When I stepped in this restaurant, I am totally stunned with the breathtaking sea views. From the interior design to the aesthetically pleasing artworks, it evokes an elegant ambience. There is two options for the menu, either a la carte or lunch set. I have chosen lunch set, it started off with Dim Sum Combination, it comprised of a Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, a Spring Roll with Shrimp and a Baked Barbequed Pork Tart with Abalone. The shrimp inside the dumpling is huge and succulent. The spring roll is a piece of art, it looks like a mini bouquet, whereas the Pork Tart is a delicacy, the abalone is tender and tasty. The next dish is the Braised Sea Cucumber Soup with Conpoy, it is filled with finely sliced sea cucumber, this makes the soup extra rich and satisfying. Pan-fried Seabass Fillet with Shrimp Mousse in Supreme Soy Sauce is my top favourite among the lunch set. The Chef has curated a sophisticated dish, blending the shrimp mousse into the seabass fillet, the flavours and textures are perfectly balanced. We were then served with another dish - Wok-fried Beef Cubes with Crispy Garlic. The beef is lean and tasty, yet presentatoin needs to be enhanced. An unexpectedly delicious dish is the Fried Rice Noodles with Prawn and Scrambled Egg Sauce. The scrumptious prawns are topped with scrambled egg sauce, which makes this dish delectable. There is nothing so soothing in concluding this copious and excellent lunch with a nutritious Asian dessert - Green Bean Dessert Soup. 飲飲食食,尋尋覓覓,今次遠赴機場博覽館食中菜!環境清雅高貴,令人很舒服!😌坐下後,職員先幫我們噴手消毒,再遞上口罩袋,十分貼心周到!👍🏻一行兩人,試新野!第一道:海鹽燒鮮鮑魚 $88鮑魚新鮮可口,鹽度恰到好處👍🏻第二道:酸薑皮蛋拌青瓜 $68很喜歡吃開胃前菜!酸薑不算太酸辣,易入口,酸薑配皮蛋剛剛好,反而拌青瓜,只有淡淡的麻油味,較為普通。杏汁白肺湯 $88杏汁香滑濃厚,很香很好喝👍🏻值得推薦🤩本人較喜歡吃豬肺,但印象中只有一兩件豬肺,如更足料就好了。濃湯花膠雞絲羮 $168很足料的一碗湯,飲下去很有鮮味👍🏻「澐」的湯真不錯👍🏻這湯配了一小碟脆脆,吃下去像春卷皮。第三道:金牌釀焗蟹蓋 $158蟹肉份量充足,可惜洋蔥比例稍多,其甜味搶走了蟹肉的鮮味。由於太甜,我們個人不太喜歡。第四道:當紅脆皮三黃雞 $198半隻這餐最滿意的一道菜!外脆內滑,吃到最後一件,雖然已涼了,但依然脆口,正!更不容輕視的是旁邊的合桃!超正! 味道與雞很夾,直接吃這合桃也很好吃,甜度剛剛好👍🏻第五道:蝦乾啫啫芥蘭煲 $168吃飯總要有個菜! 味道偏咸,適合配飯。紫雲夢境 $78慶祝生日,經理準備了蠟燭給我們🙏🏻👍🏻我們選這甜品是因為賣相吸引,成品也沒有令人失望,餐廳的雅名”澐”亦藉此顯現!視覺享受完,就到味覺享受😋紫薯雪糕中有薑粒,很清新👍🏻焦糖布甸正常發揮,雪糕跟布甸一起吃,也是不錯的。香芒楊枝甘露 $48總括而言,今晚是味蕾的盛宴,令人滿足! 非常值得再來👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

今日午餐去了在機場博覽館的澐,服務一流!有海景,每道菜都非常好味,尤其是中式牛柳,牛柳味道好和鬆軟,點心也非常好味,尤其是蟹肉菜苗餃,叉燒王是黑毛豬燒嘅叉燒,亦是非常美味,整體服務和食物品質非常好,值得一去! 雖然機場博覽館很遠,但有免費停車場泊車。👍😋 continue reading

though it is abit far, it worths to make this dinner tour.it was a team dinner and we ordered the seasonal special which use chinese tea as ingredients. each course comes with a matching tea, which is kind of thoughtful.first course tea smoked duck, egg and jelly had a great table presentation and the flavor is excellent. the dish i like the most was the scallop and noodle in soup.service is great and spacious seating.highly recommend continue reading

既寫開食評就一次過,補返呢個係上年年尾仲有堂食嗰陣時嘅,好有水準!侍應生話當時啲蟹當造👍🏻 所以整咗唔同嘅菜式,唔知而家仲有冇得食呢?見唔見到我隻空咗嘅燒酒杯🤣🤣🤣 每人嗰隻杯嘅造型都唔同個蟹鉗已經幫你拆咗個殼!方便到呢個殼好似冇乜蟹膏,但係已經超級惹味,個煲上枱嗰陣仲係啫啫架!當日啲服務都好好,又會比信封我哋入口罩同埋消毒雙手,濕紙巾齊備唔會整污糟,我覺得最好嘅就係有免費泊車!超級方便👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
