近期不安的氣氛有令人窒息的感覺,特別想念法式小餐館,有別於一般高級法式餐廳,氣氛較為輕鬆自在,價格亦較低廉。The One的Odelice!餐廳用色簡潔分明,很有法式情調。餐牌菜式照片配搭同樣吸引,可以看圖點菜。火龍魔力鮮果汁 芒果鮮橙汁飲品餐牌很特別地有鮮榨果汁,有別於一般的紅白酒或咖啡。點上芒果鮮橙汁及火龍魔力鮮果汁。芒果鮮橙汁橙汁味較重,而火龍果蘋果青瓜汁亦是青瓜味較重,火龍果味道不突出,很易入口,感覺亦沒有那麼濃杰。吞拿魚尼斯沙律吞拿魚刺身外皮略煎,少了生食的感覺。魚肉入口像赤身,油脂較少食味清淡,比其他部位更適合配沙律。沙律菜新鮮爽脆,混上少量芥末籽,更加香濃開胃。兩片麥味重的麵包搽上青綠色的蒜蓉香草醬很合個人味覺。蒜香白酒大蜆扁意粉沙白蜆份量不算多,肉質亦比較瘦薄,但配上牛油蒜粒及白酒後,味道卻很濃香,連帶扁意粉吸收其醬汁後味道亦十分吸引。香煎盲槽魚香煎盲槽魚賣相與餐牌完全一模一樣,三塊燒檸檬帶焦香酸甜味,比新鮮檸檬味道更勝一籌。盲槽外皮煎得香脆,配上番茄沙沙,可以提升盲槽肉質的鮮味。盲槽魚份量很大,加上配菜足夠兩人分享。配菜普羅旺斯雜燴普羅旺斯雜燴有意大利青瓜、黃瓜、翠玉瓜、彩椒,用上濃香番茄醬同煮,酸甜有緻。配菜忌廉菠菜蓉幼滑菠菜配上忌廉湯味的白汁,不太濃杰感覺較輕盈。一個主菜加兩個配菜配搭上很好,蔬菜煮得用心,營養亦比較均衡。士多啤梨夢可麗餅Odelice!的可麗餅款式很多,實在有點眼花瞭亂。士多啤梨夢可麗餅很特別地配上檸檬醬及雲呢嗱忌廉,檸檬醬甜中帶酸,加上猶如日本的輕盈忌廉,雖然賣相一般,但味道卻十分之佳。 continue reading

一年容易又中秋,臨近中秋,又到了母親受難日,若干年前的秋天,母親誕下了我,生日年年有,沒甚麼特別,只是今年我轉了字頭,不知不覺間又踏入人生另一階段,老生常談:人生有幾多個十年?怎樣也好,找個藉口與最愛的人吃一頓飯吧!愛人為我選了這間法國餐廳,供應的是較casual的環境,較casual的餐牌和相對較casual的價錢,女人的感覺較特別,她認為吃西餐較浪漫,也認為吃中餐慶祝生日感覺上是為老人家做的,雖然我已不再年輕,但她想我也不要活得像個老人家。以法國餐廳來說,這裏的環境格局是悠閑的,沒有水晶吊燈,沒有鋪檯布,沒有餐巾,有部份檯還要是半開放式與商場貼著,餐桌每人的座位前只放了墊檯紙,寫了簡單的法文句式,還播放著輕快的法文歌曲,感覺是悠閑,隨意,不拘束。餐牌大致上甚麼也有,湯,沙律,前菜,主菜,粉麵,甜品等,要找一個自己喜歡的應該不難。太座想喝個湯,詢問了這晚的餐湯是青豆蓉湯,喜歡豆蓉不是打致變成糊狀,喝到有些粗粒,豆香綿密,旁邊有塊香草蒜蓉牛油多士,用了傳統的法包做的,口感稍硬,香草蒜蓉牛油下得重手,點湯吃可中和平衡一下。我點了法式烤魷魚沙律,份量很大,足夠二人分享,材料有羽衣甘藍,茴香,扒彩椒,青菜沙律,當中茴香的香氣較特別,拌了柚子醋,微酸微甜,帶出清新清爽的口感,烤魷魚肉厚新鮮,質感彈牙,若烤焦一點會較惹味。主菜點了海陸拼盤,有原隻波士頓龍蝦,200克新西蘭牛柳,還可選兩種配菜,選了炒野菌和牛油炒雜菜,以木砧板盛著而來,原隻龍蝦已開邊烤熟,上面放了些Pesto醬,而牛柳的顏色也烤得很美,令人垂涎,伴碟還有車厘茄,烤蒜和烤苦白菜及兩種醬汁。我們先吃龍蝦,估計龍蝦重量約一磅左右,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,當中還有橙紅色的膏,甘香味濃;太座知道我嗜吃牛,所以提議我點這道菜,點了五成熟的牛柳,切開後仍有血水,嫣紅的肉色,非常吸引,加些黃色的BearnaiseSauce同吃,增添美味,這醬汁實在調得很有水準,而肉質嫩而牛味足,兩者絕配,吃得愜意。配菜炒野菌,加了忌廉,份外香滑,而牛油炒雜菜,有小捲心菜,法邊豆,粟米仔等,喜歡廚師選料不馬虎。太座想我吃得豐盛些,加了碟蒜香大蜆扁意粉,以白酒和蒜煑大蜆,酒香,蒜香滿溢,大蜆鮮甜無沙,扁意粉軟硬適中,吃得飽飽,感謝太太的體貼。餐後再無胃納放甜品,來杯咖啡,再坐一會,咖啡勁力十足,甘苦度合我們口味,還付上肉桂味餅乾一塊,配咖啡也覺合適。人生有幾多個十年也好,令自己活得快樂便是! continue reading

