其實端午節前就已經吃光了,但忙到現在才寫食評而已。話說五月初時同事們傳閱這張表格⋯⋯雖然沒吃過老三陽粽子,但也馬上訂了一個蛋黃鮮肉粽。其實38元一個粽子也不算便宜,加上沒吃過,所以只訂了一個。同事們都訂超多⋯⋯😂不過服務挺有效率,好像兩三天就送到公司了。荷葉裹得很好,賣相不錯。蛋黃有一整顆,但分成兩半放在兩邊,跟姐姐剛好都能吃到🤤肉很新鮮,每顆糯米的味道都很平均,而且黏度十分合適,整體相當不錯~明年再買! continue reading

秋風遲遲未起,天氣悶熱得我都快要忘了原來現在正值大閘蟹時節。趁季節將末,想再來一次大閘蟹宴,卻驚覺許多餐廳在上星期已收蟹爐,想吃便要自己買來蒸了。「九月吃雌,十月吃公。」現時是農曆十月中,吃公蟹就最好不過,也正合我意。因為憑以前經驗發現雌的肉較厚實,而公的則有較軟綿的流沙蟹黃,所以想吃蟹膏的話十月吃公的會更合時。老三陽是傳統的上海貨舖,遇上季節時大閘蟹放滿整個門口。大閘蟹按大小重量起價,有$40, $60, $80, $120甚至再貴的不等,其中$60是三両半的陽澄湖大閘蟹,$80則是三両八的太湖大閘蟹,我們選了前者,蟹腳有金毛代表是陽澄湖出品。買蟹附送紫蘇葉、煲薑茶的薑和糖,買滿$200更送蟹醋一小支,非常貼心。把蟹洗淨包好紫蘇葉,水滾清蒸約十五分鐘即成。裹著蟹的水草結很容易拆開,都不用剪。我習慣先剪蟹腳,吃了爪才開蟹蓋,等開蟹身時不會燙手之餘,內裡的蟹黃也能保溫。公蟹比較少肉,肉質頗爽滑,雖然蟹不算大,爪到第二節還是有整條肉可弄出來吃。唯一是蟹肉不夠鮮甜,只怪現在的大閘蟹多是人工飼養而非野生,這個價錢也不能要求太多。拚搏完繁複的蟹爪,終於來到蟹身,一打開是滿滿的蟹黃,可真的是鮮明的黃色,而不是橙黃或橙紅的。蒸得剛好的蟹黃還有點流質,加上在旁有點半透明的膏狀啫喱,沾點黑醋一口咬下去,非常鮮甜味美、滑不溜口。都不用咀嚼多少,吞下去後整個口腔仍有那種鮮味,齒頰留香。所以就算繁複,先吃蟹肉後吃蟹黃,一來蟹爪比蟹身更快放涼不好吃,二來蟹黃香留在口腔便會搶過而吃不出蟹肉的味道,所以還是要把最好的留到最後。細細品嘗了兩隻陽澄湖大閘蟹,再吃點清淡的家常豆腐、青菜和糙米,最後來一碗用附送的薑和糖滾的薑茶作結,為這攝氏三十度的晚秋添一點秋意。 continue reading

難得十月,巡例都要應下節食大閘蟹嘅。上網做左啲 research, 九月就食蟹姆,十月就要食蟹公,於是叫左我媽去買,佢就去左老三陽買啦~佢揀左4两半嗰啲,但係都唔平,成60幾蚊隻,仲要幾貴下… 整好後一打開,正正常常囉,冇乜特大驚喜。總結,橙色蟹膏不多,但鮮鮮甜甜地,同埋都好好新鮮;而蟹肉就有彈性,有鮮味,爽口的。不過可惜都係少肉食。完。 continue reading

秋風起~唔係食野味~蟹公蟹乸無得避新老三陽店內環境又企理乾淨,揀蟹都揀得舒適過人!佢啲大閘蟹真係好靚,好乾淨!蟹殻綠得有光澤,蟹身好白淨,買返屋企都唔使點樣去清潔啦!金啡色嘅爪毛,眼仔碌碌,陣陣蟹香!今次買左$40/隻同$120/隻嘅蟹公作對比,水滾入鑊蒸左20分鐘!紫蘇葉嘅香味,令整碟蟹嘅味道更上一層!先嚟拆隻細嘅大閘蟹先!但真係唔好以為平野就冇好野,信唔過自己親手揀嘅蟹,都要信老三陽呢個招牌!真係貨真假實,$40雖然細細隻,但蟹膏都唔野小咖!好新鮮,好甜美!正!!食完細蟹,當然未咁易漏足啦!跟手嚟多隻大蟹,大蟹未拆就已經成手都係蟹膏油,因為喺蒸嘅過程中已由體內分泌出膏油,拆下拆下成手都香噴噴!打開蟹蓋嗰刻!睇到啲蟹膏!!!好震撼,好興奮!爆油爆膏,蟹膏仲水汪汪,一啖啜落去!嘩!真係正到冇朋友!清香、鮮甜,蟹膏漿住舌頭⋯好漏足呀!除左蟹膏,蟹腳啲肉都好實淨,鮮甜哦短期內要食多幾轉老三陽!咁呢個蟹季先會唔枉過! continue reading
