Hihi 我又去高街醫肚,今次要推介就係佢 - One Stop 本身One Stop 係全條高街最平既有質素餐,但早在二月時內部裝修,開業後少不免會提高消費指數。但只不過午餐餐牌沒有$78 及$88的選擇,最低消費是$98 加一服務費。其實都係$20既差別,不過我覺得絕對比以前物有所值。裝修過後,一個午餐包括有salad bar 、是日餐湯、主菜、咖啡/茶及甜品。以前是沒有salad bar 及任食甜品的。Salad Bar共3款沙律菜,竟然有大量火箭菜,好開心。燒粟米,蛋沙律及cold cut 等等,絕不是行貨貨色。睇就唔錯啦,味道又如何呢?勁讚菜式有蛋沙律及火箭菜沙律由碎蛋白混合蛋黃醬,而且仲有黑松露味添,提升了蛋香味,好味到震呀!是日餐湯係甘荀湯,偏酸一點。我最喜歡係它的忌廉粟米湯,好甜好creamy 架,可惜今日遇不上。同同事share 黎食,可以滿足我貪吃既慾望豬扒配蜜糖芥末汁,還有薯角及什菌作伴菜 $98豬扒明顯地沒有用鬆肉粉強行令肉質軟化,雖然並沒有入口即溶既口感,肉質雖有點質感,但不是不能咬開,反而我更喜歡這種自然肉質既感覺。咬下去時肉汁充滿口腔,廚師可以燒得外面乾脆而沒有抽走原本既肉汁,可見製作用心,令我對豬肉既興趣稍稍提高了。粗身薯角既內裡啖啖薯蓉,香脆可口。虎蝦天使麵 $108 這款天使麵沒有一般的那麼幼身,我挺喜歡比較粗身的意大利粉,幼身的配合汁醬會比較糊口一點。蕃汁醬酸酸甜甜,吃起來更醒胃。虎蝦大約有6隻,蠻大的,爽口,但蝦味欠奉,應該是雪藏蝦吧!什菌意大利飯 $98飯軟硬適中,沒有正宗意大利菜般既堅持,改良版更迎合香港人口味。香濃菌味令意大利飯提起鮮味,加少許芝士令菌味更濃,不過份量就較少。點了mocha 作餐飲,朱古力既甜味已經足夠,不需要額外放糖,因為夠甜,所以我每次都會點mocha ,提神既同時可以甜一甜。尼個牛奶布甸好味到震,我都知我誇張,不過放入口時,牛奶味好rich ,我不知道是否用北海道3.6 牛奶來製造的。加上當中見到有加入雲尼拿子,更香濃,而且非常滑。口腔內充滿著牛奶香味,即使飲水過後都仍然存在。對於平日點少甜既人仕,會甜一點,但甜品不夠甜是不好味的,牛奶布甸就夠哂甜,為工作下半場好好加油!!!好豐富既午餐令我下午工作難以集中,因為好味道好滿足指數爆燈了。 continue reading

放假既日子當然要悠悠閒閒食個lunch高街近年來開左多間西餐廳例如jaspa, high street grill 等等雖然係左隣右里 但仍然未有時間一試今次專登上黎睇下有咩岩!我大概1130左右上到去但有幾間其實都要12點先serve lunch & only three courses 行過呢間one stop 真係令我stop左入去一試Lunch set $78-108+10%有飯 意粉 魚 牛扒 都幾多選擇環境得價錢okay仲要4courses 就試下啦始終要有少少甜品作結尾開心啲時間尚早 但已坐左幾張枱同朋友傾好後即落order 先上係湯 其實menu係寫cream broccoli 但唔係好飲得出broccoli 不過個湯帶微酸 好開胃麵包配凍茄醬 不過不失 但唯一問題係我湯都未飲完就上main course喇個人仲意熱食野食上得太快了 或許係就番啲上班一族啦所以同侍應講左聲另一個main慢啲先黎意式蕃茄醬扁意粉$78我男朋友好滿意 個人就認為正常啦不過配扁意粉like烤雞紅菜頭燴飯$88一黎到即有驚喜!粉紅色既飯好靚呀之前朋友係九龍食過類似已經好想一試估唔到呢到讓我遇上勁滿意!味道好 飯中有一粒粒紅菜頭 帶忌廉味另外烤雞唔會好老好乾like!餐飲都有驚喜 凍檸茶係有個器加入檸檬汁唔會因浸得太多令飲品變苦咖啡係配上熱鮮奶 而且倒出黎有兩中杯既份量甜品今日serve lime cheese cake比較light作飯後品好滿意Lime味唔係話好濃 但係有的 Overall好滿意今個lunch 會係一間會令我再想去既餐廳Ps如果有小朋友 佢會有專for小朋友既餐具同碗甜品仲可以轉雪糕呢個價錢同質素 正! continue reading

