同咀刁既朋友食飯真係會痕爆頭,所以出動到跑馬地一帶找食,一行三個咀刁人~今次的頭盤fusion 左泰國特色火炙虎蝦配木瓜柚子粉絲,酸酸味味~磨菇湯用了另類煮法,超重磨菇料,係有層次既!重點係今次3個主菜各有特色,選左慢煮英國鴨但配的卻係芋頭容梅子紅酒汁,有點中西合璧。不過如果要選擇比星星既反而新鮮既澳洲和牛面頰堅好食,慢煮左12小時,面頰軟棉得來又有點彈牙,肉汁鎖住無流失,真係愛上了慢煮!香煎銀鱈魚配上矜貴藏紅花檸檬牛油汁,魚質彈牙唔散,唔算太鐘意食魚既我都覺得值得試,食時要撈埋個汁味道更出!要比分既話,第一係牛牛,第二係魚,第三係鴨~ 點品,今次係士多啤梨慕絲雪糕紅莓Oreo乾勝出,因為內藏亁坤!(會發聲的甜品😁)雖然菠蘿椰子五重奏都超級香濃好食!無得輸餐廳店主ocean 好nice, 全晚好詳盡介紹無一道菜,睇得出呢間私房菜對野食既passion,好難得有一間野食,service 同環境都好既私房菜!一定再食!! continue reading

聖誕節食聖誕大餐是常識吧!上個月生日飯食完 Ocean之後食過翻尋味,成日諗住,所以老公問我聖誕想食乜,我唔洗諗就話要去 Ocean! 好好彩book到位睇相都知好食吧不過其實我覺得11月個menu好食d,唔知係咪上次第一次食特別有驚喜,定係今次太大期望呢⋯⋯不過唔代表今次唔好食,每道菜依然咁有水準咁好食只是回憶總是美好的吧!我最喜歡龍蝦湯,香濃到呢!簡直唔想食下一道菜⋯哈哈哈哈另外個menu本來係牛,但我唔食牛,所以Ocean為我準備比目魚環境/氣氛方面,我以為聖誕節會播Christmas carols or詩歌,但是沒有,有點失望⋯⋯anyway, Ocean的晚餐是不會令你失望的。期待下次慶祝/節日再來食食食 continue reading

早一個月訂位,非常期待去食的一間的私房菜 - OCEAN, 進到店內感覺簡潔, 以藍同白為主, 店名跟裝修非常匹配. 經介紹後, 原來店名以老闆娘英文名-OCEAN 來做生招牌.今次的菜單也蠻有驚喜, 頭盤是火灸虎蝦配牛油果MOUSSE, 木瓜,柚子及粉絲, 口感很新鮮, 開開胃口...^^再黎係蘑菇忌廉湯, 未放底已經聞到磨菇香味, 湯一入口, 即刻眼睛BING BING, 非常濃郁既菇味.不能不說主廚的心, 喝湯過後, 就上青檸沙冰, 當時以為上既次序錯左, 經介紹後, 原來給你開開胃, 清清口腔剛才所飲的磨菇味.期待的主菜出場, 我幫朋友點12小時慢煮澳洲和牛面頰, 而家流行慢煮, 令到肉質保持鮮嫩鎖住肉汁, 我朋友就話份量太少, 未能滿足佢胃口....哈哈 而我就點了香煎銀鱈魚配蟹子, 見到賣相已經好吸引, 銀鱈魚再配主廚特別調配既汁, 好夾, 一口接一口咁食...到甜品出場, 椰子菠蘿五重奏, 聽個名都已經覺得好新鮮, 賣相非常可愛, 以泡泡包住菠蘿, 椰子肉, 椰子雪糕和菠蘿雪糕, 仲有脆脆片, 一放入口, 超特別同夾, 唔太甜, 又不膩, 最有驚喜就是這道甜品, 超讚!感受到這家餐廳主廚非常用心,用餐過後還會出來詢問客人意見, 原來主廚來自5星級酒店🙈⋯⋯😌😌😌 continue reading
