朋友今晚加班,於是我就在灣仔漫無目的亂逛,喜料被我發現了一間法國餐廳,感覺不錯!就提議朋友今晚就吃這間小巷裏的法國菜。Tuna Carpaccio: Tuna的外層沾有芝麻油,聞起來味道很香!賣相亦很吸引。卷起Tuna食用能食到Tuna的鮮味和淺淺檸檬汁的味道,開胃之餘也清新。龍蝦燴飯:半隻波士頓龍蝦連同燴飯一拼上碟夠搶眼!龍蝦蝦肉彈牙新鮮。燴飯亦能吸收高湯的味道很鮮味,飯粒煙韌帶點彈牙。燴飯加了小許芝士做烹調,「畢」起飯上黎有少少拉絲。美國安格斯羅西尼菲力牛排:這道牛排上面有快塊鵝肝,鵝肝煎得恰到好處,配上牛扒感覺不會太油膩。餐廳建議我們牛排點五成熟,牛扒軟霖容易切開,食落去冇筋,牛味頗重。Homemade Tiramisu:餐廳的Tiramisu是自製的,其他地方食唔到。Tiramisu味道很香很滑,而且不會過甜,配上紅莓醬更是開胃!很值得推介,而且配飾的草莓更切成玫瑰花的樣子,很可愛。由於等到我朋友收工已經8點了,餐廳很多款主食都賣曬!看來下次要早點來到,再來品嘗一次法國菜的風味。另外餐廳的咖啡好像都不錯,如果喜歡喝咖啡的人都可以試下,我自己本生不喝咖啡,所以就無試。 continue reading

今晚同一個朋友黎食晚飯,今次係我黎二次黎食啦,事隔幾個月,水準同第一次既相若,我朋友都覺得呢間法國菜確實性價比幾高,如果以咁既價錢食到咁正宗既法國菜,都真係唔錯了 ! 我地覺得最後果個甜品 TIRAMISU 直頭係超水準添 !~飲品先到,呢杯係朋友叫既 SUNSHINE ICE TEA,佢話味道都唔錯,比普通 ICE TEA更重水果味,係一杯唔錯既飲品TUNA CARPACCIO $135,上次我都有食呢個,真係唔錯,味道夠香濃,口感都幾有質感,吞拿鱼上有黑椒及檸檬汁等味道配製,其表面經過香煎,但入面既紅肉依然係生既情況下,口感真係好有層次外面帶有D硬身,但入面既肉就係軟林林,重係係味道都相當濃厚,黑椒及麻油味嘅帶領下,係一個好開胃既小食,亦係比較特別既一款傳統法國餐前小食PARMA HAM GALETTE $108,呢個法式蕎麥薄餅又係必食,因為除左唔係度度都有得食之餘,佢個口感同味道,都真係好特別,甚至乎賣相,都非常有特色將頭先中間嘅太陽蛋,攪拌到整個餅中,比較軟身嘅餅皮都可以吸收到蛋汁,令到整體嘅口感同味道都變得更行更濕滑,食起嚟非常舒服嗰種軟綿綿得來,入面啲配料又好有口感,確實非常有特色,而且幾好味添呢個 Toulouse Sausage Carbonara $128都真係唔少得,淨係睇個賣相都覺得佢好食,呢個面最主要嘅特色,就係用上法式圖盧茲肉腸,同埋一粒63度既溫泉蛋,真係夠晒特別溫泉蛋攪拌左喺成個意粉入面,令口感更有張力,成個味道更加提升,做得幾出色最後一個主菜,有 French Mussels & Fries $178,呢個已經係我第二次食嘅菜式,就算在一次食,我覺得佢嘅性價比都真係好高,非常抵食,味道一流先唔講嗰啲青口,旁邊嘅香脆薯條,點上酸忌廉汁,確實非常香脆,味道非常香口,一邊食青口一邊食薯條,真係唔錯份量非常多嘅法國空運黑青口,每一粒都連有青口肉,並無空殼嘅出現,肉質非常有口感,味道鮮甜,亦非常 Juicy,同樣都係有種食極都仲有嘅感覺,因為真係分量夠晒多!(大家睇唔睇到呢個心形嘅青口啊!!哈哈)最後梗係有唔少得嘅甜品啦!佢哋分別係左邊嘅 PF Banana, Caramel, IC $65 及右邊既 Homemade Tiramisu $78,兩個嘅賣相都非常唔錯我本人就比較鍾意 Tiramisu,佢呢度真係做得唔錯,味道夠香濃,食落口有濃濃嘅咖啡味,中間海綿層嘅口感亦做得非常好,食落口非常舒服,濕濕地,我就真係好鍾意啦!總結係,就算第二次嚟食,佢嘅水準依然,確實係一間平價法國菜,性價比真係夠高,食物質素有,環境都有,雖然餐廳唔係好大間,不過就真係幾 Chill,確實值得一試 continue reading

