今晚和太太特地到北角搵食,她喜歡吃辣,首選當然係“川菜”啦!在亳無目標情況下,行過見到這間川菜館,看完這間餐廳食評,雖然沒太多食評、但至少也沒有負評,所以入去試試!室內環境尚算乾淨,雖然人唔太多,兩三枱客,但係就就真係幾嘈,應該係迴音問題!坐低後,睇完餐牌,本來都有好幾個菜想叫,但太太話先叫一啲,看看、試試再叫,所以只點左兩款麻辣皮蛋……咁簡單的菜式,竟然名不符實,完全無麻香味,只是豆瓣醬加辣椒油毛血旺……味道、用料唔正宗,豬肝仲係壞了酸的極度失望,所以本來想點的都不敢再叫,正想埋單之際,有新客來……原本還要搭枱的;笑了……好彩走得快 continue reading

好耐之前來過一、二次宵夜,今天係一位老朋友带路,再次光臨,希望佢保持水準。我一向喜歡食辣,去到無辣不歡既地步,平時無人陪我宵夜時,我都是一碗白飯配辣椒豉油(自家制)食,平時我好省錢的先來一碟虎皮尖椒炒牛肉,熱辣辣超正,雖然係咸左既,但我配可樂配飯食就可以接受。再來一碟"粗芥蘭"我吾知佢叫咩名,味道清帶爽口,重點推介個炒飯,好耐末試過係一間餐廳或酒樓食到一個自己滿意的炒飯,就算只是最簡單既材料(只有蛋),個厨师炒到碟飯一粒粒可以數住來食,除左我爸爸親自炒食物水準依舊,吾相差得太遠就可以接受到。但地方細細嘈到亞媽都吾認得,果種嘈帶有回音,好恐怖來這裏消費的人,有八成係大陸,當中有二三台係帶福建口音,佢地就算傾計,但聲音就好似嘈交,救命亞,我真是好怕甘嘈,我會頭痛。平時公司的同事大聲講嘢,我都會"樹"佢地,但里度···我吾會帶朋友來,就算有人帶我,我亦會拒絕 continue reading

This is a lovely neighbourhood restaurant.  It specialises in spicy Sichuanese cuisine. Their prices are reasonable and portion sizes are huge.  The menu is extensive and includes classics such as 宮保雞丁,水煮牛肉, plus a good choice of veggies. All at acceptable prices. The taste of the food is authentic and yummy. They open until late at night, and it is an excellent option for a late-night supper. Delivery service to home is super fast and efficient. Great value for money.We will be back for sure continue reading

差唔多半夜突然想食辣,真係無乜選擇... 好耐無去過爸爸辣啦,又比次機會佢啦。點知居然full左要等!!!水煮魚柳 - 因為無曬桂花魚,唯有要住魚柳先lor。叫左大辣,所以真係feel到d辣架,但我覺得太油啦!可能魚柳既關係,d魚柳好似吸曬油甘。入面仲有d菜,芽菜,粉,幾條金菇甘大把!老實講,都幾失望。麻辣田雞 - 因為水煮魚叫左大辣,我驚唔知會唔會辣得濟,所以田雞就叫左中辣,結果就系唔系幾feel到有辣lor。宜家變左好似d咩香爆田雞甘,除左唔太辣之外,其實味道都ok既。o者o者通菜 - 原來我唔系好鐘意呢種煮法,都唔香既。仲有我唔食既豬膶 >_< continue reading

摸過一次門釘,發現爸爸辣係每日六點後先開舖,直到凌晨!每次行過,都見到幾高既入座率,心諗應該唔差,但係一直以來都鼓唔起勇氣去試!第一次食,正確黎講係第一次食川菜,因為一向對紅卜卜既菜色冇乜好感。openrice只得一篇食評,所以唔知咩係招牌菜,不過都離唔開水煮X同水煮Y。膽粗粗地叫左以下幾樣野:水煮牛($8x)牛唔係好辣,可能浸左唔係好耐,但係菜就唔敢掂,surface area 咁大,應該索左好多辣味。本人覺得食呢類菜式都幾浪費,尤其我地呢啲唔係好食得辣既人,一定唔會食埋啲辣椒同其他配菜。螞蟻上樹($5x)呢碟野係粉絲同好少肉碎炒/撈埋一碟,好唔好味因人而異(好明顯我係有所保留啦~),或者可能係我唔識欣賞。我覺得唔係好值。紅油抄手($32/8粒)好細粒好細粒,好似得塊皮咁,但係竟然比水煮牛更辣,意想不到。又係覺得唔值。。。銀菊露($20/楂)紅油抄手既辣令到我地叫左楂銀菊露飲,但竟然係今餐最好味最值既野。。。well...可能我冇食川菜既經驗,亦都唔識叫,所以對今餐有啲失望。水煮得黎唔夠辣,唔辣得黎又唔夠惹味。其實行過兩步既小辣椒仲平仲好味。。。不過唔應該咁快下定論既,咁多人食都一定有原因既。所以我會試多一次,參考下其他人叫咩,可能會發掘到爸爸辣好既一面呢~~ continue reading
