今年最火的bistro之一,提前一周都很难预约到(因为店面实在太小)。菜式主打意大利和瑞士fusion,这样的小酒馆目前全香港应该找不出第二家。加上short menu和我连名字都不认识的手工意面,还没去就已经吊足了胃口。·整体好吃且有特色,意面和提拉米苏这两款意菜经典自然不容错过,这儿的调味和形式都融入了自己的创意。大部分菜式用到了奶酪,这点很Swiss。·不少wine也是来自瑞士,杯卖有点贵,但manager自豪地说,全香港除了Caprice只有这里才能喝到。倒了一点试饮,这个细节比一般小酒馆好。·晚餐做两轮,我们到得早了些,manager热情地拿来瑞士地图为我们讲解餐厅的concept和cuisine。有条件的话不妨来试试午市,能吃到一些招牌菜,而且比晚餐的人均至少便宜一半。·【Wagyu Beef Tartare】把不怎么吃生肉的朋友都征服了,饱满柔嫩的肉粒和烤块根芹混合在一起,吃起来在咸香浓厚的肉味中流露出一丝甜感。·表面一团蜂窝状的是炸土豆丝,最佳吃法是将炸土豆丝、生牛肉和蒜香蛋黄酱狂野地拌匀,酥脆、柔韧、稠滑的口感在口中一同迸发,好吃到失去表情管理。·【Belper Knolle Salad】看起来平平无奇一盘草,越吃越惊叹:真有你的!Bitter Leaf清脆爽口,甜甜的啤梨切片和蜂蜜芥末酱调和其苦味,奶酪完美充当酱汁和食材之间的粘合剂。烤核桃仁给得豪迈,酥脆香甜根本停不了口。·【Brown Crab Cacio E Pepe】去之前做了下攻略,不然真还看不懂菜单了。这款搭配的是Cassarecce 条形卷面,另外几款pasta分别是👉Gigli 托斯卡纳风铃意面/Creste di gallo 鸡冠面/Reginette 波纹面。·整盘几乎不见蟹肉,但每一根面条上都沾满了奶酪的咸香和蟹鲜味。意面恰到好处的咬断感和一点点弹牙让人忍不住一口接一口,我觉得是好吃的,不过对腥味敏感的朋友慎点。·【Odette's Tiramisu + Nocino】Nocino是一款由未成熟的核桃、糖、香料和酒精制成的核桃利口酒,加不加是optional,既然撞上了店名, then it’s a must.·不过我们都没想到,酒和提拉米苏是分开的,于是就有了当晚一口蛋糕一口shot的名场面。·香港的意大利菜餐厅做提拉米苏普遍不差,这款也能排进第一梯队,尤其是升级成了酒鬼提拉米苏,浓郁度再次得到了升华,上头又快乐!·【Domaine La Colombe, Chasselas - La Côte】White Blossom/Lemon/Juicy Pear,柔和精致的酸度包裹着甜甜的蜂蜜香,配沙拉很棒。 continue reading

📍大坑唔係講緊嚟緊嘅歐國盃, 而係講緊大坑嘅人氣餐廳Nocino🤗Nocino並唔係以restaurant或者cafe命名, 而係叫自己做’Grotto’, 乃係指瑞士接壤意大利邊境地區Ticino餐廳嘅代名詞顧名思義,佢哋主要提供糅合瑞士及意大利嘅新鮮食材同獨特風味而造成嘅菜餚;當中佢哋有供應set lunch,三道菜$168一位,CP值極高;適合首次光顧嘅客人嘗試首先前菜我哋選擇咗wagyu beef tartare同Arancini Ticinese前者肉質鮮甜,似食緊吞拿魚😅再配以極幼脆薯條,增強口感至於Arancini Ticinese, 其實係risotto ball; 外脆內軟,上面灑滿cheese powder,熱辣辣好好食主菜就係兩款唔同嘅pasta , 分別係Duck Ragu Creste Di Gallo 同Pesto Gigili; 兩款都係手工即做意粉,份量十足,好彈牙有咬口,食得出佢哋嘅新鮮程度最後甜品當然唔少得Tiramisu 再加一杯latte,令整個瑞士提契諾州旅程圓滿結束😋 continue reading

