已經黎食好多次,每次都ok,咁就會再幫襯,食物係有水準,價錢係Harbour City黎講算相宜,今次都係等左40mins,算快。裝修不俗,可惜服務零分。從來未試過咁差嘅服務態度,排隊唔緊要,店員寧願執枱都唔同你落單,另一店員經過,已有眼神接觸,貌似應機的,都行過2次唔落單,係咩一會事?平伏心情,可能太忙者。發現轉左新菜單,有D唔同,但變化不大,都係正路越菜。店員上菜算快,但係都係衝過黎放低個醬就走,完全唔知咩黎,雖然黎食過幾次,但係D sauce同餸係分開上,都要介紹下,please。越式炸春卷($68)用basket上,春卷係幾好味,但係食到一半先知下面有配料,店員如果可以有多少少service,將碟同籃分開上,會食得開心D。會安軟殼蟹卷($78)每次都點,自己識食!軟殼蟹炸得頗鬆脆,配菜也很豐富,但係rice paper唔知點解都好煙韌。河內魚餅撈檬($68)是比較滿意的菜式,就係呢個雙色醬和青檸,真係唔知配咩食,要自研?!Anyway,魚餅好香口,有不同食材blend的,檬粉份量正常,配上醃菜和魚露,口感幾豐富和醒胃。越南碎米飯($86)甚有特色,有炸豬排、醃菜、蛋餅和少許麵係碎米上,蛋餅有肉碎和其他材料,有D乾身,texture幾特別,而碎米飯質感好有趣,值得一試。埋單也不容易,要叫兩次先成功。 continue reading

芽莊係海港城長龍店之一,亦係當我唔知食乜好嘅時候嘅首選。可能今日早到,終於不用等位了。簡單地叫了一碗生牛肉爽腩河,越式春卷同越南咖啡。生牛肉爽腩河熱辣辣的牛骨湯足以令生牛肉變熟,加上青檸汁同辣椒,就更加好味。爽腩有點硬,不易咬開。下次還是點生牛肉河就好了。越式春卷餡料充足,熱辣辣亦香脆,用生菜加點香葉包著食,唔加魚露都已經好好食。越南咖啡越南咖啡有一種獨特的香味同濃醇。睇著啲咖啡慢慢滴落下來,感覺很治癒。除左生牛肉河同春卷外,順化牛肉河、蕃茄蟹檬都同班蘭燒牛肉也很值得推介。in short,性價比高啦! continue reading

之前聽朋友介紹芽莊平靚正, 今日終於去到尖沙咀分店一試,果然名不虛傳。同朋友兩人叫咗三個餸, 有雞絲越南河,牛肉撈檬同埋芥蘭苗。先講雞絲嘅湯好夠濃而且雞肉夠嫩, 另外牛肉擄檬嘅配料好多有蒜蓉粒, 芫荽同香蔥。一向唔係咁鍾意食芥蘭苗既我竟然係呢度食芥蘭苗食到停唔到口, 事關佢好特別咁加左啲蝦米同埋花生粒, 令,到食落去非常之有口感同香口。如果夠四個人, 仲可以坐埋去近玻璃,對住個海飯,簡直係一流。兩個人三樣嘢食總共$200買單,食物環境味道味道係物超所值, 一定會再幫襯。 continue reading

今晚去了海港城的分店芽莊,已訂左位但好耐都無人理我地,問左幾次都唔理我地係門口又無解釋我們再問門口員工叫Sandy ,佢好差好差態度講佢唔係負責帶位!好似想趕我地走仲勁惡啤住我地。好失望好hard feeling 佢係員工我們好友善問佢但佢咁樣既態度所有客走個陣著白色shirt男員工應該較位高級但完全無禮貌同唔會講bye bye 當然有一些員工是好的但最緊要的經理和門口員工差到咁我唔會再黎亦會同身邊朋友講唔會再黎! continue reading
