To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌹君悅酒店是一間頗有名的五星級酒店,一路都沒有去,最近見到網上有人介紹中菜廳《港灣壹號》,有衝動想去,到OpenRice睇睇食評,見有網上訂位,便訂埋位準備去探店。🌹我們訂了11:00,來個中式午餐,慣常提早去影影相。君悅酒店曾有不少名人入住,但親身去感受覺得一般,環境黑沉沉的,有點舊的感覺!但去到《港灣壹號》是另一個景象,不是黑沉沉,是光猛。餐廳電梯是8樓,到達後服務員帶我們到樓下7樓,途經一條樓梯,步進進餐位置,感恩有窗邊位置,不能望海,但尚算開揚,不過景觀麻麻,因為有好多是地盤。《港灣壹號》吸引我除了有開揚環境外,餐具及以維多利亞式的設計是我喜歡的,雖有點舊,但不減高雅。🌹睇完餐牌,老公揀了$580的[點心套餐],有湯,有點心,有小菜,仲有甜品。星期六這裏客人頗多,感覺到酒店服務員不足,有點忙,初次去不知道點心是可以自選,小菜來錯了另一款。《港灣壹號》點心及甜品做得一般,小菜反而做得較好。[點心套餐]菜式豐富,吃得開心,飽足!豆腐蝦仁羹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️點心拼盤⭐️⭐️⭐️鳳梨咕嚕肉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️XO醬松子炒蝦球⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️黑椒牛柳脯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️山珍醬鵝肝豚肉鬆炒飯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️瑤柱金菇伊麵⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️香芒凍布甸⭐️⭐️⭐️君悅椰子雪葩⭐️⭐️⭐️個人評分食物味道⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務⭐️⭐️⭐️衛生⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️抵食⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率⭐️⭐️⭐️ continue reading

因為疫情,人數唔多,唔需要等位,景靚,點心正!點心素餃好香,料又足,會再叫,蝦餃都唔錯,佢個辣醬同豆瓣醬都好好味!小朋友餐具污糟扣分,其他都OK,價錢貴咗少少,不過點心真係唔錯,有時間會再去!炒飯好味!叫比小朋友食,有鑊氣,味道岩岩好!新年叫返個意頭點心! continue reading

老爺奶奶話上次佢哋兩個去港灣壹號飲茶時,見到枱與枱之間隔得好開。如果四個人都可以坐喺同一張台,不過中間有兩塊透明膠板隔住,感覺上都幾安全。因為好耐冇一家人一齊出去食午餐,所以今日終於出動喇。餐廳安排咗我哋四個坐一張平時應該係坐六人嘅枱。張枱中間放咗兩個透明膠板。我覺得我哋四個唔單只相隔1.5米,直頭隔2米添😂大家都保持非常安全嘅距離!不過有D攪笑係因為隔咁遠,有時聽唔清楚對方講乜嘢,要讀唇先溝通到😆仲有一樣搞笑係,當點心嚟到,例如:蝦餃4粒,要一邊枱先夾,然後再要企起身,伸手跨過透明膠板遞過去,或者好似玩傳波遊戲咁pass 俾隔離😂真係疫情之下先體驗到呢種飲茶方式!講返食物,每一樣都係即叫即做(因為有個小朋友霸住我個電話,所以影唔到點心嘅相)唔緊要啦,酒店水準係不用懷疑,全部都材料都好新鮮,味道都好好。➡️「山珍醬鵝肝和牛鬆炒飯」($145/碗)山珍醬係用咗D菇類醃製嘅醬,食落有少少松露味,飯粒分明,有鑊氣。不過我食唔到鵝肝呢,扣少少分😅➡️「瑤柱蟹肉炆鴛鴦米」($135/碗)蟹肉好鮮甜,唔會食到碎骨!Kester 有時如果食蟹肉食到碎骨,佢會即刻罷食。今次佢全部食晒,所以證明廚房手功唔錯!鴛鴦米嘅粉絲煙煙靭靭,我好鍾意呀😊➡️「龍蝦湯鮮蝦蟹肉灌湯餃」($155)隻灌湯餃脹卜卜,材料十足,而且個餃皮夠薄。龍蝦湯就一定唔係好似西式嘅lobster basque 咁濃,稀D,適合非重口味人士。服務方面,所有waiter 都好有禮貌同態度專業。佢哋會時時幫忙斟茶同有時幫手遞點心添。只係有一位waiter, 當你叫佢時,佢會應你,但係語氣比較俗D,佢會話:「你等陣先!」我哋叫佢幾次,佢每次都係咁樣應我哋。我覺得佢如果話「請等一等!」或只係舉一舉手示意都會令人感覺舒服啲,話晒我哋唔係喺茶餐廳。另外,呢位waiter 仲有一D體味添😰我個人非常介意體味呢一方面,尤其係同飲食有關。每次佢幫我斟茶或換碟,我都要閉一閉氣。我覺得從事餐飲,要接觸客人嘅服務員都應該留意埋個人衛生問題,避免對客人用膳期間作出影響。 continue reading
