一段時間冇幫襯,有啲掛住碗『燒雞串飯』,點知坐底先知是日沽清,不免有些失望。唯有問下『每週特定定食』是什麼,原來係『蒲燒鰻魚定食』。蒲燒鰻魚飯及烏冬 ($120),十分出色,鰻魚份量比預期中多,而且又厚身,一啖咬落去口感很豐富,雖然魚肉肥美但一啲都冇油膩嘅感覺;燒汁味道微甜帶咸,恰到好處;炭燒功夫更不需多講,保持一貫出色。滑蛋炸豬扒飯及烏冬 ($105),醬汁混合埋滑蛋及洋蔥,配上唔嚡口嘅厚切炸豬扒,穩定之作。最後嘆埋杯咖啡,fantastic。古語有云:塞翁失馬,焉知非福。註:另收加一服務費。 continue reading

呢間小店應該係串燒比較出名嘅但因為我每次嚟都係午飯時間所以並冇機會試係咪真係實至名歸不過呢度嘅lunch set都非常唔錯最多人點嘅係燒雞串定食次次叫親啲侍應都要問下仲有冇先落單燒雞串定食有三串再加飯最上嗰串係雞肉中間有啲青椒🫑中間嗰串係紫蘇葉包雞 好好味😋下面嗰串係雞軟骨加雞肉 各有唔同風味個餐仲包一碗細烏冬仲有一杯飲品係非常不錯嘅選擇由於都係午餐時間嚟所以只好自己追加一串串燒牛舌好好味😋下次有機會一定嚟食晚餐主攻串燒 continue reading

其實呢間野,已經食咗好多次,不過都係食lunch,今次試吓夜晚嚟食,冇訂位,所以要快啲食快啲走,雖然呢度抽風系統好差,好大油煙味,再加上冷氣不足,要開風扇先搞得掂,但係多客似雲來,因為佢嘅串燒係真係幾好食嘅,價錢算係中上,不過有一樣野大家係要緊記嘅,就係餐牌上面冇嘅嘢,記住唔好叫,當日我以為好簡單食串燒,一般粟米都係一串30幾蚊,於是我就叫粟米,冇留意餐牌上面原來係冇粟米呢樣嘢,最後埋單竟然係$120.一條粟米,仲要唔係好食,所以奉勸大家記住唔好點餐牌上面冇嘅嘢 continue reading

錦是一家專門吃日式串燒的居酒屋, 位於裝修算是古典的富豪九龍酒店, 經營了二十多年, 從店舖的裝橫來看, 的確有著日本橫街窄巷居酒屋的家庭感覺, 日本人老闆和待應也相當落力和熱情, 令我身在日本的感覺.雖說餐廳主打是鷄肉串燒, 但其燒飯團和咖喱烏冬才是這裡的Must Have. 前者慢火燒了差不多20分鐘, 四面烤得十分香脆, 焦香度剛好亦不會帶苦澀感, 內裡的飯保持相當軟熟的口感, 也保持其濕度, 簡單中見其心血. 後者的日式咖喱汁, 甜中帶果香, 果然香中帶微辣, 稠糊度適中, 不會太水狀也不會杰得如醬般, 同樣簡單但熱呼呼的令人想一吃再吃.雞肉串燒方面, 最令人喜歡的烤戦單骨雞翼, 皮脆肉嫩, 肉汁豐富, 炭香誘人, 以香港的燒鳥店來說可說是Top 5. 免治雞肉串, 無論是捲上紫蘇葉, 還是直接沾上蛋黃, 雞肉口感和烤香也沒有令人失望, 如果能夠加上軟骨增加其口感上的對比, 那就更加完美.送酒小菜中, 我會推介酒盜芝士, 酒盜的咸香比起在HokaHoka吃的時候更強烈, 而且帶有海水味, 和芝士配搭相映成趣. 另外不要少看餐前小食的自家蘿蔔漬, 清甜爽口而且無渣, 在這炎炎夏天作為開會前菜, 簡單但舒服. continue reading
