To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間「OPPA韓國燒肉店」位於旺角洗衣街,店面不大,有10幾張檯,位置黎講,無咩人流,但就看似幾出名,因為都有唔少人訂座同埋等位。首先要講,性價比真係五粒星,好抵食,食物價位不高,但份量都算幾多,但質素卻係出奇地好,每人平均200-250蚊都可以食到好飽好滿足,韓式燒肉黎講,算係好平...!五花腩 ($98/150g): 豬五花腩肉非常厚實,好有肉感,最鍾意就係腩肉一半脂肪一半肉嘅比例,油香豐富,肉味又夠香,非常BALANCED餐廳有提供免費爐邊蛋及生菜,燒肉可包生菜及其他免費配料如泡菜及芽菜等等一起享用,減低油膩感。和牛拼盤 ($458): 拼盤非常大堆頭,當中有美國上肩胛肉、美國下肩胛、美國牛小排、日本A4背峰肉、日本A4上腦肉、日本A4牛肉眼、1++韓牛肉眼、澳洲和牛頸脊及澳洲和牛舌。總體而言,呢個拼盤非常高質,散叫不如叫呢個,食落就知超值。牛小排肉質爽實嫩滑,牛味都算香濃;而數款日本A4肉,包括背峰肉、上腦肉及牛肉眼嘅脂肪比例明顯較高,油花多油香味自然較重,非常香口惹味,而且肉味都幾香;澳洲和牛嘅脂肪比例無咁高,但都帶有油香,反而牛味就係咁多款之中最濃郁最到位,拼盤嘅多款肉牛肉各有特色,建議一試...!蒜蓉牛油大扇貝 ($108/4隻): 要平平地揀款海鮮食,扇貝都唔錯,只係$27/隻,咁大隻厚肉係街市買都要十幾廿蚊啦。店方比左兩盒仔牛油我地自己落,燒完之後,扇貝殼上面嘅肉汁、蒜蓉及牛油汁真係好正,撈飯食都仲得。扇貝非常鮮甜,嫩滑而且厚肉,夠曬Juicy!!!韓國炸雞 ($88): 炸雞都唔錯,炸粉幾香,唔會太厚,皮脆內滑,肉汁超級多,而且搭配嘅甜辣醬幾濃幾惹味。 continue reading

今時今日, 抗疫要做到足,一入店,店員已有主動提供消毒洗手液,仲有紙袋,比食客裝口罩。等大家係除下口罩既同時,口罩都可以妥善既存放。事不宜遲,叫食物。店員迅速提供前菜,包括泡菜,芽菜,昆布等等。而且會係燒烤鍋加內蛋漿泡菜。而且亦有麥茶提供。見到海報上的宣傳,首先叫了oppa 四大子。其實就是四隻大大的扇貝。扇貝只重要是鮮!鮮味就是扇貝的靈魂。 加上蒜蓉及牛油,而且好大隻,絕對啖啖肉。本身我地都驚如何做到最好食,燒得最好,而店員十分有禮主動,主動幫我們燒扇貝,加上牛油。另外,叫了A4和牛。和牛真的好正。入口即溶,香牛味,油份一入口就會散發。 一份只有5片,味道極好。另外叫了煎泡菜餅,煎餅與其他店不一樣,比較有咬口,有種年糕的煙韌,配上特製醬汁,成個煎餅都好好味。泡菜豆腐湯。這個基本上是韓國店必備,辣得來不會過咸,亦加了個白飯,配飯食。好多韓國店都加了很多辣醬去做,但味道過濃。但這個絕對不會。叫了兩罐飲品,這個青提飲料,每口都有粒粒,真係幾好飲。 continue reading

餐廳環境充滿韓風魅力,牆壁畫上色彩繽紛的壁畫,大家熱鬧的圍爐而坐,氣氛十足。一坐下,店員為我們送上韓式小碟:泡菜、芽菜及紫菜等,最喜歡無限refill的泡菜爐邊蛋,滑溜濕潤,加上微辣泡菜,簡單又美味。早朝套餐 $308 (2人份量)套餐價錢親民,有迷你和牛拼盤、五花腩及石窩飯等,滋味飽肚。我們先燒五花腩肉,肥油令爐火更旺盛。口感軟腍,肉汁香濃,肥膏位置香糯不膩,包在生菜中吃,加上大醬,更加惹味。迷你和牛拼盤 (A4和牛、M6和牛、雪花牛小排、牛肋肉及牛舌)和牛薄切,放在爐端上燒,傳來誘惑的牛香。牛肉由豔紅變成深褐色,十多秒便翻轉到另一面,邊沿焦脆,沾上少許燒肉汁,質感軟綿,肉汁油潤,十分窩心。牛舌烤至兩邊金黃,咬下時質感嫩滑。牛肋肉燒好後剪至一口size,帶微微焦香,柔軟口感,滋味吸引。燒完牛肉後,還有海鮮的誘惑。OPPA 4太子 $108帶子連貝殻燒,肥美厚身,表面鋪滿蒜蓉,燒後香噴噴,鮮味彈牙。表面油光亮澤,入口滑嫰鮮甜,加上牛油調味,啖啖鮮香、惹味。石窩飯石窩飯可選擇,豬、牛或雞,趁石窩熱辣辣時拌匀,飄來香氣。飯面上鋪滿雞肉、紫菜及芽菜,米飯清爽乾身,最吸引是煲底的飯焦,入口脆卜卜。一口雞肉,一口飯焦,吃完有暖笠笠的感覺。 continue reading

我記得上次食韓燒已經係兩年前,因為食韓燒比我感覺好油、好熱氣,所以如果唔係朋友生日話想食韓燒,我都唔會去食,不過食完今次之後又改觀咗少少🤏因為朋友生日,所以提早拎個生日蛋糕去放低,佢哋非常好,唔收切餅費🥰出去行咗個圈之後, 6:00準時入座,啤酒買一送一,即刻同肥仔一人一杯,邊飲邊等主角,因為主角係女仔,所以肯定遲到的🤷🏻‍♂️等咗20分鐘,店員話用餐時間一個半小時,所以主角未到都要即刻叫嘢食先😂支裝啤酒仲抵,平均$10支,生啤都好平,不過唔記得幾錢🍻食住前菜等主角,無限添加,正🤣主角到咗,終於可以燒嘢食,依碟應該係叉燒,都幾好味😋帶子好新鮮,雞肉夠鮮嫩,五花腩唔算太肥😅羊架有少少蘇味,不過我鍾意😋😋佢哋用嘅鐵板唔同出面圓形盤,方便啲油斜斜地流出,咁多餘嘅油就唔會浸住啲肉👍🏻👍🏻依個設計正!飲完啤酒梗係要飲燒酒啦,啤酒溝燒酒係韓燒嘅標誌🍺🍾安格斯牛扒正到暈🥰最後劈埋個生日蛋糕🎂圓滿結束❤️其實我發現,如果所有燒好嘅肉都用生菜包住食,就冇咁熱氣😂😂所以我以後有多個菜式選擇! continue reading
