之前有個朋友推介我黎呢間燒肉店試下,可惜疫情關係,一直冇食,最近終於的起心肝黎試下餐廳安排左我地坐窗口,望住馬場景食,如果唔係落雨,應該幾靚見到和牛7品盛合有2款(和牛7品盛合$488同埋特選和牛7品盛合$688),咁就2款都叫黎試下,原來2款盛合既食材基本上一樣,只係最尾嗰款肉唔同左首先上既係牛舌、上筋同辣椒肉牛舌配檸檬汁食,冇咁油而且仲開胃,一流上筋(前腿肌肉上筋)同辣椒肉就配wasabi+鹽,口感比較豐富,別有一番風味之後就到鞍下、三筋、座布團同肋眼心鞍下即係牛既肩頸位,比較有咬口,配醬汁食👍🏼三筋就最嫩同冧座布團就冇乜脂肪,最有口感就係呢款普通既7品盛合,最後一款肉係肋眼心,入口即溶而特選7品,最後一款肉係招牌醬燒西冷燒完之後淋上蛋汁,連埋一口飯食落肚,大滿足食左成晚牛,當然要嗌下其他野食,否則真係會好膩,但呢間餐廳喺其他食物上面既選擇唔算多,最後揀左一款比較多人推介既脆皮鰻魚山椒燒($148),味道同平時食開既鰻魚唔同,比較食到魚本身既味道,幾特別,果然值得推介基本上呢間餐廳從環境到食材都非常好,而且員工一邊幫我地燒肉,一邊細心講解d肉係咩部位同配咩醬汁食,冇得彈,岩曬d愛吃牛既朋友黎食 continue reading

本身識呢間餐廳係因為睇開youtube channel有啖好食,佢講到飛驒牛三文治係必食,就抱住朝聖心態去試下。今日去到餐廳都接近點半,亦吾太餓,所以只叫飛驒牛三文治set就算。三文治一黎係熱既 新鮮整,食落第一舊好食,的確好軟熟,但第二舊係成舊都係筋,要吐出黎咬都咬吾開,第三舊都冇事,但第四舊又有筋,但未至於成舊要吐個種。好失望!四百幾蚊得四舊仲要兩舊有筋係咩事…..原本仲想食完好食就反兜再食燒肉set,完全打消呢個諗頭,說好的性價比好低!真係冇expect過會咁既質素! continue reading
