Cheese and Alcohol is the two main characters in Oppa Coffee Bar Restaurant. Decorated with Grey wall and wooden desks and chairs, it demonstrates a cool style of Korean interior design and dining atmosphere.
The chef provides an authentic Korean cuisine; some signature dishes must be tried. The Kimchi Volcano is one of the recommended items, with the topping of mozzarella, the kimchi fried rice served on an iron plate. After placing the dish to the customers’ table, a cheesy and gooey texture is made after the staff (oppa) will fire the cheese with a torch!

是日打算到西九龍看海,所以預先打定個底先去食個午餐再出發!朋友提議去食岩漿飯,這岩漿飯令人很好奇究竟是什麼東東! 來到了尖沙咀的韓國街,這家叫Oppa的餐廳,擺設裝修望上去都很有韓味道!見枱枱都點了個岩漿飯,我才知道朋友這岩漿係形容芝士!!更正確來講係似熔岩!   事不宜遲,我哋都點左個章魚蛋漿熔岩炒飯!因為人手有限,所以準備需時,加上每個飯都由店內Oppa一手一腳負責!   我哋個飯佢先係飯的四周淋上蛋漿,然後在飯頂鋪上滿滿的芝士,係超級多的芝士!!睇到都開心!    然後Oppa用火槍,已猛火燒熔芝士和燒熟蛋漿,在然後用他靈巧的雙手,左挑右撥,重覆又重覆後,拉出一絲絲如頭髮般幼的芝士拉絲,就算我哋未食,但聞到芝士香,已經垂涎三尺。   這個芝士飯真的了不起,一是是煙韌的芝士拉絲,完全是半溶的狀態, 飯裏一粒粒章魚很有咬口,還有芽菜、紫菜等,口感好豐富,加上那恰到好處的微辣,令我哋食唔停口。不約而同覺得,上次去韓國都食唔到咁好味的飯。   同場加映我們還點了個地道的豬手,這個豬手份量也不惹小,骨早已經被拆去,切成一片片。那肥瘦分明的肉,每件都連住塊爽口彈牙又富膠感的豬皮。   醃得入味,單食是滿口的骨膠原,包生菜點辣醬食是地道的韓式食法,兩者各有滋味。就係因為兩碟都咁有份量,又咁好食,所以我哋清完呢兩碟,已經飽到唔可以再食得落其他野!   雖然我仲好想試埋炸雞,魚糕湯等,但最後只能以清新開胃的提子汁作結,減低一點罪惡感。Oppa,我會回來的,等我! continue reading

很久沒有吃韓國菜了。是日中午和友人到尖沙咀韓國街尋找韓國的味道。正值疫情,餐廳的枱上都有放有搓手液讓顧客清潔雙手。午市有抵吃的午市套餐,選擇非常多,價錢亦相當實惠。我們點了一個韓式炒牛肉套餐,套餐會跟一杯餐飲。店員見我們有兩個人,還免費送多我們一杯呢。韓式炒牛肉挺大碟,內有洋蔥、胡蘿蔔等什菜,再配上醃得非常入味的炒薄牛片,香味可口。真的是必試的地道韓國菜!另外白飯也特別用心,上面鋪了一層海苔呢。跟餐的前菜也相當豐富,有開胃的泡菜和兩隻豬肉餃子,十分抵食。除了套餐外,我們點了一些比較特別的菜式嘗試一下。這餐廳的一個特別菜式是可以自製章魚小丸子,非常有趣。店員先把爐送上枱,開著爐烘熱。另外還附上蛋漿、芝士、章魚炒飯和海苔。店員教我們先把炒飯,海苔和芝士攪拌均勻,然後放進爐上烘熱。然後待飯差不多熟便放入蛋漿。等蛋凝固了再把小丸子翻一翻。一個圓圓的章魚小丸子便成功了。可惜我們第一次做,火喉始終控制得沒有那麼好,有些燒焦了。不過整體來說還是不錯。味道也挺好吃,少少辣味,還有一粒粒的章魚。比平時吃的章魚小丸子更好味,而且還是自己辛苦製造的,別有一番風味。另外點了一個海鮮煎餅。煎餅上滿滿的蔥,海鮮份量倒是很少,有些失望。不過份量就適合多人share。我們兩個人食了不少飯類,到吃煎餅時已經比較飽肚了。整體來說是很特別有趣的韓國餐廳,味道與價位都合理,可以再吃。 continue reading

已經有好一段時間冇食韓國菜喇~偶爾我都會憶起韓劇入面既種種畫面,令我不禁想再次投入其中。所以惟有約埋OPPA 一齊去韓國街食韓國餐廳~~呢間OPPA Coffee Bar 可以話係我最愛既韓國餐廳之一,因為佢有齊我最中意食既芝士鐵板炒飯,炸雞等等!仲有好多新式同出名既韓國菜都可以嗌到,想一嚐韓國菜就唔好錯過呢間~~卡邦拿炒年糕,卡邦拿同年糕都係我好中意食既食材同醬汁,兩款至愛混埋一齊簡直係幸福到一個點!年糕煙韌有口感,加上香口甜膩既卡邦拿汁,一吃上癮,真係邪惡又滿足!蒜香炸雞 ,意外地大份,一放上枱就飄緊好香既蒜香氣味,咬落去脆卜卜,肉質嫩滑,而且舊舊都好多肉~最後就到主魚出埸!登登登!就係蛋漿熔岩炒飯~我地嗌左雞肉味,餐牌上仲有好多唔同味道既選擇!望住店員既製作過程亦好過癮,先淋上蛋漿,再放上芝士碎粒。然後再用火槍燒溶d 芝士同蛋漿,過程會有帶少少炭香味。最後會將成個飯搞拌埋一齊,造成拉芝效果!每一啖都咁邪惡滋味,炒飯中既紫菜亦都不可或缺,每次諗番起都好掛住佢個蛋漿熔岩炒飯~~ continue reading
