今天太忙，沒時間煮晚飯，唯有外賣飯盒回家吃。「蟲草菌紅棗蒸雞飯」是意外驚喜，估不到這麼好吃，雞肉尚算嫰滑，蟲草花和雞肉煮得非常入味，最正是餸汁，撈飯一流！「瑤柱臘味炒飯」的臘味太細粒，差不多找不到，飯粒比較硬，沒吸收到臘味的精華，有點可惜！「花膠雙螺煲竹絲雞湯」也是亮點之一，十分香濃入味，沒有太鹹，令人飲完也想再飲！「川貝枇杷鱷魚肉湯」相對來說沒有雞湯這那麼鮮甜，但作很滋潤，並富有止咳之效，適合十月轉季飲用！總括來說，湯比飯好得多！ continue reading

    午餐突然想食得健康d，見到原味家作sell自己無味精，無雞粉，原味道，好似幾啱我就決定試吓。最尾揀咗頭抽木耳炒麵套餐配花膠川貝雪梨烏雞湯。頭抽木耳炒麵，最大既賣點係炒麵都可以極少油，呢樣做得唔錯。但係麵質偏硬同埋好咸，真係冇落味精？餸就真係得黑木耳，連芽菜同蔥都冇。Menu推介呢款炒麵可以加辣菜脯會好惹味，但係可能外賣所以佢冇俾我。至於花膠川貝雪梨烏雞湯，冇乜油湯味超濃香甜得黎都係咸左少少，如果有湯渣會更好。$62一份午餐仲有湯飲都算抵食。 continue reading
