跟女友多了一天額外假期,跟她去試吓出名的筲箕灣名店。要了一碗魚🐟疍米,普通到極,一口咬下去魚片頭,淋的!絲毫無一點應有的彈性口感,再見碗內的魚丸(不足一整粒狀)一口咬入又是淋淋的似像霉霉的肉質,亳無彈性可言。以近四十元一碗的價錢💰來説,簡直垃圾不如及呃錢!虛有其名,收銀處還貼上?,恕我直言,如此質素仍敢出貼自誇好食。其他食客真的……有點……。雖然租金高昂的今天(可能是自己物業),做生意不用心做好食物質素,只識要錢,古語有云:製葯每人見,存心有天知。如此手法賺錢…😏等著報應。 continue reading

完了聚會,無所事事,行左去筲箕灣東大街,來到這裡,當然要食碗面啦⋯⋯為求見你一面,等下都無所謂。在星期日這些日子,等45分鐘,碎料了🤣🤣⋯⋯伙計哥哥安排我地坐張大枱,雖然有其他食客一齊坐,但並不擠迫,共坐了八個人!叫了一碗牛丸腩片撈粗,淨魚蛋,鮮油厚多士,這些都是必叫的!撈粗,鼓油汁剛剛比面吸哂,無多無少,腩片切得薄薄,半肥瘦,一啖放落口,剛剛口,又唔「癡牙」。牛丸加少些果皮,香😋😋⋯⋯淨魚蛋,有魚片頭,正呀!爽口,彈牙!最後食件厚鮮油多士,牛油絕不孤寒!好鍾意一啖咬落去嗰種感覺!爽呀⋯⋯唔怪得佢無時無刻每個人都乖乖地默默地等位。雖然用餐時間系大約三十分鐘😛😛 continue reading

熊貓一場嚟到筲箕灣梗係要試吓呢度嘅排隊名物 - 安利週末嘅下午時間,等左半個鐘就入得啦,比想像中少人!見好多人特登揸車嚟食嘢,果然值得等待。牛腩魚蛋撈粗熊貓作為牛嘅專家,覺得牛坑腩肥瘦適中,魚蛋鮮甜爽口!有少少胡椒味,好香口。撈麵撈得好均勻入味,唔會過鹹鮮油奶多先係重點, 差唔多台台都有人叫,脆卜卜嘅麵包加上冰凍嘅牛油同煉奶,令人食指大動,不過略嫌唔夠多煉奶,好彩枱面有成支煉奶俾你任加㗎,Comfort food之選! continue reading
