Unreasonably long waiting time

I stepped in the cafe as a single customer and queued for 10 mins although there's at least 4 to 5 seats available by the time. I ordered a simple fruit yogurt bowl at 1329hrs and waited for another 20 mins for nothing. When I told the staff I needed to back to work in 10 mins. She showed no empathy but counter offered to pack my lunch after another 5 mins wait. What a poor non-effective service ! continue reading
