港人深受自由行、水貨客禍害。搵食艱難,美食難求,貴貴貴同貴﹗致處都是珠寶首飾店、金舖、藥行、化妝品美容公司泛濫,小店、食肆、本土特色崩潰。病態市場租金及病態街舖種類,老闆幫業主、地產商打工,慘不忍睹。重災區上水、元朗、大埔、沙田,就連銅鑼灣都不能幸免!地球好危險,香港淪陷,危險,速逃!今晚出舖頭出糧、開票、找數,做完野自己嘆返個餐先。發現樓下地舖開左間麵檔,而且仲有點心食添喎。知已知彼,探個究竟先。走到門口,原來係地牢舖黎喎,經驗所得樓底必定好矮,內籠必定是非常侷促,慢慢走落樓梯,好快有結果喇。嘩,晚市時間只得兩個食客,真係見者流淚,心頭一酸。搵個開揚位置坐下,樓不未算過低,尚可以接受,裝潢似學生 canteen 多過潮州麵店,空氣流通,都算坐得舒服。為表誠意,等我細閱每張 menu 先。點心價錢費到有點冒汗,北菇棉花雞 $46、蝦餃 $40、糯米雞 $28,最平係叉燒包都要 $26,跟碗丸麵、蛋麵同價,牛麵全部過 $40 呢。單餸湯麵加一個點心加一杯凍飲 $96,雖然真係貴左少少,但係銅鑼灣區天價舖租之下,都不難理解呢,上水一盅蒸飯加一個點心加一杯飲都 $62 啦。藍蝴蝶,咩飲品黎架?食家最基本要有冒險精神,梗係要試試先!幾好飲喎,似巨峰提子流打味囉。牛腩片麵走蔥,都話走蔥咯,唉。老闆您好緊張咩?我估依位寫單連收銀既四眼哥哥係老闆啫。牛腩片?做左幾十年人都係第一次聽,又係大陸傳入黎架?湯麵當然由湯底試起先啦,淺嚐幾口熱湯,堅係夠晒熱!有料到,味道 good 喎!雖然並不是清湯腩黏黏膠膠湯底,不過牛味香甜突出,而且質感夠厚,好味可口!再加入大量炸蒜份外香口,但個人較喜歡原汁原味呢。牛腩片有點似坑腩又有點似爽腩喎,肉質軟棉又有少少膠口帶點爽滑,極濃牛味滲出一丁點羶味,食得過。賣相平平無奇又普通既麵條,估唔到食落非常爽口,而且比一般既麵掛湯力強,每啖都爽彈多汁,正。試埋辣椒油,賣相不討好,辣椒碎大大塊,難得散發出極香辣椒味,夠香而微辣,免強合格既。北菇棉花雞,久候的雞,萬眾期待,終於出場。雖然依碟棉花雞折左都要 38 蚊,但係我食過最好味既!即叫即蒸等足 25 分鐘,熱騰騰冒晒煙出場。第一眼望落去,咁孤寒得冬菇片?仲要批左個頭呢!即刻由您食起,靚冬菇好香好彈充滿水份,好好好味。魚肚滑嘟嘟,棉得黎又微爽,吸盡雞柳同冬菇既精華,燙住咀咁食非常美味!雞柳滑到不得了,肉質細緻滑滑又有彈性,不會乾不會鞋,醃得香甜味美!好想 encore 食多碟呢,唔通又等多 25 分鐘咩!滿足,埋單歸去。 continue reading

一直好喜歡去麵檔食麵,只要去開時代睇戲,必然去麵檔食返碗細蓉。麵檔係地下鋪,裝修得好有特色,牆壁掛左好多調味料小招牌,充滿香港味道!座位都有三四十,人流唔算多,所以次次都有卡位坐。依舊叫左細蓉,其實如果唔跟餐,$26一碗又唔貴,湯好清澈,係大地魚(?)嘅味道,好似艇仔粉嘅湯底,好清甜,四粒鮮蝦雲吞好大粒,皮好滑,鮮蝦足料新鮮(我食唔新鮮嘅會敏感),麵爽好味,最愛加埋佢嘅辣椒油一齊食!佢嘅辣椒油好香,唔知係自製定買返黎?次次都加好多羹食!次次黎都冇咩人,希望多啲人幫趁,唔好比佢消失! continue reading

咁岩避雨就入去試下,見到下午茶都幾平,三十幾蚊,仲有賣點心的。叫左碗牛丸麵配熱飲係free,重點係佢有得揀茶(香片or普洱),用普洱茶包,所以好濃味,唔似平時酒樓咁幾片茶葉沖一大壺。睇到午市個餐牌都有牛丸麵但貴好似十蚊,問呀姐有咩分別,佢話下午茶係少一粒丸,但麵既分量係一樣既。麵條口感非常爽口,幾乎沒有鹼水味,加點紅醋,真係無可挑剔。牛丸都非常彈牙。碗麵唔係太夠飽所以叫左一籠點心(奶黃包)塞包自己普普通通,不過好在係即叫即蒸。 continue reading

店內非常寬敞,差不多五十個座位,只得我一千零一個客人,寧靜的食店在香港真的不多。點左一個下午茶餐,細蓉,菜心,凍檸檬茶$46。開放式廚房可以清楚看到廚師準備食物,環境衛生。先上凍檸茶,茶味非常淡,檸檬有點苦澀,等左大約十分鐘再上菜心同麵,菜心蠔油分開碟另上幾貼心,自己可以調節落醬的份量,但麵太過腍,麵量少,另外只有三粒冇乜鮮味的雲吞,對於我個人不太夠,食物量少可以接受但以這收費,食物質素的確麻麻。 continue reading

I have always wanted to try this joint but forget to try it because it is well hidden in the basement.As well as noodles they serve dimsum which was a surprise as they are called Noodle Stand.Strangely, the noodle choices are wonton noodles, flat rice noodles and rice vermicelli, however the dandan noodle is the only one that has a different noodle to the ones mentioned above so I chose that.The noodles were good with a Sichuan touch but the oil or the noodles were a bit rancid which ruined it. continue reading
