好朋友近日搬咗去將軍澳,今日同老公一齊去探佢,參觀下佢自己設計的新居,之後佢請咗我哋去商場的高級法國餐廳Odelice食晚餐。餐廳裝修擺設高雅,座位寬敞舒適。特色啤酒烤雞:半隻烤雞配蕃薯條,配香辛蛋黃醬。金黃色的烤雞外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩入味不鞋口,配蕃薯條,蕃薯營養豐富,炸得香脆不油膩。橡果級伊比利亞黑毛豬柳:黑毛豬吃橡果,除因令肉質充滿橡果香外,亦使其油酸接近橄欖油,增加好膽固醇。豬柳肉有質感,味道特別,散發出橡果甘香,配香滑薯蓉、蔬菜,再加上紅酒醬汁,令味道更美味!煙三文魚菠菜意粉:煙三文魚脂肪條紋分佈平均,嫩滑帶點煙薰味,入口甘香濃郁。每一口三文魚均有著濃濃的燻香風味並帶有三文魚獨有鮮味。口感煙韌,意粉軟硬適中,配菠菜和法式芝士白汁,口感creamy!椰香朱古力法式可麗餅:用料有新鮮香蕉、朱古力醬、椰子脆片、朱古力雪糕。可麗餅有濃濃的蛋香,口感Q彈柔軟,加上不同口感的材料,香甜可口。雪糕、雪葩:三球分別是雲呢拿、椰子、士多啤梨雪葩,香甜滑溜,甜度適中!椰青、芒果、熱情果冰沙:芒果味比較濃,亦帶有椰青的香甜味,濃郁好飲! continue reading

疫情放緩己個多月,所有事皆遂漸回復正常。過往兩個月來 home office 根本很多嘢做唔到,現在要趕工加快 turbo搞到成個人散哂。難得今天清閒些就與閨蜜齊齊去試下食法國菜和shopping 刺激一下經濟。🤪這間食肆無論在灣仔和尖沙咀都有,但今次我們揀選了將軍澳這間因貪佢夠新夠舒服,而商埸亦很大和多嘢睇。Prawn & Crab salad沙律菜翠綠又爽脆,非常新鲜。 大大隻虎蝦肉質結實而彈牙,蟹肉鮮甜味美;混上酸甜的沙律醋非常開胃。值得一讚是廚師加上幾片又甜又多汁的橙塊令整個菜升華不少。👍Scallops & Mushroom Galette藜麥做成 pizza,與一般薄餅唔同做得很薄;所以沒刖飽滯感覺。質地煙煙靭靭,配上鮮甜帶子和惹味菇茵非常健康;適合女士品味。Entrecote Frites牛扒我們order五成熟,師傅火喉控制得宜;主角上檯時微微血水滲出和肉質嫩滑。薯條外脆內綿,好香薯仔味;基本不需配上任何醬汁都非常滋味。Strawberry Dream crepe最後以一道士多啤梨夢可麗餅甜品來完結整個豐富法式晚餐。Dragon BlendSunshine Ice tea continue reading

今日放自己一天假,和友人去了將軍澳行街街,但因為入到將軍澳已經不早了,所以便吃個午飯先,在商場見到這間食店,鄰近戲院,一上電梯就看見,就姑且走去看看,原來這間店是法式食店。見價錢合理,所以便走入去,入去前,店員先和我們量體溫,入口已經有搓手掖提供給食客消毒。我們量完體溫就安排入座。這裡環境簡潔,當時已經差不多兩點半,很肚餓,所以快快叫了兩個午餐。朋友的午餐,午餐可以選湯或沙律,友人就選了沙律,沙律很新鮮,爽脆,裡面有很多種類的蔬菜,顏色很豐富。朋友選了個午餐是時令鮮魚,今日的是銀雪魚,旁邊黃黃的初時以為是薯蓉,但吃落就有一陣陣的椰菜花味道,所以吃下來不會覺得膩,醬汁帶有酸酸甜甜的感覺,魚很滑,沒有腥味,份量都很足,這個魚很好吃!今日我就選了餐湯,因為我喜歡喝湯,今日是南瓜忌廉湯,南瓜味甜,稀稠適中,不錯!我的午餐是經典肉眼牛扒配薯條,這個餐份量不少,牛扒多汁,很有牛的香味,加上牛肉醬汁,令牛肉的味道梗加突出!薯條不過不失,新鮮炸起,份量也很多!吃午餐有個好處,就是可以用廉價價錢追加美食,我們就追加了一個牛油果雙重奏多士三文治,雖然是價錢很便宜,但個份量一點都不少,我一心以為小食不會太大碟,誰知一上枱就發現我錯了!這個牛油果雙重奏多士三文治外,還有很大份量的沙律伴菜,多士三文治都不細份,除了用牛油果搽上多士三文治外,還將半個牛油果放上面頭,再加上一隻流心蛋,食到我們非常飽!但又確實又真的很好吃,又健康!雖然說很飽,但甜品對女士來說總是會突然多了一個胃似的。這裡最吸引的是很多人推介的可麗餅,午餐可以加$25就可以吃到,我們就選了一個Nutella榛子朱古力醬,煎香蕉,這款可麗餅因有香蕉,所以要額外加多$5,但都沒所謂,因為都比散叫來的便宜啊!可麗餅上枱,一邊是搽滿榛子朱古力醬,另一邊就鋪上煎過的香蕉,煎過的香蕉比一般香蕉來的香甜,再夾上榛子朱古力醬,可麗餅很軟腍,一起吃真的香甜可口,真的不錯的選擇,來到這裡真的要試一試!吃完豐富的午餐,天時暑熱,當然要飲返杯凍飲,午餐包一杯飲品,我們就不約而同選了冰桃紅茶,桃味很香,微微清甜,消暑一流!這裡的環境很不錯,招呼也很周到,和友人在這裡優優閒閒的吃過午餐,真的賞心樂事! continue reading

很久沒有與姊妹相聚,她提議到其住所附近的Popcorn商場內的法國餐廳Odelice晚膳。約了六時正,進入餐廳前當然要有量體溫、噴消毒手液的指定動作,跟着店員便安排了我們入座。店員禮貌地端上餐牌後便讓我們慢慢揀選食物,餐牌種類繁多,我們點選飲品後便要了一份沙律、兩份主菜和一份甜品開心分享。蘋果、青瓜、西芹汁和Brittany Mojito我點選的蔬果汁用上新鮮食材,清新又健康。朋友說她點選的mojito把冧酒、楓糖漿、薄荷和青檸調校出來味道很好。虎蝦蟹肉沙律這款沙律非常豐富,有虎蝦、蟹肉、青瓜、橙、松子仁和青菜沙律,混合柚子醋汁,鮮甜美味。雜錦海鮮意粉因我們都喜愛吃海鮮,所以也點選了雜錦海鮮意粉,甜美的青口、香濃的虎蝦和嫩滑的魚柳,加上軟刃度適中的意粉,非常回味。肉眼牛扒配薯條新西蘭肉眼扒要了五成熟,沾上香濃的牛肉醬汁,肉質鬆軟多汁,配上香脆薯條,份量十足。芒果、香蕉、薄荷熱情果醬法式可麗餅法式可麗餅是這裡有名的甜點,用上時令水果,新鮮美味。 continue reading
