Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我記得上次食韓燒已經係兩年前,因為食韓燒比我感覺好油、好熱氣,所以如果唔係朋友生日話想食韓燒,我都唔會去食,不過食完今次之後又改觀咗少少🤏因為朋友生日,所以提早拎個生日蛋糕去放低,佢哋非常好,唔收切餅費🥰出去行咗個圈之後, 6:00準時入座,啤酒買一送一,即刻同肥仔一人一杯,邊飲邊等主角,因為主角係女仔,所以肯定遲到的🤷🏻‍♂️等咗20分鐘,店員話用餐時間一個半小時,所以主角未到都要即刻叫嘢食先😂支裝啤酒仲抵,平均$10支,生啤都好平,不過唔記得幾錢🍻食住前菜等主角,無限添加,正🤣主角到咗,終於可以燒嘢食,依碟應該係叉燒,都幾好味😋帶子好新鮮,雞肉夠鮮嫩,五花腩唔算太肥😅羊架有少少蘇味,不過我鍾意😋😋佢哋用嘅鐵板唔同出面圓形盤,方便啲油斜斜地流出,咁多餘嘅油就唔會浸住啲肉👍🏻👍🏻依個設計正!飲完啤酒梗係要飲燒酒啦,啤酒溝燒酒係韓燒嘅標誌🍺🍾安格斯牛扒正到暈🥰最後劈埋個生日蛋糕🎂圓滿結束❤️其實我發現,如果所有燒好嘅肉都用生菜包住食,就冇咁熱氣😂😂所以我以後有多個菜式選擇! continue reading

自從第一次係香港食韓燒食過呢間oppa燒肉之後就做燒肉控,加上呢間地理位置方便,食物款式包羅萬有,今晚就決定再次捧場上次點左雞肉,今次就試吓牛肉石頭鍋飯先,始終食燒肉點都要送飯先夠perfect..豬類就點左豬頸肉,貪佢夠爽夠香夠嚼勁!牛類就點左美國牛肉醬腌有豬有牛有飯食,當然唔少得seafood!見牆身有個限時優惠,$108蚊oppa4太子(4隻帶子)就叫左,真係好大隻!夠肥美,加埋蒜蓉同牛油不得之了,真心抵食喎,除返都係廿幾蚊隻而且都算新鮮嘅,肉質彈滑配合牛油同蒜香,將鮮味大大提升!店員話帶子有兩個燒既方法,可以連貝殼燒又可以起咗帶子肉放係爐上面燒,我就選擇原汁原味等佢慢慢熟透豬頸肉切得較為幼身,更易熟同埋用生菜包住食時更方便。豬頸肉既油份bid曬岀嚟,加埋醃料既bbq味,既香口又爽口,好好味,如果怕肥膩嘅可以用生菜包住嚟食,感覺無咁油膩呢個就係牛肉醬腌,200g好大份,2個人食夠曬有餘,腌料好夠入味,牛肉肥瘦適中,脂肪同肉比例梅花間竹排序,咬落一啲都唔會韌,肉汁慢慢浸出嚟,燒到岩岩好熟就好,過時會流失牛肉本身既嫩度,同埋值得一讚嘅係牛肉完全無筋位,唔痴牙又夠淋牛肉石頭鍋飯到喇!足料到滿瀉咁滯,鍾意食飯焦嘅可以等佢一陣先攪拌,材料包括生雞蛋,泡菜,海苔,同埋牛肉。飯粒同生雞蛋攪拌均勻,飯粒唔會太乾身仲保持水份軟熟,蛋漿將飯粒粒粒包住,又滑溜又香噴噴。泡菜酸酸辣辣完美配搭,好開胃!份量起碼有3個飯碗,飽肚之選!2個人食,好飽呀!滿足 continue reading

