前幾天偶遇三十多年沒見的舊友好,昨天約茶聚,就大家交通方便,就約在尖沙咀K11百樂潮州酒家。酒家不大,但環境舒適,佈置高雅,盡顯貴氣。我們四人先舉小杯功夫茶,互祝安好。食家Chiu Chiu負責點菜,本來這店著名鮑魚、魚翅,但友好歡聚,志不在豪食,就免了。每人先來一盅胡椒燉豬肚湯暖䁔胃,清甜但胡椒味不足。其他我們要了下列各款小菜:潮店必食的鹵水鵝片,肉質鮮美入味。煙燻䱽魚塊,大大件,惜稍欠魚鮮味。蠔仔烙,蛋多蠔少,缺放芫茜,美中不足。方魚肉碎粥,普普通通。薑汁蘭度,碧綠青翠,鮮甜爽口,不錯。最後甜品是每人一碗綠豆爽,甜甜蜜蜜,友誼永固! continue reading

今日去咗K11的百樂潮州鮑魚飯店食午飯。首先來一客豬腳凍,它就好像上海店的鎮江肴肉一樣。不太肥,亦不會雪了太久,很好吃。 之後來一客燒腩仔。燒腩仔很有豬味,不會太肥或太瘦,但是皮燒得太硬, 不夠脆口。 燒賣,豬肉和蝦的比例適中,蝦夠大亦很新鮮。 蕃茄湯配牛肉球都幾特別,而番茄湯亦比較清新。 另外也點了滷水大腸及炸鱈魚腩。炸鱈魚比較香口,冇乜骨,啖啖肉。滷水大腸則較一般。 最後來一客方魚肉碎蠔仔粥。蠔仔雖然夠大粒,但是有一點腥。破壞了整個粥的口感。 continue reading

平日同另一半都係食西餐,或者日本、泰國野比較多,今日為左慶祝我搵到新工,我地決定食啲特別啲既野,於是趁lunch time去左K11既百樂潮州鮑魚飯店食一個$298二人套餐慶祝!潮式欖菜蒸排骨 排骨有好多夠比起出邊酒樓多一倍有多家鄉豬皮涷 冰冰能量,適合夏天開胃 / 爽滑牛肉腸 普通竹笙海皇翅羹 好足料好夠味一百分杏汁白肺湯 杏汁並非一般貨色似乎係自製(唔記得影相...)欖菜肉碎炒飯 本身以為得一份原來一人一碗好抵食蛋花豆漿 合格,為依餐飯畫上圓滿嘅句號總括而言呢餐飯係有驚喜嘅,比起夜晚每位三四千蚊嘅dinner套餐,黎食lunch真係好抵。我哋決定要喺openrice寫低留個紀念,同埋以後要試多啲中菜! continue reading
