同媽媽係海運行街,行到攰,想食d嘢,就係芽莊食個午餐。2個人點了一個牛肉湯河,一個炸蝦卷撈檬,一個春卷仲有一個茄子沙律。牛肉河個湯底好有牛肉味,牛肉好嫩,加上越式配料香菜,好味美!蝦卷撈檬份量好大,炸蝦卷用腐皮包住蝦膠再炸,勁好味!不過春卷一般,因為皮有d厚,至於茄子沙律比想像中細,不過味道幾得意,還可以。 continue reading

與朋友到海港城購物,大出血前找個地方吃一頓晚餐,貪快選了不用等位的芽莊,記憶中這餐廳是不錯的,怎知今晚卻"大中伏"飲品是青檸梳打和菠蘿冰。朋友說她的青檸梳打不太好喝,而我的菠蘿冰也⋯⋯大量罐頭菠蘿粒加上梳打水,味道可想而知是不甚了了越南牛油雞翼。牛油雞翼炸得不太好,外面的脆漿炸粉跟內裏的雞翼好像"質壁分離",而雞翼也醃得完全不入味我們每人要了一碗粉。朋友選的是順化牛肉粉,她說牛肉味不濃,整體還可以。本人今晚試了蕃茄蟹肉湯檬(不知道怎的忘了拍照) ,蕃茄湯味道偏淡,蟹肉的分量不過不失,檬粉的質地不錯,但整個粉説不上好吃不能漏了說這個蝦片(不是送的,是我們自己叫)!因為它是全晚我們所選的所有食物之中最好吃的除了食物質素平平以外,這餐廳枱與枱之間近乎沒有空隙,導致個人空間極其細小,坐得很不舒服海港城有極多餐廳選擇,相信我們不會再來這裏了 continue reading

晚上和朋友在尖沙咀吃飯,找不到停車場泊車,所以來了海港城。每間餐廳都很多人等位,這間餐廳比較少,而且價格適中,所以選擇了這間餐廳吃越南菜。 我們叫了兩碗生牛肉湯河,一碗蕃茄蟹肉檬粉,一份炸軟殼蟹米紙卷和一客炒高麗菜。買單大約$450生牛肉可保持水準。番茄蟹檬的檬粉像米粉,質感奇怪,不太好吃。炸軟殼蟹的粉漿很厚,很硬。高麗菜炒得好吃。有三色椒和洋蔥,第好香。我去過中環分店,我認為中環分店的食物比這裏的好。但是這裡有景色! continue reading

今日約咗家人一行5人,去海運大厦食lunch. 因為没有預設吃什麼,所以去到才決定吃邊間。做揾位先鋒的我和太太,中午12:00到了海運大厦,由於餓爆關係,見芽莊剛開始安排入座,就2話不說排隊入去。待應說1:15分交枱,即75分鐘用餐時間,我說可否1:30才交枱,待應說可以,盡量1:30交枱啦。由於家人未到,我先叫了魚餅及椰青頂下肚先,太太叫了鮮菠蘿冰,我無試到,唔知咩味。魚餅 - 一碟4塊,夠厚身夠熱,夠彈牙,味道似家常小菜嘅煎鯪魚肉餅,但好味。香芧燒魚 - 魚係䱽魚,但一啲都唔腥,肉質亦保持到滑身,不乾,味道濃淡適中,屬喜出望外之作。家人都話正。🖒唔記得咩嘢薄燒餅😅最頂嗰碟,呢個就麻麻地,餅皮薄到乾硬,餡料有啲蝦肉,豬肉,洋蔥等,跟一籃香草及生菜,有紫蘇葉,金不換,生菜及一啲帶薄荷味嘅菜,唔知係咩菜😅,要來夾住食,但不覺得夾味道。軟殼蟹紙米卷水準之作,軟殼蟹不油膩,蔬菜夠新鮮,如果多2件更好沙爹牛肉串燒用鐵板上,有三大串,係要用大串形容,牛肉肉質淋滑,醃得好入味,沙爹汁好香好甜,我用生菜,紫蘇葉,金不換包住一齊食,似食韓國烤肉,但味道又出奇地夾,同時嚐到清新香草及濃厚沙爹味,正!🖒🖒🖒庶蝦一碟4件,蝦肉較少,但條庶夠清甜,滲入蝦肉,呢味水準一般,唔知點解又係跟一籃香草及生菜蕃茄蟹肉湯濛發現有蟹件嘅,由於我懶拆殼,所以家人頂咗湯底有蕃茄味及蟹味😂😂😂。不是茄膏開的湯底味道,是比較清的那種蕃茄湯底,夠味但不口渴,應該無咩味精。餸除了蟹件外,仲有蟹肉丸,似蟹肉炒蛋嘅餸,至於濛粉,我覺得似米粉多啲😂😂😂食完晒,已經差不多1:50,期間店員都無催促要我們埋單,要讚。埋單都只係$700多,抵食又好食!🖒🖒😍 continue reading
