晚飯食完西餐無叫到甜品,目的為左轉個靚彎,食呢間一直想試既泡芙店。🏅當選左2017年米芝蓮小食,今日終於可以去試下。店鋪唔算大,店內環境一目了然,簡約設計,以貓頭鷹做主題,一間主打Gelato同雪糕泡既手工雪糕店。🍨雪糕泡芙有4款口味,包括天鵝絨泡芙、橙色泡芙、杏仁泡芙、原味泡芙,每款各有特色。⭕️天鵝絨泡芙 $58紅色既泡芙非常吸睛,中間夾住大大球既雲尼拿杏仁雪糕、士多啤梨玫瑰醬、天鵝絨蛋糕。泡芙外脆內軟,雪糕軟滑,連埋士多啤梨醬一齊食更好味。粒粒紅色天鵝絨蛋糕濕綿口感都幾好食。驚喜係雪糕食到甘上下,底層有粟米脆片,可減低甜度之餘亦可增添口感。🍊橙味泡芙 $58外層都係用左紅色既泡芙,中間夾住既餡係芒果雪葩、芒果熱情果醬、椰子脆脆。芒果雪葩酸酸甜甜,清新好味,連埋熱情果醬一齊食好夾。椰子脆脆就略嫌甜左小小,幸好有粟米脆片一齊食,減輕甜度感。🍯焦糖燉蛋泡芙 $26形狀好似芝士焗大菇甘,哈哈,幾可愛。忌廉係即叫即唧,可以保持泡芙香脆口感。泡芙口感鬆脆,上面係一層燒過既焦糖。一咬落去,外脆內滑,呈現流心爆醬既感覺。內餡忌廉、吉士夠哂香滑濃厚,配上甘甜既焦糖絕配,相比雪糕泡芙我更愛呢款。🍵抹茶鮮奶 $42順便試埋野飲啦~共分左兩類,咖啡類、鮮奶類。食甜品小食,我傾向想飲咖啡多啲,但因為已經晚上時間,驚訓唔著所以叫左杯抹茶鮮奶。簡單拉花,加上翠綠茶色,望落舒服。飲落順滑,滲出陣陣綠茶香味,完美作結。睇得出Owl's製作用心,感受到店員既工作熱誠。好好禮貌,再加上親切笑容,為小店更加分。 continue reading

不少人到電影院欣賞電影之時,都喜歡一面吃著爆米花,視覺享受的同時不忘慰勞味蕾,口感香脆甜美,一粒接一粒,往往停不了口;除此以外,雪糕是另一款大熱,相反的口感,無需咀嚼,入口即溶。竟然又有人想到,用一個泡芙把兩者合二為一,但不可以帶進場了,看完電影,需移步至一家在 K11 附近的貓頭鷹店,店名就是 Owl's。貓頭鷹 Owl's 正是一家泡芙專門店,巨型雪糕泡芙有四大款式:原味、天鵝絨、橙色及杏仁,最後一款最吸引,因為在中央雪糕的一層會加進多粒脆米花,令香脆層次更昇華。雪糕方面,原裝配咖啡曲奇,但亦可自由在當天口味中選擇,我換上了榛子,製作人員配合,換上榛子糖醬塗在脆米花上。杏仁泡芙配榛子雪糕以小紙杯橫放載著,不會吃得失儀。泡芙即點即做,新鮮香脆絕對與別不同,杏仁泡芙上還加上大大粒的粗鹽,出奇地味道不鹹,或者有少少,我認為主要作用是增加軟硬口感之對比。自家製雪糕同樣出色,非常香滑富榛子香,完美無瑕,真的美味。好奇心驅使下多吃了一個細小的忌廉泡芙。意式芒果忌廉泡芙意式芒果口味,外型尖尖的像個火山,白色忌廉上有少少烤焦烙印,同樣香脆甜美,但我還是比較喜歡雪糕泡芙。小小的店,有三個員工,二人在廚房,一人專門招乎客人,少見到的人手充足,可能是周六晚的原因,因此服務態度超殷勤,怪不得是米芝連推介,但等一個泡芙,依然需約五分鐘,最緊要好吃,等又何妨。 continue reading

