物質素差,服務態度差,難怪香港飲食業一蹶不振!!!!!以每道菜相隔15-30分鐘上菜的速度,等了多於一小時的片皮鴨,皮厚肉騷,成碟油。所有侍應態度極差,黑口黑面,成枱空碟冇人清。尤其一位四眼高瘦經理,送餐時要求拿走空碟,兩手空空但一聲「轉頭來收」就轉身離開,相隔十五分鐘後再示意收碟,竟然一險不耐煩,再次示意一會再收,最後唯有叫另一位侍應收走。其他菜式十分普通,一張相都冇影。簡單來講,冇下次!!! continue reading

今天約了家人食晚飯,去了中環北京樓因為有家人想食北京填鴨,之前食過北京樓的質素話俾我今次再過來,♥️北京填鴨選擇皮和肉分開或者一齊我們最後選擇了皮肉一齊,感覺好似好食一點加上包着鴨肉的粉皮,他們會有火爐一路暖着的所以一路食的時候也暖暖的🫶🏻😄我們還叫了東坡肉,不過我們覺得味道普通不過來北京樓主要也是為了食北京填鴨♥️💕🥰 continue reading
