Giovanni Pina has come up with a lovely Valentine’s Day cake "La mia rosa" this year. The unique handmade chocolate rose represents "You are my one and the only one", creating a romantic and meaningful surprise. The cake has a triple filling made of sponge cake, cranberry compote and brownies, and is wrapped with silky vanilla and white chocolate mousse. 餐廳嘅甜品好吸引，不過我哋今次就去咗食晚飯。本身諗住隨便揀一間西餐入去食，點知超級有驚喜！🥰🥰Squid Ink Risotto ⋆ $268每次都好鍾意食墨汁意粉/飯。但好多餐廳都係得個顏色，而佢真係食得出有墨汁既甜味🥹上面既八爪魚仲要係煮得超軟熟❕比好多餐廳既grill octopus 都出色，勁surprise😍Lobster Risotto ⋆ $268龍蝦有一整條lobster tail～味道正常唔算太特別，但都係above average 的Soup ⋆ $68兩款餐湯都好正，一個係南瓜蟹肉一個係黑松露。南瓜蟹肉勁甜，每啖都勁多蟹肉，絕不手軟！黑松露湯亦都好濃味～好重松露香，不過偏咸。但整體都好正🥰.

呢一間餐廳之前食過幾次 ,今日食完晚飯之後想買件蛋糕返屋企食～～呢度嘅蛋糕價錢唔貴，而且款式多，賣相又靚!!～今日買咗件朱古力蛋糕，外皮有朱古力，裏面有伯爵茶嘅忌廉～～就算買一件都有個靚靚嘅盒包裝好，非常之精緻～～而且店員嘅服務都相當唔錯～～買呢啲咁精美嘅cake真係好過去連鎖店，價錢都其實差唔多～～呢件蛋糕嘅味道唔會太甜，朱古力味幾濃，忌廉又香滑，抵食～～下次試吓其他味道先～～另外餐廳環境幾好，下午茶都可以嚟食件蛋糕飲杯咖啡！

新年將至，睇到蝴蝶酥餅做推廣活動，立即打電話去問有冇訂購啦。師傅已經收爐啦，現場有存貨，仲要限量發售 😍😍 ，立即飛奔去買咗6盒。我嘅親朋好友收到我送嘅新年手信應該好開心 😁我呢個甜品控，經過甜品櫃，就立即被吸引住 😂😂一於買兩件甜品返屋企同老公撐枱腳 💪🏻💪🏻揀咗 Sacher all’Italiana 意式蕯赫蛋糕 及 Castagna 栗子蛋糕。賣相已經好吸引。切開一半睇吓先，嘩，真材實料啊！先吃栗子蛋糕，比較起來，味道會清淡啲。果然，甜度適中，栗子蓉好香，中間夾住嘅蛋糕穩打穩扎，唔會輕飄飄。然後就食薩赫蛋糕，切落去就感覺到好實正👍🏻👍🏻 有輕微酒味（Rhum）唔會好重。甜甜蜜蜜嘅朱古力蛋糕。個人覺得，以呢個價錢，食到呢個水準嘅蛋糕，簡直係超值呀 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻備註：事關廚房唔開得，尖沙咀分店可能要維修幾個月 😢😢
