每週年慶祝晚餐都會都蠔吧食,今年都唔例外!不過今年因為撞正新春假期,去開既大角咀分店原來已經收左爐,打去樂富又full booking ,好彩上OP 訂到枱,第一次係荃灣分店食。嚟個冷盤先:魚生如果叫雙拼嘅就會平啲,我就揀咗一板海膽同埋三文魚刺身。海膽上枱附送紫菜,口感細滑,甘甜而濃郁海水味而又鮮味,配搭有鹽鹹香紫菜,口感複雜!齒頰留香但美中不足有一件海膽已壞,臭左三文魚刺身勁肥美,脂肪分布平均,魚油甘香濃郁,鮮甜而且滑溜,入口即溶,直頭咬咬下會sir落喉嚨咁滑,絕無誇張。全因為你,每年都會選擇過嚟蠔吧,10蚊時令生蠔我同男友最愛!不過今次啲生蠔細隻啲,唔夠creamy ,甘甜度都差少少,海水味依然豐富,不過稍略有少少蠔殼碎。餐牌上面寫住叫啤酒味薯條,不過店員話呢個只係得個名,無啤酒味嘅,其實只係普通炸薯條,油份比較多,應該無返炸逼返d油份岀嚟。我記得大角咀係有黑松露炸薯條㗎,都係果邊好食d!都係我至愛,卡邦尼意粉,不過問咗原來呢間分店係冇spaghettis只得扁意粉,因為我認為carbonara最夾始終係幼身意粉🍝味道唔錯嘅,個汁好出色夠結身,即係夠足芝士同cream !的而且確係好濃厚既蛋香同芝士仲有香菇味芝士本身鹹香,唔使落黑椒或者鹽都夠味,意粉軟硬適中,口感彈牙。咁浪漫梗係要鋸扒啦,呢隻特級ribeye order 左3成熟,不過上枱其實都5成熟了,肉汁依然keep到,牛味濃郁,牛肉偏瘦而過熟,肉質有點韌,不過無乜筋,個sauce 就鹹鹹酸酸咁,幾match 幾特別。買單有八五折,因為op訂枱yeah ! continue reading

今日年初三,這個集團試過好多不同分店,今日來荃灣試吓。職員服務態度一般,可能大部分比較年輕。生蠔叫咗6隻比較貴的由$56蚊一隻的法國G蠔至$36蚊非常新鮮+一打$10蚊蠔,當然不能比較。其他食物都唔錯。只係環境實在太過嘈,嘈到2個人食飯但都聽唔到大家講野!叫左個豬,非常之厚。啤酒薯條繼續係最好食的,凱撤沙律比較細碟。值得一讚係甜品,因為可以要求碟上寫Happy Birthday字,但味道一般及偏貴。 continue reading

我同個朋友兩日前嚟呢度食午餐, 見到唔係好多人環境清幽, 叫咗兩個lunch set同埋半打蠔。 重點係食完之後我哋兩個都不斷肚痾同埋嘔🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ 食嘅時候已經覺得韓國蠔好腥, 但唔會諗到咁大間餐廳竟然啲食物禁dirty... 自問我同我朋友平時真係幾好都中招🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ 亦令我對食蠔產生陰影,短期內都絕對唔會再食。新年流流先嚟腸胃炎,真係多謝曬今次係我第一次寫食評, 你煮得差我都當一餐半餐由佢, 但食到人病呢個真係 🤦🏼‍♀️以後唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

岩岩食完lunch,但應該不會再泥但完全不知道自己食d咩1.湯——完全不知道什麼湯 淡而無味,只知道是橙色2.生蠔——正常size 但隻隻都有殻碎 食到噎牙,10隻有8隻都係死 我淨係食左5隻其他都冇食 系食吾到3.pizza 和雞飯——只能說正常野 4.沙律bar—-我在10分鐘出出入入已經兩三次去. 沙律Bar,幾次都空手而回,他們咁都吾去fill 下d野.....果兩位樓面只係企喺度吹水連沙律bar 也不留意愈泥愈差! continue reading

見到有生蠔做緊優惠 $10/一隻幾抵,細細隻但味道好重 好好味!比想像中好吃,前後嗌左兩轉12隻👍 另外嗌左個黑松露野菌意大利飯,味道一流,但個飯太濕。啤酒味薯條炸得好香口,啤酒味較淡。最後仲嗌左個pizza,薄餅底好特別好似食緊餅乾咁,唔同一般pizza軟身,但個人比較鍾意軟身厚底pizza食物整體上都唔錯,服務態度好,坐得舒服 continue reading