尖沙咀一向多嘢食,無論中西日韓都有。今日我同朋友就去了The One試了這間法式西餐。呢間餐廳裝修十分有品味,有一種置身於外國嘅感覺。首先我哋叫咗一個超級沙律碗加煙三文魚,佢係包括有牛油果、羽衣甘藍、藜麥、小扁豆、紅石榴籽、沙律菜、車厘茄,再加上青檸生薑汁做sauce,幾開胃又健康而且份量亦都好多。羽衣甘藍同紅石榴健康又抗氧化,很適合女生!之後我哋再叫咗一個特色主㕑拼盤,分別有煙三文魚、Parma ham、法式豬肉腸、油封蕃茄、意大利青瓜、巴馬臣芝士、牛油果占醬同麵包。全部拼盤嘅食物都好新鮮,而且價錢合理。我最喜愛就是Parma ham,加火箭菜一起吃最美味!冷盤方面,我地仲叫左法國新鮮生蠔半打。雖然佢嘅蠔嘅尺寸唔算好大,但係好有海水味,係口中歷久不散。比起一般係街買到嘅即開生蠔優質好多。主菜方面,我地叫左一個蒜香白酒大蜆扁意粉。係人都知白酒同大蜆係絕配,呢度嘅意粉味道濃郁而且大蜆尺寸分量十足,配上扁意粉真係令人一試難忘。到甜品啦,我哋叫咗喺街比較少見嘅法式可麗餅。材料分別有芒果、椰絲、杏仁、薄荷同椰子雪糕。識落有一種熱帶夏威夷嘅感覺,甜得來亦都有芒果嘅微酸,加埋佢嘅餅皮,十分出色。準確而言呢間餐廳無論係生蠔,主菜定係甜品都有一定嘅水準非常值得一試。 continue reading

好耐之前其實已經食過灣仔分店, 食物質素唔錯,而且價格亦算親民。所以就襯生日飯,再試下尖沙咀分店。吞拿魚尼斯沙律沙律嘅份量十足,兩個人當作前菜食啱啱好。沙律上嘅三文魚略略煎過,再加上上面嘅香料,食落充滿鮮味。 帕爾馬火腿蕎麥薄餅蕎麥薄餅其實就係以蕎麥粉製作而成嘅可麗餅, 所以分別就在於甜味同鹹味。呢款薄餅四邊都放滿咗火腿,而中間再加入半熟嘅雞蛋同埋芝士。雖然薄餅同火腿都係鹹味,但火腿同薄餅嘅鹹味差别大,反而出奇地配合得幾好。Rosemary Martini & Passion Cooler嗌咗兩杯易入口嘅cocktail。Rosemary Martini 係vodka加入咗菠蘿汁同埋檸檬汁,飲落酸酸甜甜, 再加上加入咗迷迭香糖漿,同埋杯上放咗條迷迭香,每啖都聞到佢嘅香氣。Passion Cooler 就係冧酒再加入橙汁、檸檬汁同埋熱情果籽,飲落爽口。極致羅西尼牛扒呢個主菜除咗有新西蘭牛脊肉,仲有香煎法國鵝肝。 牛扒嘅質素相當好,嗌五成熟啱啱好,食落除咗肉汁豐富,仲有入口即溶嘅感覺。伴碟嘅薯蓉亦都相當香滑,不容錯過。香蕉朱古力法式多士 continue reading
