To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 本身我坐個冷氣位冇風出,第一次反映情況,當時職員就話佢哋會再重新較一較個冷氣。但過咗20分鐘都冇改善,同佢哋第二次反映情況,佢哋又話再較較個冷氣。最後聲稱有咩事事後可以喺張單QR code下面個email反映情況,但同佢哋customer service溝通簡直係惡夢。所謂嘅「調查」敷衍了事,只係回覆冷氣機冇事,亦指冇客人反映類似情況。都過咗幾日,冷氣機出風位整返好正常。同埋佢地係咪真係有問當日曾經坐同一位置既客人情況?完全唔合理。食物質素雖然OK,但服務令人非常失望。價錢同服務完全唔成正比。每人700幾蚊,但就擺出呢種愛理不理嘅態度。 continue reading

由於小弟因為飯量比較大成日食放題,每一次食食之前都會上唔同嘅網站睇吓餐廳嘅評價。但有時發覺好似好少人會屎窟痕食最貴嘅放題套餐。所以決定更新吓呢方面嘅資訊,俾大家可以參考吓呢間溫野菜放題其實食咗好多次,今次見佢做期間限定所以決定再嚟食下一嚟到果然有驚喜,今次期間限定嘅熊本和牛肉眼有啲料到,有別於平時食嘅牛肩胛同埋其他次一等嘅部位,肉眼呢啲一線嘅牛肉部位果然係唔同啲入口即溶,但相對地都係比較肥膩,不過我揀得食和牛就係鍾意呢啲感覺。湯底嘅話個人都係推介返壽喜湯攞嚟配和牛真係絕配溫野菜比其他餐廳好嘅地方就係你係咁refill佢啲牛質素都唔會有特別多嘅下降。其他海鮮都幾出色特別係個帶子好大粒解凍都做得幾好。不過生蠔就質素一般入口有苦澀味。小弟第一次寫食評有啲乜嘢不足嘅地方請多見諒 continue reading

前排去日本都有食過温野菜,咁啱朋友想喺銅鑼灣區食一人一鍋嘅邊爐,我就醒起Times Square對面嘅温野菜~~😋🍲其實對日本温野菜嘅印象好一般,只係如果想一人一鍋嘅話,呢間都係唔錯嘅選擇(其實我最有印象係個隔湯兜🤭)。夜晚嘅火鍋分咗4個等級,可以食120分鐘,另外仲有銅鑼灣店期間限定嘅「飛驒牛肩脊肉放題 」。🥘我哋揀咗C餐「日本国產牛 · 火の本豚食べ放題コース」,價錢比冇日本產和牛嘅B餐貴$30左右,但就可以無限揀各一款日本產同美國產嘅和牛、幾款美國牛,仲有多款豚肉同其他火鍋配料等。🐮湯底我揀咗和牛湯,望落清清地,味道都OK。至於牛肉方面,無限點和牛真係冇得輸🤤 日本產同美國產嘅牛肉,我覺得真係食得出前者口感的確係嫩啲同滑啲😜😹🥬其他嘢方面,我就覺得黑芋絲同葛絲幾好食,黑芋絲係介乎蒟蒻同芋絲之間嘅口感,而葛絲就係比較彈牙嘅粉絲,都係值得Encore嘅火鍋配料😙 總括嚟講,香港温野菜嘅價錢的確係比日本貴好多(呢個餐仲貴過日本最貴嘅霜降黑毛和牛餐🙈),但我覺得貴得嚟都係高汁嘅,只不過缺點係冇雪糕🥺 continue reading

佢咁多間溫野菜食,都係覺得銅鑼灣呢間係最好。溫野菜長期都係好多人排隊食。原因係因為質素好好,佢哋係想用最靚嘅牛,蔬菜都係用最靚嘅日本產地,所以煮嘅時候都唔需要擔心過熟。每個月都有出唔同嘅主題。之前有赤身和牛。我同男朋友已經係佢哋嘅熟客,因為真係性價比好高。 佢哋出餐時間都算快,而且冇留單。🍻如果鍾意飲啤酒放題嘅。依度$38就可以任飲啤酒🍻。其實真係好平。而且啲靚嘅好牛食多幾盤都已經抵返晒🥘🥘。 continue reading
