先生知我鍾意食甜品,所以係灣仔買左兩件蛋糕俾我。平時食開朱古力,今次試新野,食左個紅莓撻和紅莓白朱古力摩士蛋糕。外型和味道可媲美TONY WONG,不過價錢都一樣貴,要$50件。雖然第二日先食,但紅莓撻個底仍然好香脆,紅莓略酸,不過夾埋中間既餡和批底,味道就平衡返,而且口感清新而不膩。至於紅莓白朱古力摩士蛋糕就較遜色,個底朱古力脆脆可能放左一日,所以淋哂唔脆,而且有d韌,紅莓摩士稍酸,白朱古力太少所以不能平衡酸味。最唔滿意既係蛋糕要$50件,但竟然無冰包😡😡,由灣仔拎到東涌已經唔凍變左室溫,令我無得即刻食😖,但第二日食口感已經差好遠。建議一定要堂食和即日食,否則絕對糟蹋了件蛋糕。

I often use the Cityplaza branch for a quick lunch. No issues with the ambience, service, coffee or sandwiches which are fairly good.My biggest gripe with the place is the salad. Why is it always the same choice? Surely it would be possible to add one or two different varieties and not see the same tired coucous, pasta and tomato salad every time!

毛毛雨的星期天早上,跟友人相約在灣仔享受一下法式的下午。這次是第三次光顧Passion by Gerard Dubois,頭一、二次都是選店內的甜點。店內的甜點色彩豐富,只看賣相就已經令人唾延三尺。今次友人推介自選沙律、Beef Sandwitch、Salmon Quiche及Blueberry Danish,於是便各選了一個。自選沙律 - 我們選了土耳其小米及紅菜頭土耳其小米的size是平常泰國米的三份一,口感像薏米,味道帶甜,很特別紅菜頭很甜,經過沙律醬的混合更能帶出紅菜頭本有的甜味,值得推介!Beef Sandwitch - 牛肉味道比較咸,但麵包烘培時間剛剛好,軟中帶脆Salmon Quiche - 有豐富三文魚魚油味,可能加上蛋的關係,整體感覺有點濟Blueberry Danish - Danish的外皮鬆脆,當中的吉士醬是全個danish的重點,甜而不膩。整體來說,Passion by Gerard Dubois的質素沒有令人失望,各咸點之中個人比較喜歡Beef Sandwitch及自律沙律中的土耳其小米。到訪的朋友可以一試!

忘記了這個包什麼名:上面是杏桃肉,帶有少少濕潤;圓形的包上灑上了杏仁片和白色糖霜;麵包的底很焦黑,而且很平均,但不會有焦味;麵包雖然很薄,但都包肉仍然見到有很多氣孔,好有彈性。 杏桃肉的份量一點麵不吝嗇,每一啖都可以咬到

灣仔★Passion by Gerard Dubois今日有事在身要去灣仔一趟,唔甘心過一過海就走,都係要搵個地方慰藉下妹仔肚上網搵食,見到依度有係日本食過念念不忘既蛋批(無錯,只係日本並未有幸係法國食過),target fixed!原來地理位置咁方便,係灣仔b2出口轉左直行/過埋條馬路/再向右行,就見到依間法國風情玻璃屋一推門入去就比右手邊既specialty bread zone吸引左。麵包控天性,哈,不過今日唔係黎食包。室內樓底高空間寬敞,唔同深淺既啡系裝潢,感覺grand得黎又幾親切食物款式多樣化,除左門口既法包,仲有好多令人心心眼既甜品(Croissant & danish; French pastry)。不過目標明確,都係一支箭行去咸點區(Salad & sandwich)。原來法式蛋批都有三種,包括original, vegetable & salmon。選擇困難症發作對住個櫥櫃呆企n分鐘&比個staff望到唔好意思有d壓力既情況下先揀到,都係食番original- Quiche Lorraine slice ($34):淨係面頭果層燒焦左既芝士已經望到流口水蛋批既餡除左主角雞蛋,仲有大量煙肉&洋蔥,其實食落都幾似中式蒸蛋嫁,不過勝在加左d好match既黑胡椒調味令佢味道昇華左,d蛋辣辣地有少少攻鼻好正芝士味就反而真係無嘜。不過最令人興奮都係可以連埋烘熱左既脆卜卜批皮批底一齊食,一香滑一鬆脆,雙重口感食完都唔會覺得好滯,當下午茶食剛剛好(不過如果芝士重手少少仲happy重口味。)今日養胃忍手無嗌咖啡,雖然坐係高枱無杯野飲下好似有d空虛,不過好彩都有舒適既環境/街境慰藉下分下心。整體黎講感覺都唔錯環境舒適幾好hea,食物以輕食&甜品為主,賣相吸引選擇多,只係好似全部食物飲品都係散嗌無set想試多樣就有d貴聽講依到既沙律都整得好出色&見到隔離位個栗子撻好似好吸引,下次下次。。。