今日去咗大坑呢一間意大利餐廳同朋友慶祝生日,餐廳位置喺大坑,所以如果大家去嘅話喺天后地鐵站出去就好快,亦都好方便,大坑係一個比較靜嘅社區,所以我哋都諗住揀一個靜小小嘅地方幫朋友慶祝生日!餐廳主打手工意粉佢嘅意粉非常煙靭、主打係每日即刻新鮮即刻整,個面亦都有芝士碎,令到成個味道更加多元化,口感都幾好食,整體都幾有驚喜!生牛肉他他就好開胃!餐廳用咗橄欖油同埋忌廉,令到成個口感酸酸地頭盤嚟講,實在令人開胃,忍唔住食完一啖又一啖!而且牛肉都幾新鮮,質素都唔錯!非常適合鍾意食意大利餐廳嘅朋友 continue reading

聽朋友仔介紹呢間餐廳好耐,終於俾我lunch時間book到去試吓佢個lunch set。咁啱撞正佢換咗餐牌,試唔到佢出名嗰個Duck Ragu Pappardelle, 唯有今次主菜揀佢個Festonati同Reginette,另外前菜叫咗最出名嘅Wagyu Beef Tartare同埋Risotto Ball. 最後甜品分別叫咗Tiramisu同Ice Cream Coupe,再另外加錢叫咗一杯mocktail同紅酒。原本另外仲想散叫佢出名嘅Malakoff, 可惜lunch冇a la carte, 唯有下次dinner再去試。Wagyu Beef Tartare- 生牛肉配以上面脆脆嘅薯仔絲同埋下面嘅蛋黃醬,食落好有口感同creamyPistachio Arancini- 呢個係非一般嘅Risotto Ball, 而係加咗Pistachio、肉腸同煙燻咗嘅 provolone cheese,食落好香口得嚟,但又唔滯口Festonati- 呢款pasta係羊肩肉配上Pecorino羊奶芝士同埋薄荷汁製成,羊肉香配上淡淡薄荷汁,簡直係絕配。pasta嘅形狀包裹着羊肉、芝士同埋薄荷汁,麵條口感煙靭,兩款pasta中我較喜歡這款Reginette- 呢款pasta係結合咗辣肉腸加Mascarpone, Parmesan cheese而成。鍾意食辣嘅人應該會喜歡呢款pasta,味道過癮,食落又唔會膩Tiramisu- 呢度個Tiramisu我超級鍾意,因為佢好重好重酒味,好少地方會食到咁重酒味嘅Tiramisu,Ice Cream Coupe- 雪糕冇咩特別整體嚟講價錢及食物質素性價比都高,可惜lunch時間得60分鐘,食得有啲趕。下次會再搵機會試埋dinner。 continue reading

要早兩個月預約既人氣意大利餐廳,其實好細間得幾檯,中途有好多人入黎問有無位,但都係失望而回,禮拜六仲有做Set幾抵食,不過限時食一個鐘有啲趕急🫣▪️ Lunch 💲148 (2-Course) / 168 (3-Course)1️⃣ SMALL PLATES▫️Wagyu Beef Tartare(7/10)面頭有脆身薯仔絲,可惜牛肉他他有筋,加上西芹粒比較有咬口,但幾欣賞個牛奶蒜蓉醬好惹味▫️Arancini Ticinese(7.5/10)呢間比我既其中一個印象,係好多野都灑上大量芝士粉🧀外層脆脆地,內裏係有菇菌味既Risotto2️⃣ FRESH PASTA MADE IN-HOUSE▫️Nduja Reginette(7.5/10)人人都話似辛辣麵,又的確有幾分似🤣粗身扭紋更能掛上微辣醬汁,仲有陣清新既檸味,唯獨係齋麵無配料😳▫️Duck Ragu Creste Di Gallo(6.5/10)形狀幾特別好似八爪魚,都有啲咬口🐙不過味道淡,主要係靠好似煲完湯既鴨肉絲吊味,相比下遜色咗啲🦆3️⃣ DESSERT▫️Odette‘s Tiramisu(7.5/10)隔離檯嗰件企直好靚仔,我呢件完美躺平🥺口感濕潤軟滑,咖啡酒味都突出😌🔎 整體評分(7.5/10) continue reading
