今日同朋友一齊玩完全日 ,突然好想食outback,於是就黎到灣仔分域街呢間分店。頭盤叫咗香煎黑椒日式黃鰭吞拿魚水晶好有驚喜,因為黑椒令到佢有辣味,但配吞拿魚又好清新。另外因為好多樣都想食,所以叫咗烤肋骨雞搥芝士薯條拼盤。呢個拼盤真係好好每樣野都好好食,多人分享就最適合。最後主菜就叫咗燒雞肉芝士夾餅同香草蕃茄海鮮意粉雞肉芝士夾餅真係好正海鮮意粉都好多料我 continue reading

同事一直盛讚這間Outback Steakhouse的黑糖包非常美味,特意帶了我來食中午餐。這間Outback Steakhouse的黑糖包如果光吃黑糖包,也就一個好食而已。但配合上它的牛油,整個黑糖包即刻升華了一個地步!沒有誇張!塗了牛油的黑糖包和沒有塗牛油的黑糖包完全是兩回事!而且,同事告訴我這間餐廳最棒的地方是黑糖包吃完後如果想要再吃的話,是可以免費再續的!另外,我們叫了烤美國帶子煙肉白汁燴飯$118+燒盲槽魚柳$118。首先,烤美國帶子煙肉白汁燴飯$118,帶子比較厚身,但炸得外脆內嫩,表面帶有些許的焦色,不過咬下去依然多汁、鮮甜。其次,燒盲槽魚柳$118,這一款槽魚柳令我很有驚喜,外表已經煎得色澤金黃、香氣四溢,皮脆肉滑的盲槽魚柳澆上燒過的檸檬汁,有一種清新而不油膩的味道,非常的贊!總括而言,我會繼續跟同事一起光顧這間Outback Steakhouse的,就算不為嘗試其他美食,也一定會為了它的黑糖包光顧的!!! continue reading

新春期間和朋友於山頂行過大運,下山時是下午時份,又有藉口去食 TEA了 😋。我們置身灣仔區,驚覺選擇其實不多,因為仍有很多餐廳未開市,甚或價錢不合,一路走了幾條街,遠遠見到大大個  OUTBACK 招牌,簡直有種在沙漠中找到水源的喜悅。餐廳位處商業大廈一樓,景觀開掦,兩邊街景盡收眼簾。今天客人不多, 我們可以舒舒服服霸佔整張卡位。雖然今天沒有下午茶供應,不過 MAIN course 選擇也豐富,價錢由 $88 至218不等,每項選擇均配  ~ 是日餐湯、飲品、還有那個出名的黑糖麥包。黑糖麵包  ( 任添)最先送上的黑糖麥包,熱騰騰,質感軟熟,中央色擇較深,少少濕潤,麥味香濃,甜甜地,有少少提子乾的味道,咬落質感又美味,配軟滑米白色的忌廉芝士醬,味道更佳,結果我們叫了三轉,另外每人還要加十蛟外賣了一條,返屋企慢慢嘆。栗米湯是日餐湯為忌廉栗米湯,濃稠度適中,不似其他餐廳只有一味 ~ 甜 ,初段有點點辣,接著又會嚐到少少咸,帶出粟米的天然甜味,粟米没有全部打成蓉,還可以食到大大粒原粒粟米,增添口感。香辣燒蝦飯 $88賣相不俗 ,黃黃橙橙的顏色十分醒神,作為頂層配菜裝飾的炸紅蘿蔔絲非常脆口,飯粒金黃,味道偏淡,食落有少少辣,原隻大蝦經煎香後,十分惹味,肉質稍乾身,但依然爽脆。燒盲槽魚柳$118外皮煮得金黃香脆 ,魚肉略厚身,口感嫩滑細緻,洒上少許檸檬汁提鮮 ,非常美味 ;除了魚柳,還有炒香了的飯 ,飯粒粒分明 ,呈蛋黃色 ,軟硬適中,味道偏淡,没有多餘調味,油份,可以話吃得健康。咖啡  (任添)作為餐飲,咖啡味道其實算是不俗,合格以上,没有驚喜是預期之內,勝在可以任添。以這個價錢,這個環境和食物質素,個人認為算是物有所值,難怪身邊的朋友也經常幫襯這間連鎖餐廳。而那個超正的黑糖麵包,更是餐廳的加分位。 continue reading