It is interesting to know that this little gem is listed as one of the Michelin recommendations. While we are initially going to K11 to try a new Korean brand ice cream, which have unfortunately been sold out, we end up at this nearby gelateria selling homemade gelato with a twist. A simple menu, serving different flavors of gelato in their homemade choux pastry; sweet potato latte, banana chocolate latte and coffee. We got each of us a red velvet and praline noir to share. The red velvet consists of a red velvet puff sandwiched with vanilla almond gelato, some cereal and red velvet cake. The strawberry rose sauce in the middle is particularly my favourite, sweet and fragrant. Another praline noir has a very delicious hazelnut praline gelato matching with a plain but delicate puff. It is supposed to serve atop some maltesers but they said they are already out of stock, so it is replaced by a few pieces of milo cereal pop. The space is small so you may consider takeaway during peak hours. continue reading

今日帶阿女去k11嘅藝術空間玩,玩之前下午茶時間最好就係去食返個甜品先, 經過K11門口遠望見到有間 Owl's Choux. Gelato. Coffee 。門面佈置以白色為主題,感覺好優雅,決定過去試一試~一入門口,好多貓頭鷹擺設,店內裝修令人感覺好舒服。雪糕櫃內有8款GELATO,店員好細心,可以比我試味後先決定。見到有signature 4款泡芙,心大心細,又想揀呢樣又想揀果樣,最後店員提議可以自選,岩晒我口味~ 我揀左: 天鵝絨泡芙 +咖啡曲奇gelato + Crispy caramel popcorn  +  海鹽焦糖醬 $58店員先將泡芙入焗爐焗熱,焗製時就準備gelato, gelato 份量都不少,店員慢慢地將雪糕推成圓圓既球體,整個過程睇得出製作好用心~終於上場,天鵝絨呢個紅色實在好吸睛,成個presentation 好吸引~ 食落外層泡芙熱熱的,夠脆且甜度適中。Gelato 有濃濃的咖啡味,聽店員介紹Gelato 係意大利進口。阿囡就最愛popcorn, 我覺得焦糖醬配coffee gelato 再加焦糖popcorn,簡直係係一流~另一個 Cream Brulee CHOUX cream 泡芙 $26 又上場~ 面上有cream brulee,甜甜的, 咬開裡面cream & custard 非常軟滑,特別喜歡果種vanilla 味。兩款我都覺得好好味,下次過黎又要再黎過先得~ continue reading

曾在網上看到Owl's Choux老闆的辛酸史,經歷面臨結業危機,幸得業主良心支持以及老闆的堅持不懈,如今終於青出於藍,更獲得米芝蓮推薦街頭小食加冕,客人絡繹不絕。店內環境一目了然,細小的空間內貓頭鷹的蹤影無處不在,招牌作除了有泡芙之外更有Gelato和咖啡。Peanut Brother ($60)除了四款長駐餐牌的雪糕泡芙外,不時會有限定款式推出,而是次更是本人極之喜愛的花生醬味;泡芙不負所望極為香脆,即使與Gelato接觸久長亦沒有絲毫變軟。店方Gelato主要以澳洲牛奶製造,無添加忌廉,質感幼滑細膩而比較黏稠,且特別富有奶香,不過花生醬味道相對較為含蓄。除了沾上雪糕面層的Fruity Pebbles之外,泡芙與雪糕之層更夾有Brownies、粟米片及香蕉果蓉,口感層次甚為豐富。特濃雲尼拿吉士忌廉泡芙 ($18)一系列忌廉泡芙價格親民,忌廉即點即唧,保持泡芙香脆可口,比雪糕泡芙更能嚐出濃郁蛋香。內餡忌廉及吉士的比例約為一比一,香滑濃厚,甜度恰到好處,絕對是我嚐過城中最出色的泡芙。看到餐廳人流如鯽,不禁泛起陣陣感觸,出色的食物終於得到別人的欣賞和肯定。成功的確並非一朝一夕,老闆的堅持執著,以及對製作食物的認真,絕對是引以為傲的榜樣,榮獲米芝蓮推薦,並非浪得虛名。希望以後每次到來,都能夠感受到老闆的熱誠,和食物質素的保證,加油! continue reading
