今日去咗K11的百樂潮州鮑魚飯店食午飯。首先來一客豬腳凍,它就好像上海店的鎮江肴肉一樣。不太肥,亦不會雪了太久,很好吃。 之後來一客燒腩仔。燒腩仔很有豬味,不會太肥或太瘦,但是皮燒得太硬, 不夠脆口。 燒賣,豬肉和蝦的比例適中,蝦夠大亦很新鮮。 蕃茄湯配牛肉球都幾特別,而番茄湯亦比較清新。 另外也點了滷水大腸及炸鱈魚腩。炸鱈魚比較香口,冇乜骨,啖啖肉。滷水大腸則較一般。 最後來一客方魚肉碎蠔仔粥。蠔仔雖然夠大粒,但是有一點腥。破壞了整個粥的口感。 continue reading

平日同另一半都係食西餐,或者日本、泰國野比較多,今日為左慶祝我搵到新工,我地決定食啲特別啲既野,於是趁lunch time去左K11既百樂潮州鮑魚飯店食一個$298二人套餐慶祝!潮式欖菜蒸排骨 排骨有好多夠比起出邊酒樓多一倍有多家鄉豬皮涷 冰冰能量,適合夏天開胃 / 爽滑牛肉腸 普通竹笙海皇翅羹 好足料好夠味一百分杏汁白肺湯 杏汁並非一般貨色似乎係自製(唔記得影相...)欖菜肉碎炒飯 本身以為得一份原來一人一碗好抵食蛋花豆漿 合格,為依餐飯畫上圓滿嘅句號總括而言呢餐飯係有驚喜嘅,比起夜晚每位三四千蚊嘅dinner套餐,黎食lunch真係好抵。我哋決定要喺openrice寫低留個紀念,同埋以後要試多啲中菜! continue reading

今晚係團年飯聚,book左3下圍,VIP房吾夠位,其中一圍要係出面擺,大大小小三十幾人,真係好熱鬧。潮州菜食開都係冷盤、蠔仔粥個啲,今晚俾我食到比較精緻既菜色,真係佩服。冷盤小食有酸菜、豆角、木耳,有啲似韓式前菜,最好味係木耳,好爽口開胃。之後既餸菜吾係全部影底,亦冇特別去記,所以只係就記憶寫返出黎。首先係滷味拼盤,雞翼尖、豆腐、鵝片都好入味,吾算太鹹。髮菜蠔豉瑤柱鮮味濃,未夾已經聞到佢既香味,啲瑤柱食落係一絲絲,啖啖肉,食落好滿足。佢有個蛋蠔餅,過蠔吾算多,又吾夠肥美,可以係今餐飯唯一失望既地方。最驚喜係炸魚塊,菜名吾記得,但魚肉外脆內軟,好新鮮。佢旁邊有塊炸皮皮做裝飾,以為食完就扔,原來之後斬件整鹽酥炒魚皮,非常香脆,好好味!之後個雞腳湯足料在講,食吾到味精味,湯睇落清,但飲落香味十足,食埋湯渣,真係飽左一半。因台灣朋友係附近,需要早走,未完成全飯局,但都值得再黎,希望下次再試其他菜式! continue reading
