Nood Food喺尖沙咀K11 Musea pure入面,環境都算唔錯,但座位偏少,好多時候搵唔到位,梳發有啲污糟。至於食物,Nood Food一向主打健康飲食。最鐘意佢哋嘅麵豉三文魚飯,蒸三文魚勁健康,無油無鹽食完唔會有內疚感。添加麵豉醬低溫輕煮,保留魚嘅營養同鮮味,飯底多數用糙米或者混合穀物,升糖指數較低,非常適合注重健康嘅人。西班牙雞飯用無激素雞肉,配合橄欖油、健康香料同足夠蔬菜,味道清新,份量剛好,不會油膩又有營養,適合追求輕盈飲食嘅食客。

Have been eating Nood at various locations since it started. K11 Musea location is awesome, comfy couches, nice view, nice vibes, staff are very friendly and make good coffee! Just recently they have changed coffee bean to a locally roasted organic one and I have to say as a barista myself that there js a noticeable improvement in the balance and taste compared to the previous beans. The wrap + coffee combo is my usual go to, the attached photo is the chicken guacamole wrap. I often in the morning get a bagel or sourdough with egg and avo or peanut butter and honey with a coffee. The presentation of these items is always very good. Even the ready made sandwiches are great for a light lunch or a quick snack after gym. Definitely recommend trying.

玉桂香蕉乳酪一睇就知係一啲健康同甜蜜嘅結合。杯仔入面嘅乳酪同香蕉配搭,仲有玉桂嘅暖香,味道好夾!上面嘅穀物同堅果,咬落去有啲脆脆地。整體係一個清新嘅選擇,適合減肥嘅甜品,係減肥路上既一點甜!雞胸肉卷同一般食開既卷一樣冇咩特別,但內籠嘅餡料就係低脂嘅雞胸同菠菜,仲有啲融化嘅芝士,感覺好似喺努力健身嘅同時,又偷嚟啖罪惡嘅享受。麵包皮烤得金黃,帶啲焦香,咬落去有啲嚼勁。菠菜同芝士救返啲場,增添咗鮮味同滑溜口感。整體來講環境夠靚,食物配搭新穎,