法國菜一向價錢都唔平,但今晚黎到灣仔呢條小巷吃法國菜。價格相對平民一點,入到去面積唔算好大,但絕無影響食法菜既心情。睇完餐牌,見到特色既菜色選擇都好多,最後睇到花多眼亂,說簡左幾款店員推介既菜色。🍹Dragon Blend $45用新鮮既火忘果、蘋果、青瓜榨汁而成,非常清新。🍵Camomile Tea w Lemorn Ginge $42朋友簡既呢杯廿菊茶更加好飲,內有姜、蜂蜜、檸檬,加上塊香脆可口既餅,推薦丫。🥄Trufled Mushroom Soup $55磨菇湯好足料,仲有松露醬既香味,配埋自家制蒜包好夾。🍴Tuna Carpaccio $135日式做法既吞拿就食得多,估唔到呢個法式既做法仲超班,帶煙熏味,上層加入香橙、白芝麻,外邊用黑椒煎香,內裡鮮軟,配搭清新,味美之選。🍴French Sausage Galette $108法式蕎麥餅比平時食開既Crêpe增添一份特殊香氣,餅底濕潤又略微脆,配上芝士、辣肉腸、洋蔥、燈籠椒等,色彩繽紛,咸香好滋味。🍴Mixed seafood linguine $188 意粉彈牙有咬口,海鮮材料有青口、帶子、三文魚等,其中最愛青口,真係好鮮甜,食得出不一樣。自家製既醬汁令整個配搭再下一城。🍴French Duck Leg Confit $168油封鴨腿係法式料理既功夫菜,雖然制作費時,但呢種鴨腿軟嫩無比、鹹香味濃,配埋底層既蕃薯蓉十分邪惡。雖然係小店,但店員既專業同周到既服務好值得加許。 continue reading

自從Odelice!在尖沙咀開設分店後,到Odelice!享用晚餐的頻率大增,但倒是最近才發現他們會於週末供應早午餐,供應時間更由早上十一時至下午五時半,疲於奔命上學足足一整個星期,週末睡到自然醒也順理成章成為了享用早午餐的好時機。Fresh Tuna Carpaccio ($88)吞拿魚略經炙燒然後外層沾上一層芝麻,配以檸檬青檸汁清新開胃,是每次到訪都必點的前菜小食。Smoked Salmon Fresh Avocado Tartine ($65)田園麵包塗上牛油及牛油果醬烘製,邊位微脆而包身煙韌濕潤,再加上軟滑稠密的新鮮牛油果更加豐腴;煙三文魚更是份量十足,肥美肉厚、油香四溢。Crab Cake Burger ($135)自家製蟹餅炸至酥脆金黃,內層絲絲鮮美蟹肉滿滿當當,與甜中帶辣的是拉差沙律醬配合得宜。麵包選用法式牛油軟包布里歐(Broiche),包身鬆軟綿密又富牛油醇香,配上番茄、生菜、紫洋蔥及牛油果醬令口感更為豐潤清爽;伴有一整盆厚切薯條及千島醬,炸得外脆內軟、薯味香濃。Salmon Brunch Galette ($105)招牌法式蕎麥薄餅口感會較一般薄餅粗糙及乾身,而且帶有陣陣蕎麥麥香,這些正正是它與別不同的獨特之處。首次嘗試這款週末限定口味,配料有煙三文魚、水牛芝士(Mozzarella)、菠菜、63度慢煮溫泉蛋以及荷蘭醬(Hollandaise sauce) ,彷彿就是將煙三文魚班尼迪克蛋(Egg Benedict)搖身一變的變奏版,集所有元素於一身,豐富多彩。Pineapple, Cucumber & Apple Juice (+$25)餐飲除了可選咖啡或茶之外,亦可加錢升級至其他特飲;這杯鮮果汁以菠蘿和蘋果甜酸果味為主,加上淡雅青瓜香更加清爽。Perfect Digestif (+$25)檸檬草茶(Lemongrass Tea)配以薑片及薄荷,感覺溫和又有助消化,另外更配上一片我最喜愛的Lotus焦糖脆餅。週末假期由一頓豐盛的早午餐展開無疑是人生一大樂事,款式選擇繁多相信總不會令人生厭,價格甚至低至四五十元更是出乎意外地實惠,好好慰勞一下自己也不足為慮呢。 continue reading
