前幾日介紹完軟殼蟹吐司🍞,今日又介紹另一樣掃街美食!上星期日我係中上環,行完PMQ,諗住行返落上環坐車走,路過見到呢間舖頭非常多外國人幫襯,所以都入去湊熱鬧😋試下有咩美食先!香港人一定有食過雞蛋仔,但靜係食原味?定食一D特別口味?Oddies Foodies 最出名就係雪糕雞蛋仔😋!仲要係用意大利🇮🇹雪糕Gelato🥰添!雪糕係採用低脂朱古力gelato,佢質地唔太粘,反而似平時軟雪糕🍦,🍫味道好突出。雪糕底部放左一堆牛油酥,好似一堆牛油曲奇碎咁,食左底唔會因爲雪糕溶化而變得稔身,依然非常脆口,而又有牛油🧈獨特香味,真好吸引。雞蛋仔同樣充滿新意,因為要配合返朱古力味,雞蛋仔中間放左布朗尼朱古力碎。一啖雞蛋仔,一啖雪糕,朱古力味會變得更加突出,成個口腔都係嗰陣甜甜香氣🥰!而且,一冷一熱組合,好似冰火交融咁,一個軟身,一個脆口,真好過癮。當然,雞蛋仔未出到非常好味,唔會話好香蛋香,但都依然脆身,所以我覺得都整得幾好味👍🏻岩哂夏天同朋友行街食返杯! continue reading
