為食的兩口子週日大多留家食飯,簡單多菜少肉、吃得較清淡的住家飯;而周末則列為廚房休息日,不管兩餐或三餐,每餐也會外出享用,順帶支持香港用心的食肆。大概兩年多前吧,我們見證著「皊叄木」於元朗一處街坊地點,從裝修開始建立起來,偶爾也有經過「昤叄木」,可一直沒有到訪過這家小小的日本料理店。前陣子一個炎熱的中午,兩口子的儍勁來了,我們頂著高空紅太陽走到「皊叁木」。剛開門不久的「皊叄木」,小室內密集的餐桌、卻已有滿滿的食客安坐,叫我有點詫異,還好角落裡可容下兩個汗流頰背的儍人。我們點了柚子胡椒燒豬頸肉 HK$72 和燒自家製馬友一夜干 HK$82 兩款午市套餐。醋漬青瓜雜菜味噌湯黑松露茶碗蒸不管你挑哪款套餐,醋漬青瓜、雜菜味噌湯、黑松露茶碗蒸,以及南蠻雞,均是主食以外的必備配菜。不要輕看這幾款普通不過的日式料理,「皊叄木」的彷彿是一位日本媽媽做出來的家味,是非常溫馨、舒服、好吃、無負擔的家味。爽口的醋漬青瓜帶有醋與平衡的輕甜;纖維滿滿的雜菜味噌湯,夾雜溫柔低鹽的味噌香,啖啖細甜舒暢;記不起有沒有黑松露氣味,光是流暢順滑、融合濃郁鰹魚高湯的蒸蛋,已教我心溶掉了;沒有火氣騰騰的南蠻雞,換來是炸漿輕盈、雞肉嫩滑和自家調製茄汁味的沾醬,感覺是回到小時候。配菜讓味蕾被幾乎絕種的單純滋味環抱著,感動!主菜的柚子胡椒燒豬頸肉,每一塊也煎得金黃焦香,彈彈的肉感伴隨柚子香與酸甜,非常開胃。而燒自家製馬友一夜干,輕描淡寫的鹹香與不死實的魚肉,的確不是來自外購的自家製好貨色!想不到外出用餐也能吃到鮮有的住家風味,多謝有如日本媽媽的師傅和不隨波逐流、繼續掙扎的小店,好期待體驗「皊叄木」晚上的串燒。加油啊,香港用心的食肆!P.S. 貓貓餐具太可愛了 continue reading

晚上跟朋友突然想吃串燒,便到了元朗的「皊叄木」,裝修十分雅致的日式居酒屋格調,燈光柔和很有氣氛,環境方正又整潔,店員說這是間日夜不同主題的日式餐廳,午間供應家庭風味定食;晚間則主打串燒與酒品為主!主要食串燒為主有牛、豬、魚、燒蔬菜系等,酒品以日本酒和啤酒為主,還有無酒精飲品,重點是全日免收加一!牛舌芯 - 十分大塊的厚切,多肉汁,燒出外脆內軟效果。鹽燒牛頸脊 - 外層燒至微焦,富油份,肉質爽脆,油脂感不錯。雞胸軟骨 - 爽脆特別,不多地方可以吃到,出色。雞腎 - 有咬口同時內裡保留水份 ; 雞心 - 爽脆又煙韌。羊肉串 - 有四串,很有羊肉味,脂肪分佈恰到好處,入口嫩滑。燒三文魚腩邊 - 腩邊金黃,魚皮香脆富大量油脂香,外脆內裡魚肉質地嫩滑,鹽味淡淡的點綴。大蔥雞肉串 - 個人喜愛大蔥,味道非常香濃又爽脆,雞肉幼滑,配上燒汁及燒大蔥,口感豐富。蒲燒街市白鱔 - 肉質鮮甜鮮嫩,爽口有嚼感。雞頸肉 - 外皮燒得香脆帶金黃色,醃製非常入味,雞頸肉嫰滑有肉汁。明太子醬燒翠玉瓜 - 帶水份,翠肉瓜加上明太子的鮮味很突出。脆炸明太子青椒仔 - 盡吸明太子醬汁燒不會太乾身,口感佳,十分惹味。燒焦糖玉子 - 有驚喜,塗上了蜜糖一起燒過,蛋味濃帶甜味。汁燒冬菇 - 有四大件,中和了肉的油膩感。豬油蒜蓉炒娃娃菜 - 蒜味及牛油味香濃,娃娃菜焗得很爽口彈牙。Suntory白啤 - 吃燒物怎可少得冰凍生啤,很易入口,微苦中帶甘甜,馬上小酌一杯。玉泉西柚 - 微微苦澀的西柚入口有清新氣息,味道清爽開胃,非常滿足。整體來說,這餐廳串燒選擇極多,食物水準不錯,性價比高, 是一間富人情味的串燒店! continue reading

元朗呢間「皊叄木」真係有驚喜!裝修走雅致日式居酒屋風,燈光柔和得來又夠氣氛,環境方方正正仲好整潔,一入門就感受到滿滿和風,坐得好舒服。一定要試佢哋嘅A5伊滕和牛壽喜燒汁定食,西冷足足100克,和牛油脂分布均勻,淋上壽喜燒汁後香甜惹味,入口即溶嘅口感真係難以抗拒!仲可以加錢配醬油雞湯烏冬或者自家雞白湯烏冬,揀邊款都唔會錯~免治雞軟骨漢堡扒定食都好出色,漢堡扒咬落帶住雞軟骨嘅爽脆,肉汁豐富,配飯食超正!而且每份定食都包前菜、涼拌蟹柳、茶碗蒸同白味噌湯,配菜夠晒豐富,一set落肚超满足。特別一提佢哋嘅雞白湯烏冬,絕對係亮點!湯底濃郁鮮甜,烏冬彈牙入味,每一口都充滿雞湯精華,完全出色到想飲晒成碗湯!飲品方面,推介試吓自家製冷泡大紅袍,茶香清幽又解膩,同定食搭配簡直絕配,食完成個人都好舒服~ continue reading
