早排又去觀塘工廈覓食,呢間更係滿懷期待咁去,因為食過嘅朋友都讚不絕口。小店可供電話訂座,千祈唔好咁傻去walk-in呀。店內採用開放式廚房,可以望住廚師烹調食物,不過我地一行四人就無坐bar枱。店員嘅態度友善,早左去都畀我地提早入座,可惜其中一個主菜漏左單,搞到食完甜品又食返鹹食,撇除呢樣成餐飯都非常滿意,食物水準甚高。 🍽煙燻豬豬卡邦尼 Piggy Carbonara ($110)本身為西多士而黎,但再訪的話一定會食返呢個卡邦尼意粉!只用生雞蛋同芝士,唔落忌廉整個醬汁係成功嘅第一步,意粉亦夠彈牙,而且店家仲搞搞新意思附上鹹脆嘅芝士片。 豬肉用咗意大利煙肉、豬面肉同煙腩片,甜甜地帶濃濃嘅煙燻味,令意粉生色不少,我地一致贊成呢碟最好食。🍽慢煮伊比利亞黑毛豬西柚Sous Vide Iberico Pork Rack Grapefruit Drizzle ($188)黑毛豬鞍架好厚肉,份量唔大,面頭焦脆甜甜地,以慢煮方式烹調可鎖住肉汁,唔會太乾太柴。西柚汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃,不過就咁食舊豬已經相當唔錯,伴碟有烤薯仔片同法邊豆。🍽慢煮雞胸•羅勒•番茄醬•意大利飯 Sous Vide Chicken, Basil, Tomato Sauce, Risotto  ($120)意大利飯鋪上薑片幾特別,慢煮雞胸肉唔鞋,意大利飯可以再煙韌少少,番茄醬非常creamy,無其他菜式咁驚艷但都唔錯。🍽焦糖香蕉•雪糕•法式多士 Caramel Banana, Ice-cream, French Toast ($82)期待左好耐嘅西多士,麵包煎到金黃色上枱,質感夠鬆軟濕潤,有淡淡嘅蛋香,配雲呢拿雪糕食有冰火交融嘅感覺,香蕉上嘅焦糖燒到好脆,整體黎講唔錯,美中不足係雪糕溶得較快。☕️冰滴咖啡 Ice Drip Coffee ($48)店員介紹時話酸味會較明顯,帶微微果香。☕️鮮奶咖啡 White Coffee ($38)唔受得太酸嘅朋友建議叫返鮮奶咖啡,味道會溫和啲,可以揀skimmed milk。 continue reading

收爐前最後一次公司聚餐,團年lunch!🥰限聚下只能🥡返公司食,雖然唔想食外賣,但別無選擇😔。我地選擇左食西🍽,同事推介呢間Nutmad唔錯,就試下有幾唔錯先。🤗佢地個lunch menu都幾多選揀,大陪份同事都係叫Carbonara,而我就想試下佢個Risotto,仲要係慢煮🐔胸,真係令人好期待😋。🥡點都比唔上堂食,但都能感受到呢間餐廳既質素同誠意,味道上的確係值得推介,唯一係份量有啲🤏🏻影響CP。😅 continue reading
