平時好少去銅鑼灣,突然屋企人話想食大閘蟹,昨晚差唔多8點行過老三陽,呢間野賣既野一向都偏貴,d 店員好多都粗聲粗氣。以前有買過糭,唔覺得特別好食,而且好貴,未食過佢號大閘蟹,最後決定買左兩隻5 兩大閘蟹返屋企蒸,紮住隻蟹條繩好粗,隻蟹望落好細,$100 蚊一隻,店員唔俾揀,好快手放入膠袋,話返去蒸18分鐘就ok, 返屋企發現有隻蟹腹部三角位發黑,蒸熟打開入面係黑色,睇到唔敢食,應該死左好耐,浪費金錢,不會再幫襯。 continue reading

一直以來 最喜歡吃的 就是老三陽的 蛋黃鮮肉粽 糯米像用醬油浸泡過 鹹蛋黃油潤 腩肉肥瘦適中 醃製的味道出色 翻熱後吃的 口感 味道 是其他牌子 比不上的 🥢🥢今天到銅鑼灣 就是去買 最美味嘅 蛋黃鮮肉粽 對上嗰次 忘記幾年前去買過 當時約30元/隻 但今天 已加到58元/隻啦!雖然貴很多 不過風味依然 超級好吃 最終買了四隻 😋😋店家除了 蛋黃鮮肉粽 還有 蛋黃鹹肉粽 蛋黃火腿鮮肉粽 蛋黃咸肉粽 紫米蛋黃咸肉鮮肉粽 甜的 桂花豆沙粽 紅豆豆沙粽 等…… 但我最愛吃的 只有蛋黃鮮肉粽 👍👍 continue reading

聞名已久的老店老三陽,但是因為自家長輩制作的家鄉咸肉粽實在太美味,所以一直沒有去嘗試老三陽的味道的想法。今年剛剛好在附近工作,所以有機會途經買來一試。外層是用透明膠真空包裝的,這樣應該可以保鮮及更衛生。翻熱方法是隔水蒸,用了15分鐘,估計12分鐘也可以。拆粽,用了6塊葉包住,以前聽長輩說4塊包成形的技術比較高手。味道:足料,口感偏軟,肉蛋米味夠香,少少偏咸,整體還算不錯,個人給80分。屬於會再次購買的食品。 continue reading
