久別重逢,已一年多無到訪,裝修依舊,但點解冷冷清清呢?以前高朋滿座人頭擁擁,現在都七點半咯。身處 108 樓酒吧餐廰,居高臨下觀賞一望無際海境,日境夜境同樣美妙極了!有室外室內座位選擇,無風時候係露台有點悶熱,而坐室內音樂比較嘈吵。竟然有高級刺身供應,質素可以媲美日本料理餐廳,美味非常!服務有禮,招乎還可以,都滿意的。回想早前坐大廳右邊近洗手間長檯,眼見改為六位以上大梳化位呢。我地唯有坐左邊,反而環境清靜好多。雖然露台可以欣賞無敵海景,但又熱又侷加上高檯用餐唔方便,都係坐室內冷氣位比較舒適。我喜歡燈光效果的設置,真心有誠意的設計,美輪美奐。晚飯時間過後,音樂會由柔和轉為強勁碰碰聲,而且四周燈光會閃爍轉色呢,幻彩表演一樣。收費 Nuts 還以為薯片,但口感較硬帶脆,有點似巨形蠶豆。極上吞拿魚腩壽司,比以往細塊薄很好多,味道超級鮮甜,質感滑溜,魚脂豐富至極,閃閃發亮。手握壽司飯軟硬適中飽滿乾爽,略帶醋香,不澀不嗆,無得頂。不愛刺身的技安只咬一小口吞拿魚就絕食抗議!那麼高質魚腩就盡收我嘴裡去,多謝。鮮菌蘆筍,由 3 條露筍及 3 件鮮菌演繹,預計會係較中式的炒露筍,誰知出現西式的煎焗。本來已不愛西餐的技安當然咀妙妙,但就連我也不懂欣賞,此道菜還要花費 $200 大元。略粗蘆筍爽甜多汁,沒半點渣。鮮菌乾乾的,咬落棉棉菇味濃,清清淡淡一試無妨。印度特式烤雞,又一場誤會!還是我眼漏眼呢?心想會係烤雞,變成雞肉串燒出現。馬虎地整串塞入口,淡淡的印式香料醬在表層,雞肉基本沒什麼味道,有色無味要沾醬食的嗎?而且烤雞亦沒有燒烤香氣。法國生蠔,未到我最喜愛的蠔皇貝隆季節,退而求其次試食其他。這款細小不知名又未食過的索價每隻 $85 蚊,海水味金屬味生蠔味均味道清淡,趙落嫩滑微爽彈彈。特式煎蝦及迷你和牛漢堡,兩道必食招牌菜,不幸地失手了!蝦肉軟撻撻,韌韌不爽彈,沒鮮甜味可言,就算塗上大量濃味秘汁亦無補於事。牛肉乾爭爭鞋烚烚沒半點肉汁,麵包硬掘掘通,通風麵包一樣。技安對五款菜色無款欣賞,環境赤不討她歡喜,極度無癮,非常掃興。使得我心情惡劣,再無興緻去睇 118 樓無敵海夜境,埋單 $3000 蚊都合理。離開時發現只得一個年青廿歲未出頭廚師,出品有否保證架?技安全程黑口黑面!我帶您食好野沒多謝一聲,帶您嘆靚場就怨言多多,真係火都黎!依家投訴無啖好食而且食唔飽,要立即去茶記食碗牛腩河,仲要難食到極可怕!我氣頂到心口,刁蠻技安羅黎錢! continue reading

Need to work in the Elements mall, me and my friend finally came to taste the cocktails in literally the highest bar in HK.Blue and purple lighting and relaxing ambience all around, with most are tourists and foreigners. We ordered a Lion Rock and a Tropical cyclone. A bit steep for the price but understandable where it is inside one of the most luxurious hotel in town.Lion Rock is made from Black Label, Mezcal Montelobos, Yellow Chartreuse, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup, Orange Bitters, Pinch of Fresh Thyme. The taste is similar to a whiskey sour, but with more flavours on the herbal side, the mouthfeel is round and balanced.Tropical Cyclone, on the other hand, is Tanqueray Gin, Mango, Yuzu Juice, Coconut Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitter. As the name implies, the palate is full of tropical and fruity tastes, like mango and coconut, giving a refreshing touch to the tongue. continue reading

Here is a great place is you want to capture an stunning view of the city, definitely recommend go up to the roof on a clear night. Drinks are good but a bit pricy but with the overall experience is worth to visit. continue reading

OZONE作为世界上最高的酒吧(虽然不久的将来可能被上海中心上的酒吧取代吧)一直都是香港最有名,人气最高的酒吧之一,特别是周末晚上更是一位难求。酒吧的装修以暗色调为主,层高很高,环境还是比较舒服的,室外吧台景色在天气好的时候没话说,维港两岸的风景一览无余,但是找个好点的位置比较难。酒吧的酒水还是挺丰富的,点的香槟味道也不错,服务也还不错吧。各种小食之类的也还凑合吧。不过更多的还是买个环境。总的来说不错的酒吧,来香港打卡必选项之一。 continue reading

We are lucky to book the 4-course tasting menu dinner to celebrate our 25th anniversary. No doubt the view is stunning and servicing staff are so caring. Price is very extremely reasonable and worth for money. Customers used to focus on the view and seldom mention about the food there that we think is unfair coz the chef is so talented and creative... food quality is wonderful with great details and presentation. Julien who served our table really did a great job .... he is so kind, knowledgeable and patient to introduce us the food and listen to our comments. We have four course tasting menu tonight starting from oyster soup, then sea bass, steak and dessert. All food are terribly good and delicious that we did not leave a bit in the plate !We love this place so much and highly recommend for all types gatherings. continue reading
