通常外國節日是吃中菜,相反中國節日會去食西餐,貪佢唔使同人爭位。因此趁着元旦去試吓粵菜。可能因為佢係米之蓮一星,所以對佢個期望太高,食完覺得冇咩特別,而且價位比較高,兩個人食三個菜買單快要七百,可能去酒店食都差唔多價錢籠仔蒸蟹糯米飯原本想點蝦,但因為無蝦所以轉左蟹,隻蟹都算大隻,而且仲有少少膏,不過整體個糯米飯沒有什麼鮮味菠蘿生炒骨算係成晚最好食的那個小菜,個汁酸甜適中,而且個汁唔會搞到啲排骨林晒啫啫生菜煲最失望的一個餸,想時個煲已經唔熱,唔會好似平時啫啫煲咁治治聲,成個菜炒到好水,而且味道很淡 continue reading

先恭喜彭慶記再次獲得2017米其林1星殊榮!老公經過剛好被老闆擄獲,說裡面還剩一張台,也就拉著我進去了。這是我第一次吃獲得米其林的小餐館(飯店餐廳粵以及海逸軒倒是去過幾次),內心是有點緊張,很怕是貴翻的店... ...店內四方有點小,可以輕易偷看別桌的料理,不過位子的間隔也不至於太接近,還是有一點私人談話空間。風格比較中式,天花上吊著幾個紅色燈籠,下方張著嘴的魚也是挺可愛溫馨的,只是令人比較擔心灰塵飄落的問題。晚市茶芥費一人12蚊,以茶的品質來說是頗貴的。在餐牌上猶豫許久的我們點了兩道菜:琥珀密椒牛仔肉(128$)、四川麻婆豆腐(108$)我沒有聽過琥珀這個詞,問了老公才知道原來是指核桃,應該是取其顏色吧。牛仔肉是指出生2個半月到10個月間屠宰的牛肉,特點是脂肪少、肉質嫩、味道較清淡,所以很適合用醬汁醃過再快炒的料理。四川麻婆豆腐則是實在不知道要點什麼點的,其實有些後悔呢!因為後來隔壁桌在吃的半隻雞,那焦糖色澤又脆皮的感覺看起來超級好吃的。琥珀密椒牛仔肉,牛肉非常嫩,有點黑椒的醬汁也很入味,清脆的豌豆夾飽滿有光澤,前後都有去掉硬纖維,不過還是有3到4個沒有去掉,細心度比較不足。稱為琥珀的核桃香脆,感覺保存得很好,上面有沾一些蜜糖,整道菜配起來很好吃。麻婆豆腐板豆腐不是一般的,很嫩,又與嫩豆腐有些差異,感覺有特別選過,算是小驚喜。絞肉的比較碎,有吃到一些硬骨,調味很辣所以我們叫了兩碗飯,真是還好沒叫第三碗……結帳才發現一碗白飯竟然要20蚊~~~~~~~買單330光是這個白飯的cp值我只能給它1星了…感覺被欺負了!:(心底的吶喊是相當於80元台幣,我在台灣可以吃一整個雞腿便當耶!(小家子氣如果是12-15蚊一碗白飯我覺得還可以接受,收到20實在太多了老闆!!愉快的用餐氣氛完全被白飯毀了!!! continue reading

Went to Pang's Kitchen with 5 members of my family. Had the Conch & Wild Duck Soup as a starter, followed by Oysters with Ginger & Scallions, Garlic Spare Ribs, Fried Milk, Steamed Crab over Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves, Pomelo Skins with Dried Shrimp Eggs, Shredded Chicken with Jellyfish, and Fish Lower Jaws in Ginger & Scallions. I was afraid that I had ordered too many dishes, but wouldn't you know it, there was not a scrap left at the end of the meal. That's just how good the food was! continue reading

原本一家人高高興興特意由銅鑼灣坐的士去跑馬地彭慶記食晚飯。去到店面,首先店員用一些不禮貌的語氣問我們幾多位,然後又話要齊人先可入座。基於我們4大1小已經齊人所以便安排入座,心情難免因爲店員的態度由期待變成小小失望,但姑且看到有米芝連的招牌進店一試。坐著看看菜牌,我們點了一個淡而無味的响螺水鴨湯,味道不錯的鹹魚肉餅、很多菠蘿的生炒骨、只有元西味的連藕餅、勁大雪味的柚皮(超級難食)、最後點了一個啫啫唐生菜,這餐飯大約是$1200。然後我們的飯餐已經食到七七八八,亦不見啫啫唐生菜奉上,我們詢問了店員如果漏單就不要補了,請把它取消。怎知道20分鐘之後,啫啫唐生菜就上菜了。我們20分鐘前已經取消了這道菜,為何要在我們已取消了落單、枱面上其他飯及餸已經食完時再上?店員態度奇差亦帶了一點屑的説了一句「一早已經做好了,不能取消」。這根本就是貼錢買難受。總結是:價錢不相宜,味道猶如普通茶餐廳,態度極差。不配擁有米芝連的一家普通餐廳。 continue reading
