行到去food court 樓層,見到有御好燒,就入去挑戰下自己。叫咗個豪華二人套餐,都包咗好多野食,沙律,御好燒,海鮮燒肉拼盤等,全部都要自己 DIY。- 道頓堀雜錦御好燒最期待既菜式,材料已經調好曬,可以跟製作教學去整。其實都係用計時器計時,夠鐘就反一反,最後就加啲醬油。出黎既賣相,味道都唔錯,又好玩。- 黑椒芝士雞肉炒飯依個要靠自己,冇教學,不過都係見熟就加野落去,撈一撈。鐡板炒飯,望落真係好勁。- 海鮮拼盤 (蝦,帶子,魷魚)份量比較少,煎完都好爽口。- 雜錦燒肉拼盤 (牛皮腱,雞肉,1cm厚切加拿大豬腩肉)全部肉已經調咗味,主要都係黑椒,而且係冇其他醬料,比較失望。其實,都係滿足 DIY 願望,有得玩,有得食,已經好開心。不過,員工比較少,有時唔肯定點做,就揾唔到人問或都幫手,同埋冇其他醬料提供。 continue reading

好耐之前已經想食呢間食大板燒放題,岩岩個星期五(20/10)大約7:30PM就同朋友黎左排隊取票,我地係005號票,而佢仲未叫過飛,仲係000。其實除左叫飛之外,其餘時間職員都唔會係門口(但等左半個鐘都係叫左兩張飛),而係8:05PM左右職員就突然出黎將「2小時放題」的餐牌收起晒,咩都唔講就咁行番入去......我地要自己行去門口(表示想搵職員問問題先有人理你)😥😥,我地問係咪無得食個放題,佢答:9點就截單,而家都未有位,如果你唔怕食唔夠兩個鐘,其實都可以選擇叫放題。當時已經叫到003,我同朋友都見到開始有人離開,決定等多陣,時間短少少我地其實都唔介意。( 其實我覺得職員無啦啦收起D牌,咩都唔講...咁前面拎飛等緊D人, 其實係無人知發生咩事, 我見有兩班人都呆左, 最後有D就咁就走左)我地等到8:20PM終於可以入座,我地照選擇$348個「極上放題」,佢本身有個牌寫住星期一至五 「極上放題減$30元」,咁諗住係$318啦,入到去坐低,職員唔知係邊度餐牌拎住話星期五﹑六﹑日要額外加$20...當時我地其實等左差唔多成個鐘...我都餓到暈暈地...就算數照叫...但事後諗番...其實都有少少欺騙成份囉...PS. 2小時任食放題,但個舖頭細,座位唔多基本上返唔到台,大家預左6點果轉入唔到,就要有等到8點的心理準備。佢係寫紙落單,有一種食放題寫紙仔的傳統感覺。海鮮其中叫左「大蝦」,但黎到一望就只係好普通的蝦,同我之前在其他放題食的「大蝦」SIZE都差左一段距離,都叫左一大碟肉,但我想講佢所有份量都係亂來,我全部寫1 OR 2, 但佢所有野都係黎4-8...或者呢度係當你要「一碟」「兩碟」?好在勁食嘅我,大部份都同佢食晒...因為真係唔想浪費食物,但個所謂「極上放題」,牛肉都係非常普通,質素極之一般。黎多都唔緊要,仲要黎左一碟我地無叫的食物(蟹捧...紫薯...)。我地當然有叫大板燒啦,叫左三款試下,大板燒的確係幾好味,而朋友都整得好靚,最正宗就得個大板燒。最後每人包左一杯飲品...同埋一杯雪糕,9:40PM左右,職員企埋一邊討論緊野,我地等左成5分鐘,要自己行出去搵職員,問係咪仲有一杯雪糕,不過職員都好有禮貌問有咩幫到我地~總括而言,呢個放題,所有野都十分自助,減完你30蚊再加番你20蚊仲要收你加1服務費,我諗都無下次 (我估佢地都唔想D人再去食🤣🤣)。 continue reading

基本上由門口開始已經worse到傻 唔洗排隊 邊個大聲邊個有位 點都唔會夠大陸人爭 人少都好啲 人多嘅話就下一間更美好 入到去lum住用張電子coupon cap圖 問佢用唔用得 佢話唔係會員本人唔用得 (fyi會員個app要apple機先用得 去旺角尖沙咀都係cap圖就得)然後就係不斷俾人串 話唔係本人點會開唔到啊 其實唔用得唔緊要 我咪俾正價lo 我俾錢入黎食放題 唔係俾你串🙄然後就唔知係咪得罪佢 叫野食一係俾錯 一係俾漏 提左幾次都仲係咁 擺到明係到玩野 態度差到以後唔會再去 continue reading

今日同朋友收工路過呢間餐廳,因為疫情太耐冇去過日本,想體驗吓大阪燒就入咗去我哋叫左1. 海鮮五品特選2. 廣島燒佢一開始嗰啲菜已經切到好細,我哋將食物材料同埋醬料撈好,然後跟住佢提供好貼心嘅煮食指南,同埋Timer。照住做就可以整到好靚嘅大阪燒❤️雖然佢調味都因為嗰啲😂😂,但係每一款都好特別!我哋叫嘅呢2樣野,一款係飯底第一款係面底加蛋,各有各特色!如果再去多次嘅話,下次應該會叫下佢既甜品☺️份量好夠 兩個人食到好飽☺️☺️最開心係仲可以享受烹飪嘅樂趣! continue reading
