第二次嚟食喇,無論食物同職員態度都依舊好滿意,原本book咗室外位置,有火爐影相好睇啲,不過剩返好少位,又有少少撇雨,見室內唔算多客人,最後揀室內。我哋一行三人每人order兩杯酒或者一支酒加一杯,蠔都會有discounts,最後我哋飲咗兩支Giant Steps Yarra Valley 2021,好易入口,價錢又唔貴。第一round每人五隻,我哋都唔係咁識,好似有一款係creamy啲,由職員推介,蠔好新鮮,佢哋都話第二隻最好味。旗仔起由右至左:Namibian Gigas(WLD)Arousa(WLD)Gillardeau(WLD)Gold OstraRegal(WLD)L'Etoile(WLD)第二ground我同老公每人三隻,朋友仔話有啲飽,由上面旗仔起由右至左:Kumamoto(WLD)Taylor Pacific(WLD)Irish Premium(WLD)意式小食拼盤 (煙三文魚,莎樂美腸,巴馬火腿,水牛芝士蕃茄,橄欖)頂級法國藍青口(香草忌廉汁),好味呀,青口熟嘅程度啱啱好,仲好軟身。法國長棍麵包(牛油,田園香草醬,意大利黑醋橄欖油),職員介紹點青口忌廉汁食。蒜香橄欖油意大利麵。美國頂級安格斯肉眼扒(5成),唔乾又有肉味,有少少油脂感。法式芝士焗薯餅,share一個後覺得好好味,外脆內軟,裏面唔係碎或者蓉,係一條條片狀嘅薯仔,所以每人再食多份,即係食咗4份。其實係預早同agent小姐慶祝生日,訂座嗰陣無講過係慶祝,只係隨口講你生日你話事啦,職員就話送件蛋糕。預祝你生日快樂。 continue reading

每當想食蠔,一定會番嚟Open Oyster。 各式各樣嘅蠔,一定有啱心水。如果揀wine lover,開一枝酒,蠔仲會有discount,大約$4x 一隻。鍾意飲酒食蠔嘅朋友,呢度真係不二之選。我唔係打手啊!真係每次嚟都feel到餐廳職員好有heart,好詳細咁解釋每種蠔嘅特色,今次仲介紹咗一枝好好飲嘅酒俾我哋,好啱女仔飲,夠甜!我哋每人menu上每種蠔都要咗一隻,有十幾廿隻,埋單都係2千幾,好抵,下次再番嚟!! continue reading
