之前響疫情下,我哋個細胞小組斷斷續續有過好幾次聚會,不過,都喺小規模。依家算喺疫情過後,乜都復常,可惜今次細胞小組飯局都喺唔齊人,只有半圍檯多啲。唔緊要,聚一聚開心下都好,簡簡單單約咗嚟「樂天皇朝」食過晚飯。我本身都鍾意「樂天皇朝」啲環境同食物,不過,青衣呢間分店印象中應該未嚟過。室內環境幾大,樓底亦相對高,感覺幾唔錯,留枱時專登揀要圓枱,方便我哋一棚人傾偈。因為原本都無打算寫食評,不過見同枱組員你又影,我又影,結果影影吓都成堆相,但因為實在無準備,所以,影得求其啲,無影到餐牌俾大家參考。總之大家高興,開心飲杯!醬油花生、栗子 $15餐前小食咁多年嚟都喺呢兩款,價錢都喺收咁多,小弟最早到,所以食住等。花生煮得好腍,又有醬油香,栗子切成小粒,粉糯好食。補充多一句,茶錢就收$10位。麻醬油麥菜 $68呢個作為涼菜好好食,所以,推介俾組員試,一扎一扎嘅油麥菜被青瓜薄片捲實,入口爽脆俐落,沾上少少麻醬,清新中散發出陣陣濃香,味道有層次。龍華素鵝 $75印度中好多時啲素鵝都喺香煎,煎得好脆口,但呢個就唔喺,雖被列為涼菜,但就微微哋暖。腐皮咬落甚具豆香,口感軟軟腍腍,都幾好食。上海風味醬鴨 $65呢道風味醬鴨唔止個樣,食起嚟都有啲似臘鴨咁,不過,食落就無咁肥膩、無咁油,但喺就有一種好濃煙燻香嘅感覺,而咬落肉質有份韌勁,好有咬口,都幾特別。皇朝小籠包(8色)$142/ 原味小籠包 $118嚟到「樂天皇朝」點可以唔叫小籠包吖,所以,一嗌就嗌兩籠,一籠8色、一籠原味,等大家可以試多啲,始終都唔可以講試勻所有味道,當喺試吓咁啦。老實講,佢哋啲小籠包確喺做得幾出色,賣相摺口工整,正所謂皮薄餡靚,肉鮮味香,鬆化之餘又夠湯汁,而8色嘅口味又確有獨特,基本上喺枱枱都嗌嘅食物。木樨肉炒拉麵 $90一睇樣你就知呢個炒麵好有上海菜濃油赤醬嘅特色,因為用咗上海拉麵嚟炒,食落比較有韌勁,口感幾好,麵裡面混咗好多豬肉絲、木耳絲、銀芽、洋蔥,所以,食落味道豐富,加上香濃嘅醬汁,味道真喺幾唔錯。蟹粉炒飯 $142依家喺食大閘蟹嘅旺季,不過,同枱唔喺個個人都鍾意拆蟹,所以,應少少節就揀咗呢個蟹粉炒飯,一大堆蟹粉淋落個炒飯度,絕對好有視覺效果;而個炒飯底炒得幾爽口,唔油,配埋啲蟹粉真喺正呀喂,大家三爬兩撥就清晒成碟炒飯。香煎豆沙鍋餅 $58最後就梗係甜品時間啦,先嚟一客豆沙鍋餅,因為1客有8件,比較易分啲,至少人人都有得食。餅皮煎得金黃,入口香脆唔油,豆沙清甜起沙,的確好味,香口嘢一向有客路。擂沙湯圓 $45呢一個就有組員好想食,所以都點番1客大家共享,一客只有4粒,手快有手慢無。雖然我就無試,但佢哋就大讚好食,啲湯圓皮口感好軟糯,裡面填滿香滑嘅芝麻餡,面頭嘅黃豆粉又清香。宮廷驢打滾 $48雖然「驢打滾」1客只有3件,不過,比起雷沙湯圓,就可以一分為二,變相有6個人都食到。其實,「驢打滾」跟擂沙湯圓有啲異曲同工,不過,層糯米皮就捲住嚟做,此外,捲嘅喺豆沙餡,同樣外層就撒滿黃豆粉。食落軟綿黏糯,唔黏牙,紅豆餡又夠晒清甜。除咗上述菜式,仲有一碟皇朝話梅骨($108),影漏咗,我哋7個人最後埋單一千一百幾,都OK啦。訂枱時講明用餐1.5小時,但因為第二輪嘅人大多數都喺等2-4人細枱為主,所以,我哋都無被催交枱,結果就坐咗兩個半鐘有多,傾到夠皮先散場。順帶一提,服務幾好,添茶、收拾都好熨貼。 continue reading

喺青衣城shopping, 突然肚仔餓就決定坐低喺呢間樂天皇朝度開餐喇!上海菜清清地,整體感覺好似健康啲,哈哈~ 呢度有唔同味嘅小籠包,我哋掙扎咗一陣,最終都係揀咗原味,有六隻或者十隻揀,十隻抵啲㗎~ 兩個人,每人食五隻,絕對唔會太多~ 花雕醉雞基本上係必點㗎喇,花雕味都幾香~ 另外叫咗個豬骨湯年糕,有紹菜白菜仔,可以當湯飲呢~ 臨走嘅時候發現佢哋而家做緊 十週年, 期間限定十蚊優惠價某啲菜式😱 分三個階段有唔同嘅指定菜式!青衣城食夠錢就可以免費泊車,張單仲可以儲港鐵嘅積分添~ continue reading
