長沙灣區居然比我揾倒有間高級法國菜😳,擁有蘭桂坊既美酒,亦有酒店級既美食,想也想不到,氣氛一流,入內絕對有驚喜: 香檳、紅酒,白酒應有盡有🍾🍷🍸,我哋叫了一支香檳加兩支紅洒,過份!😝。更有餐前小食,係wasabi蝦🍤,必食! 蝦彈牙不特止,好味到我形容唔到,汁好creamy,有小小wasabi 既香辣,好開胃,其實我想叫多碟,但好似好大食🤣; D汁絕不可浪費,所以我叫多客焗飽,將碟上既汁全清😅 (隔離枱有人望住晒😒), 原來呢個wasabi蝦係signature 😝,唔怪得啦。之後再叫咗半打Gillardeau 法國生蠔,肥到一個點,好濃厚海水味,超鮮甜!主角,牛扒,羊扒加魚意粉,四人食完,飽到一個點,但平過酒店好多陪。牛扒D肉汁已經淺上我件衫,五成熟牛扒既扒好香,絕對係穀飼天然飼養的肉味,好濃牛肉味,入口不需咬己滑走了(太好味,唔記得打卡🤦‍♀️)。羊扒唔係好多人喜歡,但我勁愛,勁香同鬆軟....不過四個人唔夠囉,太正喇,配菜沙律多到不得了,不需叫菜了,真正! 最後個魚一切開己經有汁流出,溢滿意粉上,意粉亦灑上香草🍝,真係滿足到一個點。呢度原來做埋午餐,有All day breakfast 添呀,真係要試下。老闆原來澳洲回流,真係唔同,好捨得用咁高檔食材,對食物好有要求,不過坐位真的不多,訂位穩陣,超讚! continue reading

區內高評分食店之一。看餐牌都知道收費不便宜,但正如我經常說,你可以高收費,但食物質素,環境,服務是要有配套的。最重要當然是食物質素,整體不差但未達此收費水準,因為各主菜收費都靠近300元,我就覺得不是太值得。服務都不錯,但冷氣正如其他食評也有說不是太夠,希望可以改善一下。 continue reading

食店座落喺深水埗長沙灣區嘅邊緣大街大巷,好特別嘅招牌配上區內少之又少嘅法國式餐廳,引來我哋俩口子嘅胃口。入到餐廳,燈光昏暗,座位一字貼牆排開,裝修尚算可以,不足嘅情況話就係冷氣溫度過高,全餐廳得兩位客人嘅情況之下都感覺非常之熱🥵與店員反映之下居然得到答覆係⋯睇咗餐牌,揭咗一次又一次無我哋最想食嘅lobster benedict☹️詢問店員後知係lunch munu我哋錯過咗.... ...有別於一般嘅法式餐廳,提供選擇嘅菜式並唔多,大路嘅各款 芝士包類/焗田螺蝸牛/燉牛 係無嘅,亦都唔係傳統格局嘅 前菜/主菜/甜品,前菜配上嘅係簡單嘅迷你餐包,無餐湯,無牛油粒,乾啃,更重要嘅係仲要兩個人share 超細碟嘅黑醋點包食😢,十分無奈,希望店主見到我呢個post可以企喺食客嘅角度諗諗... ...睇多次份manu 我哋揀咗一人一份 basque spring chickenGrilled lamb cutlets risotto再加多杯 Taras Boulba 手工啤酒春雞茄蓉扁意粉🍝 $228賣相係幾好,味道亦可以食得出扁意粉係即新鮮並不是預先準備的材料雞肉係一般嘅雪藏春雞,份量大概係三份一隻雞肉方面無咩味,唔知是否原意係配合返意粉汁一齊食?燒羊架意大利飯 $298賣相同春雞意粉一樣,都係幾好睇松露醬蘑菇意大利飯,兩件overcook嘅羊架另跟不合份量比例嘅香草汁三樣嘢三樣唔夾嘅味道😵落order果陣特別提示店員切勿烹調得過熟以免影響口感,正所謂你有你講佢有佢做落刀切開已經心知不妙,完全過曬火,嘥咗舊肉,熟到鞋曬口。原本諗住同店員反應,不過一人伺應連bartender 嘅佢已經hea 係個角落頭玩電話遊戲,連反應都慳返啖氣。疫情悲觀籠罩嘅今日,平民區嘅地段賣尖沙咀嘅價錢,不要求有高級餐廳嘅服務,收得 298再加一服務費,索價330蚊一碟嘅Risotto,可否俾返小小食物質素嘅誠呢?杯啤酒飲到最後,居然有不明沉澱物...沒有CP值可言,同樣的價錢完全不值得推介有圖有真相,店方睇到期望會得以改善 continue reading

因為本身想食嘅餐廳冇位,所以就喺附近求其揀一間試吓店內嘅位置都都唔多,裝修算簡單前菜來講有沙律或者蕃茄湯飲沙律來講呢個都算唔錯,雖然認真望落啲山菜有少少啡色蹟,但加咗啲木糠粉上去之後令個口感豐富左🌙Truffle Carbonara $118雖然呢個賣相都幾靚,但係朋友話因為又有蛋黃又有Carbonara 醬嘅原因,所以食落其實都好濟🌙Scallops garlic pasta $98我地個麵就係煮得硬咗些少,同埋個汁太少沾唔到個麵,但蒜蓉又太多 continue reading
