朋友說他以前在跑馬地上班的時候,經常來到這裏用膳,另外最近也繼續獲得米之蓮一星的榮譽,所以慕名而來。一早訂了晚上七點半鐘,早了10分鐘來到,看見有枱,心想此枱會是我們的,點知老闆問你們來人齊沒有?我回答所有人已到,在隔離店舖睇嘢。結果老闆叫我們多睇一陣,訂枱時間還未到....。此枱給了另外輪候的四人,他們在10分鐘內快速叫其他枱埋單。我們準時坐下,還安排了沙發座位,但其實我最不喜愛坐這種位,但亦不敢逆老闆意思。我們點了門口黑板寫着的幾款廚師推介。幾個餸菜都很出色!糯米釀雞翼是我最愛的,雞翼炸得香脆並不油膩,釀滿美味的糯米飯老闆還說我醒目,一坐下便點一款小菜,其後再點其他,這樣可以分開慢慢食。其中一位朋友很喜歡吃砵仔焗魚腸,奈何平時很少人陪他吃,我們所以一試,覺得非常出色,面層鬆脆。士多啤梨骨感覺有點像生炒排骨,士多啤梨味稍為遜色,但以生炒排骨來說佢做得好好。滑蛋蝦仁,蝦仁爽脆,蛋夠滑溜,非常美味。咖喱牛腩,味道似葡汁牛腩,牛腩亦不是炆煮得太好,是今晚最差的一道餸,也不會推介給任何人。雞湯莧菜,味道不錯也不會有一層油,不過份量太少。總體來說小菜都很出色,不過地方少一點,我們看見隔離枱的啫啫芥蘭煲及炒桂花翅,下次再光顧是會一試 continue reading

第二次同老公幫襯這間餐廳,貪佢環境舒服乾淨, 同埋有老火靚湯。 餐廳細小,但感覺有人情味 , 我們不是熟客 , 但走時見到老闆 ,佢都好有禮貌同我哋講多謝 。是日我們點了雞 ,時菜炒肉片, 齋煲。 雞肉嫩滑,時菜肉片很有鑊氣, 齋煲好味不咸。 之後還有不太甜糖水食! 服務員態度很好。 唯一不好的是價錢較貴,$80 一個set還要加一茶錢, 湯同飯都用細碗盛載, 分量較少, 一人餐是不夠飽的,所以我們兩人叫了三人餐! 餐牌上其他散叫食物也頗貴呢! continue reading

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend and I have to say it is by far the best food I've had on my trip here. From the reviews I read they seem to be most known for their sweet and sour strawberry pork (delicious) but the owners son (kicking myself for not getting his name) suggested razor clams which blew my mind! I'm no expert on razor clams but I have a hard time believing anything could ever top these. We also enjoyed a prawn dish with walnuts and the best beef and pepper dish I've ever had. Nice selection of beer and wine for how quaint the place is. The best part of our dining experience was by far the owners son. He ordered for us, sat down with us and gave me tips on where to eat, drink and even told me about this app (Hong Kong isn't big on my beloved yelp). I don't know when I'll be back to Hong Kong but I do know this place will be my first stop when I return. continue reading

通常外國節日是吃中菜,相反中國節日會去食西餐,貪佢唔使同人爭位。因此趁着元旦去試吓粵菜。可能因為佢係米之蓮一星,所以對佢個期望太高,食完覺得冇咩特別,而且價位比較高,兩個人食三個菜買單快要七百,可能去酒店食都差唔多價錢籠仔蒸蟹糯米飯原本想點蝦,但因為無蝦所以轉左蟹,隻蟹都算大隻,而且仲有少少膏,不過整體個糯米飯沒有什麼鮮味菠蘿生炒骨算係成晚最好食的那個小菜,個汁酸甜適中,而且個汁唔會搞到啲排骨林晒啫啫生菜煲最失望的一個餸,想時個煲已經唔熱,唔會好似平時啫啫煲咁治治聲,成個菜炒到好水,而且味道很淡 continue reading
