之前買咗啲coupon,見就快到期,今日去開觀塘,就去apm諗住用埋最後一張券啦!嚟到店員竟然話俾我知creme brûlée 要預訂先有好好彩店員見到我失望嘅樣子,就問我係咪只係要一個,然後就將佢碩果僅存嘅燉蛋俾埋我,當堂開心返晒其實我今次都係第一次親眼睇到店員即整焦糖面嘅場面,佢哋嘅糖好特別,我估係法式brown sugar之類,店員用火槍慢慢將面層薄薄嘅糖燒成脆糖,就大功告成喇!平時我都係買外賣返屋企食,今次係第一次堂食,原來完全係兩回事,即刻食嘅脆糖面就好似一塊薄薄嘅玻璃一樣,面層少少暖,下層凍凍哋,雖然甜咗啲啲,不過真係好好食下次再有promotion的話一定要再買過! continue reading

今日有朋友生日, 除咗買禮物,我都仲想去買蛋糕同佢哋慶祝。 但係其實香港有好多專係買西餅嘅舖頭, 而家間都真係好好食嘅,根本唔知選擇邊一間好。  跟住去商場行下,見到有間專門賣西餅嘅舖頭,好多人排隊,我就走去睇下。見到d餅好吸引, 跟住我就選擇咗一個佢地出名既特濃朱古力蛋糕一磅裝。其實, 呢個蛋糕唔大個,所以我開頭有啲擔心唔夠食,我地仲將個餅切到細細粒咁樣, 一人一啖。 至於個蛋糕好精緻、好靚,但係實在太甜。 如果切得太大嚿, 會好飽同好漏。 continue reading

Paul lafayet #觀塘一直都知道一間嘅creme brûlée 同埋馬卡龍好出名,嗰日咁啱經過觀塘嗰間店舖有得堂食,仲做緊下午茶優惠,決心試一試,睇吓係咪真係咁正,果然冇講錯!Creme brûlée (原價$50) + creme brûlée cappuccino (原價$33) 下午茶時段$60有一件cake + 一杯$33以下嘅咖啡本身係喺個雪櫃度雪住,叫嘅時候店員先加上砂糖再即刻用火槍燒成焦糖,層焦糖真係世界級,用個匙羹一敲就裂,超級脆卜卜,入口嘅時候仲要食到少少砂糖嘅口感,好正。至於個燉蛋亦非常細滑,仲好香蛋味,食到底會見到一粒粒雲呢拿籽,成個燉蛋甜度恰到好處,果然貴得有道理!另外佢係用咗個瓷器裝住個燉蛋,瓷器造型非常精細,上面刻着咗Paul lafayet ,儲夠三個攞返返去店舖仲可以換取一粒馬卡龍,五個仲可以換兩粒添!另外杯咖啡亦都好好味,面頭有層薄薄嘅焦糖,亦都係會食到少少砂糖嘅口感,咖啡一啲都唔酸,亦唔會太苦,非常細滑,連平時唔特別好咖啡嘅我都覺得好飲。味道: 4.7/5性價比: 3.5/5 continue reading

係APM同朋友食完晚飯有點意猶未盡想食個甜品但其實APM食甜品既地方唔太多,我又唔想食雪糕於是就醒起Paul Lafayet佢地既甜品其實一向都幾出色,奈何價錢的確有點貴,而且都頗為細件,所以都好少會光顧不過今日食甜品既慾望好強烈,一於去睇睇有無啱心水既蛋糕先今日門市都有大約六款蛋糕選擇不過大部份我都試過,而當中既熱情果口味蛋糕又唔係我飛佛所以最後就選擇左未食過既榛子脆餅,盛惠$50大元榛子脆餅呈長方條形狀,面層同左右兩邊以榛子朱古力既脆皮包住,仲有少少脆粒面層仲吱左榛子味忌廉,甜度適中之餘都幾幼滑內餡分為三層,第一層係微甜既榛子果蓉,第二層係焦糖脆餅,第三層係薄薄既海綿蛋糕榛子果蓉好厚好濃郁既榛子香味,調味只係加左好少量既甜味,質地好滑好濃厚焦糖脆餅好鬆脆香甜,應該有加少少海鹽,食落唔膩,為成件Cake增加左口感總括呢件榛子脆餅表現唔錯,只係包裹外層既榛子朱古力脆皮甜度有少少Over continue reading
