前幾日中午上完training course就同大隻仔朋友黎左皇室堡呢邊食野,大隻仔話想食意粉,所以我地就上左黎呢度記得呢度既水準都okk,加上價錢唔貴,所以放飯時間坐滿曬人雖然單點散嗌既價錢都唔貴,但lunch time時段有set就抵食xpp我個日要左份“蒜香白酒海蜆意粉”HKd$78+10%(係must try item入面既菜色黎架)大隻仔就要左“香草烤雞雜菌羅勒忌廉意粉”HKd$78+10%因為我地都好肚餓,所以我地仲意粉升級左1.5倍(午市時段係free upgrade架)大隻仔問我有冇信心食完個意粉之後仲食得落1/3既薄餅,因為佢想食埋呢款新出既“明太子蟹肉海鮮披薩”HKd$118+10%其實我見到個時都已經想試,依家仲有大隻仔包底,我梗係二話不說就表示ok laaaaa套餐可以揀要沙律或者湯,我地兩個都揀左要南瓜湯我地飲完香甜濃郁既南瓜湯之後,pizza都熱辣辣咁到上黎啦!!!明太子同海鲜既味道特别夾,加上pizza既批底脆薄而富筋性韌度,配料又多,我地一致表示讚好之後我地既意粉都好快黎到啦!!!加量左既意粉真係好大碟,好彩大隻仔呢個黑洞可以幫我包底姐xpp我地仲追加左一杯“牛乳布甸”HKd$18+10%同“意大利芝士餅”HKd$38+10%一齊share食埋甜品就滿足曬啦啦啦啦 continue reading

今日放工之後同朋友係銅鑼灣食意粉狂熱。間餐廳係皇室堡,都唔算難搵。裝修就用左開放式設計,餐廳同商場中間只有矮欄,空間感十足,而由於餐廳所在位置本身人流唔多,所以都唔洗太擔心私隱問題。我地叫左個 Pasta & Pizza Holic Set ($318), 個餐有湯,有沙律,有主菜,有甜品,份量十足。首先黎既係特濃南瓜粟米忌廉湯同法式芝士洋蔥湯。個南瓜湯味道偏濃,有南瓜味,而個洋蔥湯入面就有粒粒洋蔥,再加一個浸軟左既芝士麵包,味道尚可。之後有香草雞肉凱薩沙律,d菜都尚算新鮮,水準之中。前菜有意式炸魷魚圈配他他汁,個魷魚圈粉漿略嫌過厚,而魷魚亦欠彈牙,但炸出黎都脆口,配上他他汁味道還可。另外我地又叫左個蒜味芝士雞翼。個雞翼表面煎得金香脆口,食落亦有蒜香味,肉質嫩滑,屬於水準之作。主菜有蒜香白酒汁海蜆意粉。個意粉d蜆都足料,而意粉食落口蒜香味十足,但略嫌乾身,總體值得一試。另一個主菜係明太子忌廉海老披薩,個披薩熱辣辣咁上枱,食落口芝士十足,餅底薄,食多都唔會覺頸渴,值得推薦。飲品我同朋友各自叫左草莓荔枝綠茶同芒果黃香李蕉茶。d茶都有飲到好香既水果味,可以一試。最後係甜品Tiramisu, 蛋糕小小,但味道卻不俗,為成餐作一個唔錯既點綴。 continue reading

聖誕氣氛越黎越濃厚,最近開始相約朋友出黎聚一聚。我同朋友都比Pastaholic的裝橫吸引左,細心一看,留意到餐廳係用不同的酒瓶做燈飾,黃黃的燈光帶來一點暖和感。呢度有3款2人餐選擇,性價比好高,我地揀左$318的套餐,包括餐湯、沙律、小食、意粉、薄餅、甜品及餐飲,成個套餐係超級豐富。特濃南瓜粟米忌廉湯,口感香滑厚身,同時飲到南瓜、粟米味,兩者味道亦好夾!而法式芝士洋蔥湯就係第一次飲,仲有一塊法包仔放係湯上面,賣相滿分。個湯咸咸地,洋蔥香甜,法包吸滿洋蔥湯精華,幾有新鮮感。再黎指定的雞肉凱撒沙律,雞塊大大件。最令我驚喜的莫過於係炸魷魚圈配他他汁,4件都炸得金黃色好靚仔,炸漿不太厚亦不太薄,口感香脆,肉質肥厚有嚼口。見到有不少人點左雞翼(望落應該都不錯),不過我真心推介大家要試呢個炸魷魚圈,有驚喜!溫泉蛋蒜香蘑菇意粉,蘑菇嘅份量好多,有2款蘑菇配搭,加上流心溫泉蛋,金黃色的蛋漿包裹著意粉,蛋香不會蓋過菌香,如果Pasta再硬身少少就正喇~美式辣肉腸Pizza,我真係好中意食Pepperoni/Salami呢d,批底唔算厚但脆身,上面鋪左辣肉腸、芝士、洋蔥,味道帶點Pepperoni的咸香、微辣,同時有洋蔥的甜味,算是不錯。最後以Tiramisu作結尾,2人餐以呢個價錢、質素黎講係超級抵食,特別推薦比一眾小資情侶! continue reading

以前好鐘意食和民日本野,原來它已經進軍意大利西餐市場,選址在銅鑼灣黃金地段,裝潢新穎時尚,座位闊落舒適,絕對吸引人流。 眼花撩亂,食物款色選擇很多,單是套餐也很吸引!和友人決定食這個二人套餐,$368包湯,沙律,前菜,意粉,和烤肉主菜,還有飲品和點品,性價比值一定高。鮭魚凱撒沙律(半份)二人分已很夠食!特濃南瓜粟米忌廉湯,香滑口感非常厚,不錯。法式芝士洋蔥湯,很香很濃,法包吸收洋蔥湯精華,每口都很豐厚。熱草莓荔枝綠茶。秘製炸雞,非常脆口,雞肉鮮嫩熱騰騰,都幾好味。重頭戲就是呢個香烤安格斯西冷牛扒(加$48),餐廳利用了這個保溫度極高的鐵板,令到每口牛都熱騰騰又不會過熟,牛肉味香濃肥美,薯條也很正! 芝士肉醬千層麵,招牌意份類做得不錯。最後還有Tiramisu cake做closing。整體算不錯,唯獨食物上菜約為高速了一點,食物調味方便略為重手了一點,但已算不錯!其他方便10分好!👍🏻 continue reading

銅鑼灣較出名同穩陣既西餐,非pastaholic 莫屬。意粉同pizza都係即製,好新鮮同好味。避開peak hour黎就會唔駛等位。今晚我地點左松葉蟹牛油果多士。牛油果好正照燒雞雞蛋pizza。隻醬好食特濃南瓜粟米湯三文魚松葉蟹沙律。當令食物。。。。北海道產豬扒: 豬扒唔算大,好juicy。。。。脆皮腸大啡菇pizza: 幾match既配搭。。。。其實係附近行下再玩下再食下野。地埋位置同食物都一流。。。。 continue reading
