見到好多人發,路過就順便買個測評下,emmm...冇咩驚艷,至於話超大粒章魚同份量多既,唔好意思,我地數咗下,可能我臉黑褂,我試過一粒裡面就得一顆章魚都夠膽死¯\_(ツ)_/¯,其餘大約2-4分布。開盒果下都幾吸引既,醬汁係多,咬落去新鮮熱辣,不過算係味道比醬汁覆蓋吧,感覺就過下口癮為主,偶然吃下都ok既 continue reading

今日入院做少少檢查,叫左友人買個小食黎做下午茶醫肚。《絕章》見唔少人都讚,而且口味眾多,就小試6粒啦買左原味同蜜糖芥末兩種,各3粒,共$42。佢係比較大粒頭,雖然唔係即時食,但拎到醫院都只係相差10min左右,咬落外皮都仲暖暖地、有少少香脆嘅口感呢下真係幾驚艷 不過咬左半個都覺得入面軟軟地,好似冇料咁?! 見佢個章魚粒好細件,特登咬落粒章魚度啦竟然冇口感,都係稔稔地冇肉感可言,椰菜都食唔到咁...... 食晒成粒好似淨係食佢個麵皮咁,仲有果d温和嘅醬汁味...... 唔值呢個價囉我下次都係食番隔離街(馬會果邊) 果間老店好過。 continue reading

香港人特別愛吃, 因此街邊小食也隨街可見, 尤其旺角, 葵芳, 荃灣等更堆滿人流。街邊小食其中流行的正是章魚小丸子, 而且味道更越出越多, 雖然製法大同小異, 但口感也各有不同。這次是第二次到訪絕章, 基本味道分別有原味, 明太子, 蟹籽, 黑松露和蜜糖芥末四類, 上次已經諗過明太子和蜜糖, 今次就嘗試餘下的味道。上次人頭湧湧, 今次剛好能讓我拍到門前沒人的店鋪門面 ✌🏻雖然是街頭小食, 店鋪旁邊都預設一個空間讓大家可以放下食物站著吃。另外還可以邊吃邊看師傅製造章魚燒的過程, 也是另一種樂趣。黑松露蟹籽章魚燒 $42章魚燒外脆內軟, 雖然這絕非正宗章魚燒口感, 但非常合我心意! 另外章魚比一般的大, 還有兩粒章魚, 非常滿足!!! 🤗 黑松露味道還好但不夠突出, 絕代那邊這個醬比較出色, 而蟹籽加了沙律醬而己, 比較普通。吃過了四款之後我會認為明太子最好, 其次就是蜜糖芥末, 明太子醬汁相當濃郁, 蜜糖芥末酸酸甜甜很開胃。我暫時會認為這間是香港章魚燒世一, 對章魚燒脆皮這個口感無法抵抗! 而且價錢也是大眾價錢, 下次有機會就試試其他期間限定味道 😚 continue reading
