呢間日式烤肉小店位於大坑,座位闊落,裝修新穎。今次店員介紹我哋食和牛橫膈膜扒,佢嘅面積好大,可以剪到大概8-10塊。佢嘅牛味香濃,但油脂成份就較低,唔會話做到入口即溶嘅效果。另外我哋都order咗雞腿肉同黑豚toro。兩款肉都十分出色,調味剛好,肥瘦亦均勻,肉質爽口滑嫩!另外,我哋叫咗個和牛toro蓋飯。上面嘅和牛滿佈油脂,非常肥美。因為我哋麻麻地食全生嘅牛肉,所以就將上面嘅牛肉輕輕燒香佢先至食,效果都唔錯! continue reading

雖然地點有點偏僻,但勝在低密度。和牛水準達標。在場亦有日本人作客,代表食物有一定的保證。海膽加生牛肉的感覺不是配搭得太理想。和牛燒烤確有水準。半生熟的和牛加洋蔥,味道鮮美。估不到特色竟然是套餐包含的牛肉湯麵,湯底有很濃厚的味道,麵條很有特色,一絕👍🏼 服務員很細心,讚The restaurant is located in a low density area, not bad. 長假前夕即興地跟朋友來個飯局,基本上市區餐廳不可能有座位。唯有轉戰隱世小區。大坑地理位置較偏僻,無論地鐵站或巴士,步行到餐廳區有一段距離。不太方便,勝在高質餐廳林立!不出所料,輕易的訂了枱!Niku Niku 只有三台座位,裝修屬於高尚有格調。店長好客熱情,幫忙燒肉的時候順便一齊吹水,跟我們打成日一片!▪️Niku Niku platter (5 finest cut $1050 / 3 finest cut $750) 點樣分別三種和五種牛肉特選部位。唯一的不同是牛臀肉和西冷扒。兩份也包含西冷薄切,和牛小排和牛柳中部。每塊肉均衡細緻的油花分布,入口即化,相當軟嫩的口感。牛臀肉口感突出,油脂少,因此有著相當軟嫩的口感,牛味十足!▪️和牛他他$235用上矜貴和牛造成的他他肉,怎會令你失望,冇筋又嫩滑的肉質,配以酸味開胃醬汁、洋葱及香草,味道清新細膩!▪️和牛舌 $189咬起來非常有彈性,沾上檸檬汁及鹽食用一絕!▪️和牛西冷薄切配蛋汁 $499加上生雞蛋黃,令牛肉更為嫩滑,充滿層次。另一番惹味!▪️烤魚翅乾 $65非常適合作為下洒小菜。由老闆親自現場燒製,魚翅乾本身味道偏鹹,燒製後入口又脆又甜。加沙律醬令味道更加豐富整體食物質素頗高,一分錢一分貨!唯一有意見的是,下油小菜種類不夠,始終和牛容吃膩,枝豆和魚翅encore了兩輪😂始終現在外出晚餐,多數是為了聚聚舊,聊聊天!期待往後有更多選擇! continue reading
