My colleague is staying in North Point, so I thought it would be delightful to have dinner nearby. While walking, we stumbled upon a charming Vietnamese restaurant.We ordered pho, and it arrived in a generous bowl! The broth was perfectly seasoned—not too salty—and incredibly flavorful. 今日同老友想食越南菜,上網找了一輪,終於找到在北角匯有一家越南餐廳,二話不說就搭車來到。這裡中午套餐有很多款,選擇不少,我們揀了招牌會安雞飯,燒香茅牛肉檬,套餐包飲品,我們不約而同地揀了熱桃蜜柑橘水,除了套餐外我們還加錢點了兩個小食,一個是蝦米芥蘭苗,一個是蝦多士。蝦咪芥蘭苗炒得好香,上面鋪滿炒香的蝦米和花生碎,細細碟非常美味。蝦多士兩大舊,面頭有好多芝麻好香,裡面喺鮮嫩的蝦肉,味道真是很好,只是油多了些。😅招牌會安雞飯好大碟,內容有雞肉,泡菜,沙律,油飯,份量非常足,最意外的是沙律裡有很多香料,包括我喜歡的九層塔,紫蘇葉,生洋蔥,青瓜絲,酸酸甜甜非常開胃,偶然食到一粒辣椒好辣好辣,早知道要少辣。🤪香茅牛肉檬好大碗,份量都係10足,幾舊燒牛肉噥噥地,好香。👍最中意有好多牙菜泡菜,落多多魚露撈粉,食到舔舔利。😛兩杯飲品清香酸甜,小小青檸檬特別吸引,飲完份外醒神。😘😘 continue reading

芽莊 喺香港 開咗好幾間。每一間都係高朋滿座, 點解?因為我覺得 佢乾淨企理 菜式 合香港人口味。 今日我想 講講佢最多人叫嘅菜式。大部分人入嚟都係食。。。。越式牛肉河- 今次我叫咗越式牛肉牛丸河,先講講佢湯底佢湯底 偏 鹽味重, 牛肉味唔夠重。 香茅味唔夠。 我曾經喺越南食過 其他 嗰邊啲牛肉粉, 湯底一般牛肉 脂肪 以及香茅味道重, 顏色會清啲。但係如果佢哋喺香港咁做, 香港人未必buy。可能會嫌佢太油, 亦可能有人會嫌棄的香茅味重唔夠味精, 唔夠 惹味。 所以佢呢度嘅牛肉粉基本上係做到合香港口味。牛肉同牛丸都ok...除咗之外我亦都叫咗個雞絲粉。湯底都係一樣, 鹽味較重。 唔夠香茅味。雞絲都唔會太韌. 剛剛好.兩碗河粉, 師傅煮得ok, 唔會脹曬。 都幾滑, 口感不錯。我哋都叫咗個蔥油豬扒飯。豬扒 口感不錯, 但係我覺得蔥油比較勁。 我應該同佢講小蔥油。 亦都係一樣香港人鍾意食蔥油香, 我相信所以佢地落咁勁蔥油。 蘿蔔絲方面 我覺得好似酸得滯。 總括嚟講佢地嘅味道 ok可以, 味道方面 迎合 香港味道。但老實講 喺香港要做得多人鍾意 必須要加 多D香港 味道元素才能 高朋滿座生意興隆。本人覺得如果食 (各國不同的菜色),我 比較希望 必加入該國家的 當地元素較好。_ continue reading

這間位於北角滙的越南餐廳都算大間,很少越南菜館可以佔地面積如此大,餐廳座位空間超闊落,坐得好舒適。食物方面對比其他越南餐廳我覺得偏貴少少,但係有水準,係好食的。燒牛肉撈檬 $88將檬粉混入酸汁攪拌在一起食,檬粉爽口又酸酸甜甜,好開胃,牛肉燒得剛剛好,好軟熟又保持到肉汁。河內湯河雙拼 $98選了牛爽腩及熟牛肉(牛展),兩款肉都肉汁鮮甜,食入口亦好淋,湯頭清甜令人一飲再飲,河粉亦好滑溜。牛油雞翼 $68炸得好脆,如何牛油味再多一點就更好,掛住食唔記得影相,哈! continue reading