It is my second time visiting this restaurant and both times I was involuntary. I study nearby so I am familiar with the restaurants in the vicinity, and this one is surely not my first choice.The appetizer was a salad or soup. Bread was served too, but that went with pesto sauce that was of low quality.The ribeye steak was okay but nothing extraordinary. Yet it still tasted way better than the sirloin.Notably, I asked for rare for my ribeye. It came out very thin and more than medium temperature.My friend who ordered her sirloin medium well had it medium rare instead. If they cant do it as per our orders, they should just not ask?Overall, this restaurant serves very run of the mill western food. The only reason why it is popular among western restaurants in its area is it is cheaper. BUT I strongly recommend going to other restaurants nearby paying a bit of premium for way better food. continue reading

甚少跑過嚟西環依邊搵食,有嘅都喺偶爾一次,就好似依次喺因為對一間網購和牛店試其產品,無理由就咁試幾件扒就完架,順道品嚐一吓One Stop嘅意法出品 ,好高興又跟幾位相熟老友有傾有講,歡渡咗一個晚上。室內裝修簡約,感覺不拘一格,一邊牆上掛咗多張黑白小朋友相,營造出一份藝術色彩;而另一邊牆上安置了多個吊櫃,擺放住唔少進口食材,顯得一份專業。One Stop有提供3道菜晚餐,包括餐湯或凱撒沙律、主菜及甜品,飲品則要另外再點,價錢由$118-$188 + 10%,主要對象都喺中產居多,所以,依個價位其實都唔貴 。就算唔叫晚餐,散叫都有好多選擇,由餐湯、前菜、小食、沙律、扒類、主菜、意粉、意大利飯……等等。 意大利農夫包配自家製鮮蕃茄醬 先嚟一籃意式農夫包,外型跟意大利香草包極相似,不過,就無香草,取而代之喺一啲穀麥籽粒,令個包添幾分咬口,然而麵包亦做得鬆軟;最驚喜喺個自家製鮮蕃茄醬,既鮮香,茄味又濃郁 。 黑松露磨菇忌廉湯 $68 不嬲都對松露、磨菇之類有偏好,所以,黑松露磨菇忌廉湯就合晒口味。雖然,賣相睇得出個忌廉湯比較粗糙,但菌香撲鼻,飲落質滑,由於加咗啲黑松露醬,令個湯更加芳香馥郁 。 蕃茄濃湯 $68 鮮橙紅色嘅濃湯,蕃茄味突出,酸甜開胃,質感亦比起個磨菇忌廉湯柔順。 烤芝士配香蒜法包 $88 意大利牛奶芝士(Tomino Cheese)都喺第一次品嚐,外型有啲似水牛芝士,烤烘後配鬆脆嘅香蒜法包,質感黏黏軟軟,淡淡牛乳香,輕怡得嚟幾有特色嘅前菜 。 白酒忌廉法國藍青口 $138賣點就喺用上法國藍青口,可是,小弟就覺得整碟青口嘅水準一般般啫,白酒忌廉汁較為單薄,酒香不足,而藍青口比較細隻,無乜肉地,猶幸幾鮮甜以彌補不足。 黑松露雜菌意大利飯 $138 個人好鍾意依一道意大利飯,首先飯粒煮得煙韌已先下一城,其次,飯內混和滿滿嘅雜菌,啖啖有咬口,口感豐富 ,再者,飯面灑滿巴馬臣芝士,以及一大撮黑松露醬,香氣四溢,濃香吸引,令整個意大利飯每啖都滋味在心頭 。最後一杯柔滑醇香嘅鮮奶咖啡作結,無甜品,都一樣滿足 。散叫一道主菜百零二百蚊,無疑點晚餐喺最佳入門之選,除環境舒適悠閒,食物又有一定質素,取價都好合理,所以去開西環,都值得順道入去一試。 continue reading

阿媽去過話好食,今日佢陪我嚟~ 第一次去,滿心期待。環境:唔錯,不過因為得兩三枱客,所以唔會覺得好迫。可以望吓街,慢慢食個早餐都幾 relax 嘅!食物:一上菜就係生果。個器皿唔係之前幾篇食評相中嘅匙羹型啦!而係望落勁似飛機餐嘅四方型。相信同容量有關吧!建議生果同主菜一隻碟上,反正主菜隻碟大把位哈哈!主菜成碟望落豐富啲,又可以洗少隻碗都唔錯呀!個 egg benedict 可以揀配煙三文、火腿等,幾好味!食咗一陣先醒起有煙三文,食落口完全唔覺佢存在。我明白 $38 唔好要求太多哈哈!配菜嘅薯仔粒同焗蕃茄又意外地好食~ 美中不足嘅係,份量不足,食完都唔覺飽。可能媽媽個奄列會飽肚啲,見都幾大份~服務:能夠破壞我對呢間餐廳嘅第一印象,就係服務態度。都知餐飲業難請人,仲要喺西營盤就難上加難。但唔等於我要貼錢買難受~ 兩個人得一張 menu,要求女侍應要多張都要睇佢面色,真係莫名其妙~ $38 嘅早餐唔應該要求五星級酒店嘅服務質素,但最少要合理咯!如果 $38 買晒食物質素,呢間餐廳嘅早餐都值 4 星。下次見唔到同一個侍應,我都可能會再去嘅~ continue reading
