如果要細說上海菜的味道,除了到訪上海尋找其味道。香港彈丸之地,近年分店愈來愈多的「樂天皇朝」集團,由新加坡人所創立無論經營或其他業務也愈開愈多。不過本人喜愛銅鑼灣店全因有龍袍加身一樣,坐得舒適又堂皇。無論食物都相當多種類,之前有八色小籠包、榴槤小籠包,什至星期一至五推出半價的優惠,深受大家歡迎。近日店內的餐牌有所更新,愈來愈多新菜式特別廚師推介有話梅元蹄、風味醬鴨、鮑魚炒飯、皇朝話梅骨、松子鮮果桂魚等,各色各樣都是廚師精心製作。上海蔥油大餅 $45看到廚師推介的一頁,估不到會有「上海蔥油大餅」。即叫即製的大餅油光滿佈面層,超多香脆的芝麻內裡配上大量香蔥,煎得香脆無比大大件相當唔錯。招牌原味小籠包 $78「樂天皇朝」最有名莫過於小籠包,除了有八色及榴槤小籠包之外;其實我更愛原味。一客有六隻或十隻之分,喜歡以蒸籠設計蒸出細味。以及皮薄餡靚,熱騰騰又多汁。李白醉雞 $98另一個菜式相當特別,以酒配上雞件相當濃郁,每件雞件都相當入味而且令人津津有味,愈食愈想食。開揚蔥油拌麵 $45對於麵類方面除了四川擔擔麵之外,開揚蔥油拌麵也是我最愛之物。蔥油的份量十足完全做到香氣四溢,而且其拌麵又彈牙而有嚼勁。旁邊會有一碗湯拌勻麵底,可減其膩度。刀切小饅頭 (炸) $28對於饅頭我真心覺得平平無奇,不過身邊的那一個是愛饅頭的表表者。饅頭炸至香脆無比,到熱騰騰配上甜甜的煉奶相當滋味。芝麻醬油麥菜 $68油麥菜捲至相當美麗,如果不配芝麻醬油帶有爽口並提鮮。如添上芝麻醬油,油麥菜更見濃郁。擂沙湯丸 $42甜品時間又係我既最愛,有多款甜口的選擇特別喜愛「擂沙湯丸 」。內裡的芝麻餡流出甜絲絲,一客有4粒與友分享最好不過。桃膠紅棗桂圓湯 $42年過三十既我,對於養生特別注重。桃膠紅棗桂圓簡直是女人進補之作,滋補又養顏,小小甜度又是熱食大滿足。 continue reading

The signature eight-flavour xiao long bao is a must-try item on the menu. Fillings of the eight unique and special flavours are wrapped in vibrant and colourful dumpling skins, a pleasure to look at. These beautiful xiao long bao come with pork, cheesy, Szechuan, garlic, ginseng, crab roe, black truffle and foie gras fillings. My favorite is definitely the classic original. The dumpling skin is exquisitely thin. It’s incredible how much flavourful broth and juicy meat filling are contained in this small and delicate dumpling.If you’re looking for xiao long bao as you’ve never experienced it before, Paradise Dynasty should be on your hit list. continue reading

其實之前都去過樂天皇朝其他分店,但呢間分店既裝修係特別花過心機,完全係旗艦店級別。裝修充滿中式格調,環境乾淨舒服。小籠包可以話係樂天皇朝既招牌菜式,不同顔色既小籠包,由淺食到深色,非常特別。小籠包一共有8種:正常原味、綠色既人參味、啡色既鵝肝味、黑色既黑松露味、黃色既芝士味、橙色既蟹粉味、灰色的蒜香味和紅色的麻辣味。其實每個小籠包既味道都唔算好濃,但都食到淡淡既鮮味。個人最中意黑松露口味,嗅覺同味覺都夾集住淡淡既黑松露香氣。蔥花皮蛋豆腐清爽開胃,豆腐非常嫩滑,皮蛋完全係入曬味,食落好清甜。瑤柱芙蓉賽螃蟹蛋白非常鮮甜及細嫩,瑤柱令無咩味道既蛋白增添多一分風味。四川抄手拌麵麵條有彈性,炒手超大舊,有半個拳頭咁大,而且入面係滿滿既豬肉。估唔到呢味平平地既麵咁好食,非常有驚喜。酸辣湯酸味同辣味適中,非常符合香港人口味。配料亦非常足,有大量冬菇、肉絲等。檸檬蘆薈桂花蜜食完豐富既一餐食呢個桂花蜜感覺健康d,無咁大罪惡感。味道清甜,有淡淡既桂花味,仲有蘆薈粒同杞子。 continue reading
