嘩,講真,今次去試嗰啖非洲鯽,真係令我眼界大開👀!魚炸得外脆內嫩,撈埋呢啲天然的醬汁,食落去就係爽口得嚟唔油膩,勁香滿分!未講埋重重的泰式辣醬,估唔到居然咁啱味,辣到剛剛好,添晒勁而家仲停唔到口!再嚟講下個豬腸面,我就真係要打咗個call俾佢👏。面条Q彈得滯,每條都吸曬豬腸既精華,味道鮮美得黎又唔重。肉餅方面,就算冇咁新鮮熱辣辣,都仲係好入味,鬆軟香口,食一啖就停唔到,忍唔住要再點多幾份!啲裝修簡單得來又唔失格調,唔使太拗,都已經係好香港嘅味道。跟住老闆娘嘅推介,你就會發現好多隱世美食。有時候,好嘢就係咁簡單,唔需要刻意搵五星級,這家店嘅非洲鯽已經夠晒正!果然係要試過先知香港食肆嘅深度。下次一定再嚟,正!🍴🔥 continue reading

重慶大慶唔止係食咖哩~第一眼見到間餐廳心諗:估唔到依到有咁靚既餐廳!打電話book位同埋叫野食都係用英文對話,員工都有禮貌!係餐牌見到非洲加納特飲同埋巴基斯坦芒果汁,勁好奇係咩同埋巴基斯坦芒果係咪特別好味,餐廳提供既係樽裝飲品(都可以問佢拎杯斟出黎)芒果汁味道唔係死甜,係真芒果汁🤣而個個非洲特飲聞落似中藥,飲落似mugwine,有肉桂味,味道酸酸地開胃啊個雜錦海鮮燴非洲飯,我覺得同西班牙既paella差唔多,都係有蝦有魷魚有青口有clams,飯粒濕潤度夠,唔會乾爭爭特色炆牛尾,牛好冧軟骨位易咬~食落感覺似韓式牛肉汁非洲王辣雞煲,有得揀辣度(大/中/小),我地揀小辣,實際上都真係微麻辣(唔需要一啖水一啖雞),絕對食到花椒麻既味道,都唔會愈食愈油叫左雞煲就當然唔好浪費d汁,叫左個Garlic Naan,質感偏冧 、煙韌,但唔夠蒜味唔夠飽就叫多個雜錦海鮮意墨魚汁意粉,而我地都覺得個意粉辣過個雞煲😂小食Nacho!慶祝朋友生日少不免叫甜品,落左個Red Velvet Cake同埋是日甜品:pineapple cake ,好有特色同好食喎,個cake芝士唔漏都好smooth,同埋d生日字寫得好靚🥰都冇串錯字!而個pineapple cake令我好驚喜🥰類似焦糖菠蘿燉蛋~用個菠蘿外皮做容器,表面有層焦糖片,下面係燉蛋+酸酸甜甜既菠蘿果肉,唔錯👍🏻 continue reading

又共渡聖誕, 大部份港人外出旅遊或北上, 朋友和我則留港消費😁. 一直想試位於重慶大廈 Paul's Kitchen 的 Fushion 非洲菜, 其實除了 Youtube 的介紹外, 只知該店最出名是非洲雞. 之前疫情期間, 與其他店夾份做團購💪💪💪💪💪才捱至今日, 殊不容易👍.  在聖誕期間, 分別去了該餐廳兩次, 頭一次於12月23號(星期六) 吃午餐, 第二次則在26號 (星期二) 吃晚餐. 先講餐廳的佈置, 因兩次都坐在近廚房那邊店的關係 (先聲明, 一點油煙也嗅聞不到), 燈光打落牆身, 配襯紫綠色非常漂亮.  而用餐及吃甜品的碟也精心挑選. 尤其用餐的碟隻隻不同, 非常獨特😍. 食材方面, 該店除了用料新鮮外, 還選用很多有機及貴價食材, 如 Ghana 朱古力, 洛神花配濃羌茶, 以及玫瑰花薄荷茶配非洲人手採摘, 帶有紅酒香氣的蜜糖等等, 一試難忘! 除了23號的非洲雞有些韌 (而26號晚隔鄰檯的顧客則讚唔韌, 正👍), 其他食物包括: 炸鰂魚, 燒鱸魚非常鮮味, 尤其燒豬, 入口鬆化, 比廣式燒豬高班很多, 實屬人間美食.  海鮮飯的飯非常好味, 若飯的份量多一點 就 perfect 了; 另海鮮飯裡的青口若與位於炮台山的 Gotthard Base 相比, 確實比下去了😂! 最後甜品方面, 推薦兩款, 包括: Churros 配上 Ghana 朱古力醬和紅絨蛋糕. 高水準的甜品令人滿❤️歡喜, 甜度恰當, 非常滿足. 溫馨提示: 紅絨蛋糕加添配 Churros 的 Ghana 朱古力醬, 味道更加提昇呀! continue reading

喺重慶大廈入面嘅非洲雞煲又香又辣又滋味應該係我食過嘅雞煲,最好食嘅一款 另外老闆娘非常貼心聽到我朋友話上嚟有啲驚佢即刻安排個同事去門口接我朋友老闆娘又聽到我話我好食得辣 😛於是建議我食大辣 (中辣大概係譚仔小辣)又貼心又好味嘅餐廳不枉我repeat 又repeat 嚟呢度食 😌 continue reading

幾年前無意中發現這家小店,非常驚艷!當時還只是一個小店面。店的位子不多,當時還有一位非洲大哥一個人一枱,吃得有滋有味,可見味道真的非常地道。👍🏻😋也是在這位非洲大哥的介紹下,第一次品嚐Fufu, 著實驚艷,一吃難忘。今次去到,特意去吃Fufu。 多了一個店面,也重新裝修了,大部分是本地客人。看來生意做得不錯,著實位老闆高興。可失望的是,被告知fufu 不再供應,因為製作太麻煩……(這個原因有點不太接受)🥲 其他菜品也一般般,菜單是更精緻了,價格更貴了,但味道卻已不再有當初的驚艷….. continue reading
