做完運動太肚餓，即刻響Nood點咗個沙律。 通常Small size 已經夠飽，今次caser salad 嘅調味好好，唔會太多醬，但糙米就略嫌比較硬，同埋可惜當日冇紅菜頭。呢度嘅沙律唔會好似有啲餐廳咁凍冰冰，所以有時冬天我都會照食。揀完沙律嘅之後見Social Media有介紹Pistachio Oat Milk Latte，開心果控即刻點咗一杯，順便補充蛋白質。佢冇加糖，係開心果原味，冇乜特別但夠香滑，$45 都幾大杯。灣仔星街分店空間較大，有長枱、有梳化，都算多人，不過好少要等位。呢度仲有杯提供可以自己去斟水，食物款式亦多，有主食，有些較小的分店是沒有水杯和沙律Combo。…Read More

I’ve been a pure member for a while but this was my first experience with nood food. I didn’t really have much expectation for the food there since it had always seemed to me like a little food stall that sells overpriced smoothies. Yet the nood food at starstreet precinct really surprised me. Not only did they serve a wide selection of salad choices - that actually looked appetizing, but also a decent amount of vegan/vegetarian options, including wraps and pasta. As a vegetarian myself, I ordered the vegan carbonara for $78. I’d say it’s a decent price considering its generous portion size and the creaminess of the sauce. It’s been a while since I have met up with this friend of mine and since we enjoy healthy diets, we have chosen Nood Food, a place we have both never been to before for a relaxing dinner. The restaurant was very spacious with cozy tables, cushions, and bean bags. We sat down at a sofa space where we had to take off our shoes.From a distance, I saw a number of new vegetarian wraps on offer, and because I like novelty, the Korean Kick ($77) was my go-to wrap for the night. It came sizzling hot, with the rice very nicely packed within the wrap that was made with whole wheat tortilla, and contained Korean red chillies, eggs, vegetables. The Korean sauce was what brought the wrap to a whole new level, what a delicious Korean style wrap shouting healthy. I can still remember how it tasted and am yearning for another one. I will definitely recommend this to you. Though, I think it would be better if they can wrap with a foil for easier handling. To pair with the wrap, I got a green detoxifying drink - Spring Clean ($72) which contained broccoli, spinach, cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon, pink Himalayan salt. The perfect post yoga lunch that is absolutely guilt free and delicious! This was the first time I’ve tried an impossible burger paired with sauerkraut which definitely made it refreshing yet tasty! The sweet potato fries were a bit soggy but its homemade ketchup was super yummy!The wrap is super satisfying where you get to pick 3 choices of salads and you can add $32 for some extra protein. I am an avocado lover! So I always come here for the avocado weekend brunch. Another reason is that this place is very relaxing and quiet as compared to the other restaurants nearby. The bottom of the sourdough toast was crispy. And the cashew mayonnaise on top of the toast tasted sweet and buttery. It helped balance the bitterness of the rocket leaves. The avocado on top of the rocket leaves was in its perfect ripeness! And I like this balsamic vinegar glaze. The mini fruit salad (incl. dragonfruit, melon and honey melon) tasted fresh and yummy.
