今日在銅鑼灣食lunch,揀咗一間北京飯店,全部客飯$65 ,而且仲可以以半自助的形式任添飯,糖水和前菜。環境好有老北京的風格,牆上掛滿字畫,書卷氣十足。自助位置就在中央部份,好方便。叫了兩份客飯糖醋魚片魚片外脆內軟,外皮好鬆脆,而且配料多,有菠蘿三色椒,蔥蒜等等,醬汁甜甜酸酸好餸飯。誠意推介。紅燒獅子頭手工菜一定要出街食。大大粒獅子頭,材料有豬肉蓮藕粒和馬蹄剁碎,醬汁比較濃。半自助方面,前菜小食方面,有粉絲豆腐,炒芽菜等等土豆絲等等,會不定時添加,而例湯真材實料有誠意。我最欣賞就係麥米綠豆沙,足料有水準,食咗兩碗。總括嚟講,性價比甚高,有誠意,下次會再encore。 continue reading

超抵食嘅lunch set 真係好好味!銅鑼灣呢間川菜館老北京真係抵食到爆炸💥!計埋加1都係70幾蚊位**水果+前菜+甜品+老火湯任裝**,仲要係自助形式!重點係——佢個套餐主菜**酸菜魚同炒羊肉**,正到癲啊! 首先講個**自助區**,真係唔講得笑!不停咁補吸,前菜有麻辣木耳青瓜絲,爽脆到"嗦嗦"聲!甜品竟然有綠豆沙,仲有每日唔同嘅**老火湯**。淨係食呢part都回本啦~ 主菜出場!**酸菜魚**可以揀微辣,啖湯鮮到呢~魚片滑溜溜冇骨,酸菜脆卜卜,仲有粉絲索晒啲精華,撈飯食真係**無得頂**!另外個**炒羊肉**鑊氣十足,羊肉嫩到似食和牛,啲孜然香到隔離枱都望過嚟,夾埋洋蔥絲食,**邪惡到極點**! 仲有啊,白飯任裝!怕辣嘅可以嗌少辣,但個酸菜魚個辣度好溫和,連我個唔食辣嘅friend都清晒成煲~最後食埋碗冰粉解辣,**飽到上心口**都唔願走! continue reading

他家的北京烤鸭绝对是“鸭中爱马仕”!师傅推着车现片,刀工绝了!薄如蝉翼的鸭皮滋滋冒油,蘸白糖“咔嚓”一口,冰火两重天的快乐谁懂啊!荷叶饼一卷黄瓜葱丝甜面酱,我直接上演“一口吞鸭”,隔壁小孩馋到哭着要认我当干妈!还有酸菜鱼!这哪是鱼啊,根本是快乐瀑布!嫩到夹不住的鱼片泡在金灿灿的汤汁里,酸得开胃,辣得过瘾,本广东人顶着喷火的舌头狂炫三碗米饭!偷偷说,汤泡饭我能吃十碗!最绝的是烤羊肉!肥瘦相间的肉块在炭火上滋滋冒油,撒上孜然辣椒面,香气直接往天灵盖冲!咬一口,外焦里嫩还爆汁,配上冰镇酸梅汤,我宣布这就是人生巅峰时刻!吃完摸着圆滚滚的肚子才发现,老板居然还藏着惊喜!老北京酸奶、驴打滚、豌豆黄...每一口都是童年回忆杀!现在我宣布,这家店就是我在香港的“快乐老家”,一周不来三次我浑身难受! continue reading
