尋晚同男朋友去食晚飯,就去咗古早味叫咗個二人套餐食,因為好似幾抵咁,個鹽酥雞可以值得再叫,因為我個人覺得幾好食,個肉鬆豆腐都不錯,滷肉飯不過不失啦,但係個拼盤就真心係鹹咗啲,要不停飲水,另外仲有個炒菜,不過就忘記咗影,另外仲有兩杯冬瓜蜜,味道稍為吾太甜,但係買單超級抵,都只係$300有找。 continue reading

同朋友到銅鑼灣行街,行到食飯嘅時候,我們就一邊走,一邊找地方吃飯。剛巧遇到一位小姐派傳單,推介我們到樓上食店。故此,我們就到樓上經營台灣菜的餐廳 「古早味台灣原味」試一試。餐牌上,有很多不同種類食物可供選擇,價錢相宜,算是平民化,買相也相當吸引。我們三人,點了台式滷肉飯,黑糖薑豬手,醉雞卷,炒四季豆及番薯葉。這個「台式滷肉飯」的白飯份量也很大,滷肉味道香濃。「黑糖薑豬手」味道獨特,黑糖薑的甜辣配以熱騰騰的嫩滑豬手,是一種很特別的味道。而且不太辣亦不太甜,份量很大。「醉雞卷 」每個雞肉卷都很結實,而雞肉卷酒味濃烈,但是雞肉是沒有鮮味,份量也是很大。「四季豆」很爽口,也炒得非常入味。「番薯葉」十分新鮮,但是較為油膩。全部菜色份量都很大,價錢相宜,買相也相當吸引。 continue reading

事源想去既幾間餐廳都關咗門,誤打誤撞嚟咗呢一間~ 可能係早咗少少嚟,所以被安排坐係窗口位,非常舒適🥰如果你要見客食飯,不妨可以嚟依度古早味牛肉牛筋面 ($65)好有台灣風味,朋友盛讚湯底係台式牛肉麵嘅味道。😘牛肉都唔錯,厚切,有肉味。面係手工刀削麵,有誠意👍🏼好滑好彈😋份量都比較大,合格,但未必會回頭。紅燒豬軟骨面($65)豬軟骨比較un 同老,食落真係有少少鞋😣 但係好彩個湯底都搭救番。都係叫返牛肉麵好食啲😛台式小雲吞(六粒) ( $18 )蒸得耐左少少, 而且皮太厚鹽酥雞軟骨( $15 )台灣特色小食,當然要試吓。份量唔算多,不過不失。 continue reading
