今晚我到Odyssee餐廳,地點位於香港尖沙咀柯士甸道西1號環球貿易廣場(ICC)101樓A號舖。這裏真係居高臨下,可以俯瞰整個維多利亞港的夜景,氣氛絕對一流。我點了幾道精緻的菜式,首先是番茄配意式乳酪、羅勒和白香醋,味道清新又有層次,令人食指大動。接下來是野生蘑菇濃湯,裡面還有夏季松露和醬汁,香氣撲鼻,口感滑順,真係暖心又暖胃。然後,我品嚐了布列塔尼藍龍蝦,搭配龍蝦湯、餃子和西葫蘆,龍蝦肉質鮮嫩,湯底濃郁,真係好味到唔想停。再來是星鯛,配上綠青口貝、香草和奶油,食落去鮮香四溢,讓人回味無窮。黑豬肚肉配南瓜、意大利麵和帕瑪森,味道層次豐富,每一口都令人驚喜。最後,我當然唔可以錯過甜品,香草泡芙配優格和草莓,清新又不膩,為這頓晚餐畫上完美句號。#Odyssee餐廳 #尖沙咀柯士甸道西1號 continue reading