之前已經去過呢間燒肉兩次,今次帶埋男朋友一齊去食當慶祝聖誕節😆.我地被安排坐係餐廳正中央嘅枱,座位與座位之間都有啲距離,所以唔洗擔心會好嘈同好逼👍🏻坐嘅凳可以打開個蓋擺放個人物品,咁就可以兩手空空盡情享受燒肉樂趣啦!.一坐低店員就會送上凍水,三碟泡菜,泡菜同紫菜都好好食,我地之後都有追加當你落完單,店員就會幫手開爐同幫你加泡菜同蛋漿去旁邊嘅蛋格整泡菜蛋,泡菜蛋味道好好,記住留肚食!另外,值得一提係個佢地嘅燒烤鐵板係向下微斜,所以多餘嘅油會流走,呢個設計幾貼心,咁就唔洗擔心會食到成口油我同男朋友總共叫左四樣食物:「豬肋肉醬腌」豬肋肉份量好多,我鍾意燒嘅時候將佢地剪成細細粒,容易燒同食落會方便啲。味道帶甜,最啱用黎包住生菜一齊食「A4日本和牛」一上碟見到雪花網紋就覺得好吸引,因為切得好薄嘅關係,每邊燒一陣,好快就食得!食落油香味十足,牛味都好濃烈,好味!「Oppa 四太子」所謂四太子就係四隻肥美嘅大扇貝!店員教我地燒扇貝燒得好食嘅方法就係將扇貝肉從殼抽出黎,直接放係爐上面燒,係上面加蒜頭調味,兩邊都燒至差不多,就可以係上面加牛油,燒出黎嘅扇貝肉果然又香好juicy。「和牛脷」呢到嘅和牛脷係薄切,燒出黎嘅口感比較爽口,食得出牛味,味道唔錯。整體而言,呢間燒肉店嘅食物質素好,店員服務亦都好好,值得再次幫襯! continue reading

呢間韓燒我已經幫襯過幾次架喇, 印象唔錯, 大埔店放題性價比非常高。今晚咁啱早收, 於是就約朋友去旺角店食。我地其實唔係好肚餓,所以只係單點三款牛, 牛脷、牛肋肉同肉眼扒。我地為左嚟緊嘅一連串聖誕大餐,所以都好克制冇點我至愛嘅豬五花同豬大腸, 有點遺憾😝。店嘅生菜、小菜都係任refill嘅。生菜都幾新鮮幾爽脆, 我特別鍾意佢地嘅Kimchi, 辣度適中唔會太鹹, 我地忍唔住refill左幾次。跟餐附送一份泡菜蛋, 非常香滑, 想encore就要加錢啊。因為朋友喜歡食海鮮, 所以我點左份Oppa四太子俾佢食。扇貝自己動手用牛油同蒜泥烤, 特別惹味鮮甜。每次烤肉都必點牛脷, 呢度嘅都幾香滑,不過都係薄切。我最欣賞係塊肉眼扒, 又厚又大塊, 牛味濃又juicy,一份有兩塊,查實兩個人食有點多。我地最後仲點左份泡菜豆腐湯, 豆腐超級滑, 其實佢做法同我係韓國飲嘅唔同, 唔算正宗,不過唔知點解又好好味喎。 continue reading

自從同男友去完韓國濟州食過一次黑毛豬之後,就對韓國燒肉念念不忘,上網搵左呢間oppa 韓國燒肉,有黑毛豬啊😱收工拿拿聲同男友來食。間餐廳除左細了一點,其他幾乎同韓國一模一樣,一坐低,店員遞上水,同埋三款前菜,泡菜,芽菜,海帶,仲有生菜🥬倒蛋漿落鐵板,整爐邊蛋。店員亦都好細心告訴我們,前菜是可以無限refill 🤤正,同韓國一樣。見到好多台都叫牛排🥩拼盤,我們就點了黑毛豬,肉類放在一個豬仔型的木盤上枱,賣相好可愛,分別有豬西冷扒,豬鞍扒,五花腩肉。店員見我地雞手鴨腳,會幫忙燒,太好啦🙆‍♀️唔好睇黑毛五花肉甘肥,燒熟之後,那些豬皮和肥肉變到好有口感,食落好甘香有彈性,但絕對唔係食肥豬肉的感覺。豬鞍排肉質都好嫩滑,沒有豬臭味,加埋泡菜,生菜🥬,一啖放入口,真係好正。同韓國黑毛豬比,都有80分架,係香港食到呢個質素,真心不錯。我們仲點了oppa4太子,諗住食下海鮮中和下😂勁大隻帶子,中間有一碟仔是蒜蓉,放上鐵板燒帶子,再落小小蒜蓉,即時變到好有鍋氣😂帶子好新鮮,收乾水好快食得,原汁原味,好正,又鮮甜。燒肉點小得啤酒🍻,呢度啤酒做緊買一送一,有閒小酌一杯,真係好放鬆。好滿意啊呢間韓燒,唔怪得長期都甘多人排隊,好似去左韓國甘,可以一邊食,一邊回味下。最後都要讚下店員,見佢地都好勤力,又幫手燒,又主動refill 小菜👍 continue reading
